ASTEVEN B CLINE GARAGE SPECHad a 24 x 26 ft garage with an 18ft door constructed and a 24x10 ft slab for additional parking in the side. Also had some concrete work done on my driveway with a 10x10 slab replacement We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Steve did an amazing job. He shows up when he says he will and works hard. The garage was built in about 13 actual working days (less than a month with weather permitting). Steve worked hard to stay right on the price he estimated. His work speaks for him and in the end we have a beautiful garage. If your looking for a honest professional with decades of experience Steve Cline is who to call! We are simply amazed at how good of a job they did. By the way if he’s backed up he’s worth waiting in line for.- nathan d.

AOne screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date.

AI rarely write reviews but this guy deserved it as he went above and beyond! Easy to get in touch with, punctual, very professional yet nice enough to be "the guy next door". Went above and beyond cleaning out the gutter. He also trimmed several limbs/branches that were contributing to the blockage and hauled away the mess. As we were wrapping up, he pointed out a medium-sized tree that was causing damage to my house and brought it down for me (for nothing extra!) Like I said, I normally don't write a review but this experience was something I had to share for others.

DThe owner came and gave an estimate the day that I called. That was the positive. When I called back with questions, he suggested that I needed to resurface my driveway. When I agreed, he told me that I would receive a call from a company about resurfacing. Two weeks later I called and told him that no one had called me. He told me that he would call the resurfacing company and have them put me on the immediate call list. That was over a month ago and I still have not received a call from anyone even the owner asking if I had received a call. The date of the quote was 6/16/20 and today is 8/3/20.

AThe front left corner of my house had some minor foundation settling that caused the basement wall foundation to crack. Patrick Lockhart quoted to dig the basement wall outside corner 8-10 ft down to add 2 foundation piers and anchored to bedrock. His crew, Nick (leader), Jose and Cesar arrived on time and quickly and expertly dug the 8' deep hole (including a tree stump that needed to be removed) and set in the two piers and tuck pointed up 2 stories of the brick wall where the crack gap had been. Prior to filling the hole, I requested a 4" drain tile be placed to aid me with a French drain I plan to add. Without batting an eye, Jose immediately agreed they would handle this task. Jose and Cesar made certain the yard was clean and ready for me to tackle my landscape stairs project. I was very impressed with the total job and would recommend them for your foundation pier project.
