    I have used Springdale for close to 9 years for several vehicles. I have always been a satisfied customer. They are a bit more expensive than the small neighborhood shop but are thorough and dependable. This time was no different.

    The brakes staled on a trip and he wouldn't make it good. For price, I would give him a B because he did some work before the brake job at a reasonable level. For punctuality, I would gave him a B because he got the job done but it just wasn't a good one. For professionalism, he was insulting and so I gave him an F. He showed no concern about the safety of my family and I. Basically, he referred me to the insurance company who wouldn't pay any money. It was pretty dissatisfying.

    They failed to check the transmission fluid, and my calls to the manager said they typically should check that in an oil change. My daughter had problems on a trip. They were fairly responsive but they just didn't do anything and so, I would give them a C. For professionalism, I gave them an F because the job was poorly done for my daughter. I will use them again in future because with me, they have done a good job. This was one particular bad job. They could have offered me a free oil change. I bought a car from this company. I have been very satisfied with the sales people and the other maintenance on other cars. It is that one incident that sticks out.

    It took a little while to get a driver to agree to the price, but we had no deadline, so that was no big deal.  Then, plans changed and we had to get the car faster (within a week) for my daughter to take on a trip.  Nichole went to work making contacts and we raised the price enough to expedite the delivery.  This is common in my line of work, construction, so I understood the upcharge.  Nichole was able to get a driver to pickup the car within 2 days and deliver it ahead of our deadline. It was dropped on schedule 3 days later.  The driver contacted us a day ahead of the delivery and we kept in contact by text until we were able to meet and inspect the car.  All went well and my daughter loves her car.  Thanks Nichole!

    They replaced the 2 front rotors, cleaned all the brake shoes, bled and replaced the brake fluid along with recharging the AC system. All within the quote, and in 1 day. Very good customer service. The shop is very clean. Will be using them again in the future if we need any service done on our cars.

    Middletown Transmission & Automotive Service
    We took our 2003 Honda Odyssey van to Middletown Transmission originally to correct a problem with it shifting out of gear (3rd gear) intermittently. They repaired the original problem and a few days after we got it back, it started shifting out of a lower gear. We called Shane, and he had us bring it back in. Since the problem was intermittent, it was very difficult to diagnose, but they kept at it until they corrected the problem, even though it took several return trips. Their warranty covers the repair, not just the work they performed initially, so all the additional work they had to do, was covered under the original warranty. I would recommend them to anyone needing transmission work.

    I brought another car there previous to that and they were just very good customer service, sent me a thank you card in the mail, I thought I needed a couple of other things done and they told me I didn't need it so that was good. I would suspect some other mechanics might just agree with you that you need things. They are forthcoming with the services that were required and not maybe what I thought that might be needed. You pay what you get for, I don't think they are the cheapest in the town but their quality of service is good.

    Toms Window Tinting
    Tom worked out of his house but was very professional. He was easy to contact by cell phone and returned calls quickly. I originally asked to get the work done at a earlier time in the year but he, unlike anyone else I spoke with, recommended I wait for warmer weather as it gives better results for the drying process. He did this at the risk of me going elsewhere but I waited a month and stuck with him. He offered a few location options but in the end I agreed to drop it off at his house. In hindsight, I should have chosen a location that was at least partially indoors to avoid any dust or pollen from causing any issues (explained later). He met at the agreed upon time and did a walk through of exactly what I wanted which included some specific requests outside of the norm on my front windows. I returned to pick up my car that afternoon and it looked great, including the special requests I had. He had also cleaned my car for me from top to bottom. Due to traffic issues, Tom was late getting back from another appointment and I had to wait about 1.5 hours for him since he had my keys, Tom kept in contact with me via cell phone and when he did show up he was very apologetic and even knocked 20% off my price even though the reason for being late was clearly out of his control. After a month or so of drying time I was unhappy with how my rear window turned out. It appeared (from my uneducated guess) that maybe some dust or pollen had gotten between the window and film during the tinting process and it created specs all over the rear window. I called Tom and he not argue at all and just said bring it by and I'll replace it, no cost. The rear window tint was redone without issue or cost to me and looks great.
