    After finding only the air handler was bad, due to the age of the system I chose to add to the insurance claim and put in a whole new unit.  We ordered the unit on Friday 7/19/2013 and the next Tuesday 7/23/2013 it was put in. cost was as expetded and installation went very well.

    Mr H***** was contacted by GE to repair my microwave when it quit working at 9 months. He called to ask me what it was doing, so I told him and he said he would get back with me, but did not do so, so I called him again and he said he had to order a part and it had just come in that day but it was too late in the day to come out to my house now so it would have to wait until Monday( this was on Friday) So Monday came and went and he didn't show up or call, I put in a call to him but he didn't call back so I called again the next day and finally got hold of him, he said he would be out the next day which he did, and fixed the microwave, While he was there I asked him about the loud fan that came on every time it was used, he said he thought they had changed something and now they are just louder and it was normal. I found out later that it wasn't normal so I contacted GE again about the loud fan, and after a lot of arguing with them, they finally agreed to have someone out to look at it, they contacted H*****'s appliance repair again(H***** is the only GE authorized service company in ths area)Mr. H***** contacted me and I explained the situation to him, he said he would contact GE to see what they wanted him to do and he would get back to me. 2 weeks went by and no call, I contacted GE again, they said they would contact him again, they did , he called me again, said he would get back in touch with GE again, that was 2 weeks ago and still no call. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this man. I sold a subdivision of new homes here in my town a few years ago, he was the only appliance repair service authorized to work on GE warrany work at that time also. His handling of my customers was certainly less tha professional, I actually contacted GE at that time to complain, but they said they had no one else in this area. I would love to find someone here I could put in touch with GE, I am sure there are a lot of unhappy GE customers becuase of this guy.

    He is very responsive. When he heard it may be a gas issue, he came out immediately. He is very knowledgeable about different appliances. He is very experienced. He is excellent all around.

    We live 32 miles from Burton heating & air.We called 3 or 4 different repair shops in my area and Bowling Green,Burton was the only repair shop to help us.Thanks guys!
