I have used E'Town Physicians for Women for the past 6 years. Dr. Henderson is awesome. She never rushes. She takes her time and answers all the questions you have. Because she does take het time, there may be a wait. But what Doctor's office doesn't have a wait.

I saw Dr. Amy Preen and I thought she was fabulous. My husband and I just moved from out-of-state so I used Angie's list as my guide. I saw that this practice was well-recommended. I really liked that the receptionist who made my appointment sent me all the paperwork regarding my insurance and medical history to my home so that I could fill everything out ahead of time and bring it to the appointment.
My initial impression was that the office building itself was a little older (circa 1970s), but there was ample parking in the back. It has a large waiting area that was nicely decorated despite its modest outside appearance, and there were only three or four other patients waiting. I was called from the reception area within 10 minutes and was taken back to an examination room. The room was again a little dated with old wallpaper and faux wood paneling. However, I only waited 10 minutes before the doctor came to the room.
When Dr. Preen introduced herself she sat down and took a thorough history from me. She was very professional and had a great bedside manner. I was very pleased at the time she took with routine questions. I brought up issues that I have had with heavy menstrual bleeding and frequent periods and a history of pre-cervical cancer. She seemed to take a genuine interest in my well-being and encouraged me to have my medical records transferred from my previous doctor before determining which tests and treatments she would like to prescribe for me next. The cost was also very reasonable. My insurance covered the entire visit, so I did not have a co-pay as I sometimes have in the past. I would highly recommend this practice.

My husband and I both saw Dr John Binker DO and he was very thorough and caring and very informative. This will DEFINATELLY be our family doctor for years to come. The whole staff is friendly and treat you like family even on our first visit. We would trust any of the doctors at this office to see us.

They have midwives in their practices. Some of the Doctors will fight for you if you don't want a Cesarean section. Even though it is hospital policy for certain cases, they will fight for your rights if you don't want to have one.

He is very friendly and always in a good mood. He is very prompt. He is in with 7 or 8 doctors in there and I just see him. His attitude and his personality is one of the reasons I see him, he has good relationships with his patients. I have known him for about 20 years also. He spotted my problems right away and he knew what they were. He has never been late you don't have to wait a long time to get into your appointments. He is a well-known urologist. His office is clean and his staff is very efficient. One takes care of the billing and another takes care of the appointments. He talks to you point blank and tells you what the problem is and tells you what road you should take. I haven't had any problems and I give him an "A" for that. He is a good doctor to go to. For billing sometimes you have to go to another office to get it straightened out. I will continue to use his services in the future, I wouldn't change now.

The previous pulmonologist that we had thought he couldn't do anything else for my mother. He did try several things for her, but COPD is a progressive disease and it doesn't get better. It gets worse, but he continued to be upfront with her and provided medication or gave her the choice to take medication. She chose to take medication. He treated her symptoms as they came up and that was about all he could do, but at least he did work with us. It was a little hope to make life a little more comfortable. We went to see Dr. Yazdani because someone else referred him to us. His staff was awesome. Anytime I called them and if they couldn't give me an answer right away, then they would call me back. If I explained my mom's struggles that day they would talk with Dr. Yazdani and then they would call me back and say that he is going to write her a prescription. I could go down and get it without having to take her in because she was in a wheelchair. Just based on the information that I gave him and what he knew, they would report that to him and get back with me that day before the end of the day. Of course, I would go and get her prescription. They were compassionate. They were professional, but yet they were still friendly and down to earth. They knew what they were doing. They had an office full of people and patients, but yet they moved me along in pretty good rate.

This practice is constantly overbooking patients and scheduling them at least an hour before the doctors arrive. This has happened most times and the doctors apologize but nothing changes.
