    Rent Gear Here
Their service is excellent. We told them we were returning customer and they gave us a discount. We called them and they delivered the bikes to our condo exactly when they said they would.

    SCHELLER'S FITNESS & CYCLING
Excellent service. Had it done before they said they would. Couldn't be more interested in providing service for the customer. Wanted to make sure I had all my concerns addressed and was very friendly. I will be returning to Schellers for all my bicycle repairs and maintenance.

GREAT LAKES CYCLING & FITNESS ADVENTURE INCORPORAT
I bought a new Giant hybrid bike from GLCF after visiting several other bike shops around Ann Arbor. They provide lifetime tune-ups / adjustments for free, and I've been back three times in the following five months to take advantage of those. I'm learning bike maintenance for the first time, and the associates there have always been happy to show me the tricks of doing this myself. They've always been able to help me immediately, including realigning a bent derailleur hanger. I highly recommend GLCF and will continue to go there for the foreseeable future.

    On Your Left Cycles
I took my husband's bike in and explained I wanted a tune-up and the inner tubes replaced with heavy duty inner tubes. The person helping me was attentive to my needs, recognized the bike from a previous visit, and informed me that normally they could turn around the bike sooner but would need to special order the tubes. However, he promised me the bike within five days, gave me his business card if I had further questions or concerns. As promised, the bike was done and the parts replaced as needed. They did not try to do unnecessary work nor pressure me to make any purchases.

Front staff were easy to work with, professional. Bike was ready in a couple of days and they called to let me know it was done. Price was reasonable. Would definitely go back.

    On Your Left Cycles
We had three bikes sitting in our garage. We decided to share them with some needy families and a college student. I explained to On Your Left why we were repairing them and that I wanted them functioning so they could be used but we needed to watch the costs. Since I had used this bike shop before, I felt confident that they would listen to our qualifiers even though they regularly deal with bicyclists who want everything perfect for a race. They initiated calling us before actually doing the repairs with a full estimate and when there was a glitch, they called again to inquire if I wanted something done. Always polite and helpful. The bikes were turned back to me within two working days and are on their ways to new homes, with the On the Left sticker for "just in case" the repair people missed something. We will keep using this service.

    SCHELLER'S FITNESS & CYCLING
Experts would be the best way to describe them, seems like they have a great selection of Fitness equipment as well. I didn't want to buy a junk bike from a discount store for my son, and the guys at Scheller's really helped me with a quality bike for a good price. I had to bring it in once to get something adjusted. They got me in and out quickly at no charge!

Likeable guys who want to get your bike into tip top shape.  Took 3 bikes in for tune ups and new tubes for one bike.  At drop off, they showed me where new brake shoes were needed.  I left expecting $140 total plus tax. On other two bikes they called to explain suggested repairs totalling $80. After thinking about them, since two of the bikes were nearly 20 years old, I authorized the repairs.  When I picked them up, the repairs were completed and there was no issue with the work, but I was surprised by the total cost. Most repair item estimates that were quoted earlier seemed to omit something.  For instance, when I asked how much to replace the brake pads, I was given a price for just the labor, but did not include the cost of the pads.  One item was repaired but I was not told about it in advance (some sort of crankshaft bearing). The bottom line is that when I was adding up the estimated costs for the tune ups and suggested repairs, the actual amount I paid at check out was about $50-60 more than I was expecting.  When I had a look of surprise on my face when I got the bill, they explained everything in detail and it seemed reasonable.  I would have preferred the estimates to be more complete.  Not a show stopper against using them.  I would just recommend you ensure you are getting the parts and labor amounts quoted so you don't get surprised at pick up.  As I said earlier, both guys seemed competent and were likeable.  I also don't think they were deliberately under-estimating, I think they were just a little careless.
