It went wonderfully. I met my sitter When she came to my house for a Free Consultation. She was a great listener, had a note pad and took diligent notes while I explained my pigs meal plan and excercize needs. She watched my pig for 5 days. An hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. My favorite part of the Nanny experience was receiving a Live Photo of my pig via text from my sitter each day. It helped Bc I missed him very much! My nanny was exceptional!!! Highly recommend Kyles Professional Pet Nanny Services! I have used them many times. Truly appreciate she is open to all animals. Such a nurturing company and you will be pleased when you come home and your pet is Happy :)

I purchased the puppy package for veterinary coverage. However, I was told that I didn't actually pay. After a huge mess with my bank and collections, Banfield realized that they weren't able to charge me (due to contractual obligations) for the aforementioned package, so Banfield tried to tell the bank that the $46 was for "other services." The monthly services offered by this company are misrepresented. The personnel I encountered throughout this process that worked for Banfield were extremely unprofessional and condescending. There was another issue with what I wanted included in the package. I wanted flea and tick medication included in the puppy package (which would've given me a substantial discount on the medication). They never added it as requested and tried to charge me the regular price for it. They told me they didn't add it because it was "too much of a hassle to readjust the information on the package because the medicine is dosed according to weight." Complete dishonesty and unprofessional....again. In addition, when my dog was spayed, we opted to use the blowup collar instead of the cone. When my dog came out, there was a black strap hanging from the collar. I asked what it was and what it was for. I was told that it was "excess" and to just cut it off when I got home. I did as instructed, and found the next morning, my dog had gotten the collar off and chewed open the incision site. When I called back, I spoke to a different person who informed me that the strap that I had cut off was the harness that kept the the collar on! I will never return to this veterinarian's office. And I would highly recommend staying away.

My husband and I went on vacation and looked forever to find a pet sitter for our 4 furry children, 2 dogs 2 cats. Needless to say Zack did amazing work! He sent us updates daily while we were on vacation with pictures we knew our babies were in the right hands. Unfortunately we don't live near each other anymore.. however he still checks on our fur babies we could not be more pleased with our outcome.

Sometimes, I think they are a little pricey but from what I've heard most veterinarians are. They almost always calls a few days after the appointment to check on the animal. I've been using them for several years.

The wait time was probably between 10-15 minute. My cat doesn't like going to the veterinarians so they have to wear gloves. They seem to really care and are very patient. They are really caring with the animals, I see it with how they treat others as well just not my own.

We've been extremely happy with Professional Pet Nanny. They have been very professional setting up our visits and it is very easy through the website. The owner is very hands on as well. She has taken the time to talk with us to understand our dog sitting needs. The pet nanny leaves a note after each visit detailing what happened on the pet visit. We even get a text update after the visit which is nice so you know how your pet is doing while you are away. You can tell the pet nannies really love their job and care about your pet. They also help with reinforcing training if you let them know what your pet needs to work on (i.e., no leash pulling, sitting, etc.).

It was awesome! Above and beyond what any "normal" kennel would offer. You don't have to pay for every extra and add on, and we were very comfortable knowing that the girls had a lot of attention and were well taken care of. I even got pics/texts to update me!

I have been going to this Vet for many years with multiple pets- 2 dogs & 5 cats- and have been pleased with the care.  The reason I gave a C for responsiveness was because I called on a Sat a.m. requesting an appointment for my 18 year old cat who was urinating blood.  The staff member who answered the phone told me they were booked and could not see him, but would see him on Monday.  I ended up going to another local Vet, Crescent Springs Animal Clinic, where staff were very happy to fit me in that day, saying "we always try to get a sick animal in".  I feel that when an animal is acutely ill and your Vet clinic is open, they should try to fit them in.  I did not think this was something that should wait until Monday.  Aside from this, Dr. Golatzki and assistant Amy are both very caring and empathetic people who take their time with you and put your pet at ease.

I have used Dr. Simpson twice.  First I took a stray kitten in for my mom, and everyone at the office was nice and helpful.  I didn't wait long and everything was explained to me.  The kitten had a few health issues, but the cost of treatment wasn't too high.
Then I had a concern with one of my new goats.  Dr. Simpson's is the only place I know of in this area that will treat farm animals.  And even better-if you live close enough, they will do a house call.  There is an extra fee for this (about $50), but if you've got several animals or hard to transport animals, the cost is worth it.  Dr. Simpson was very flexible, explained everything he was doing, and let me pick his brain the whole time he was working.  I learned a lot just in the 30 minutes he was here, and was very pleased with everything.  I will definitely be calling on Dr. Simpson and his staff again.

This is the 2nd time I have used Country Lane for my 4 and 15 year old dogs and this is now the ONLY place I will take my pets when I travel, even though it is a 45 minute drive each way for me to take them there.  The "resort" is set back in a wooded area and actually looks more like a "retreat for pets" and is warm and inviting from the minute you arrive (as opposed to overwhelming and sterile like some of the more recent "mega pet resorts").
The resort is truly "all-inclusive" and play time and medication are included in the price your are given up-front.  You don't leave feeling like you have cheated your dog because you can only afford 1 play time and 1 extra potty break instead of 4 like the owner checking in in front of you.  All dogs are loved, exercised, taken outside to be relieved, and treated equally.
Twice when I have been gone on extended trips, I have emailed Randy for an update because one of my dogs is elderly and tends to refuse to eat and lose weight when I am out of town.  Randy has emailed me back with detailed and positive updates.  Whenever I return to pick up my pets, they are happy to see me, but not ecstatic, out of control, and wetting themselves like has happened as some other "resorts".  I take this as a sign that they are glad I am back, but did not feel neglected, abused, frightened, or scared while I was gone.  This tells me they are given lots of love and attention, and makes me feel less stressed about leaving my "pups" in their care.
It it well worth the drive to get to Country Lane if you are looking for individualized attention for your pets, and a group of people to care for them exactly as you want them to be cared for.

We have been taking our dog to New Beginnings for a year.  We adopted our dog from a shelter when she was six months old and we were apprehensive and concerned about some of her development and behavior she was exhibiting.  We found New Beginnings on the web and saw that they offered tours of their facility.  We were greeted by the friendly staff and then taken  on a complete tour of the facility by Gabby.  We were very impressed with the cleanliness, neatness and organization of every part of the facility.  Gabby and Kathy answered every question that we had and when we left we knew that our little dog would be in very good hands.  The feeling that we have at New Beginnings is that our dog is as happy there as she is when she is home.  She is excited to go and see Bree and play all day.  When boarding, Karen and her staff are sure to find out what makes my dog comfortable and her likes and dislikes.  New Beginnings provides more than just a place to drop my dog for a day or two.  It provides a place where I can feel very comfortable and confident that they always have my dogs best interest in mind and that she is very well taken care of.  We went through a training class and it was very evident that a lot of what we were learning in the training had already been worked on while she had been in Day Care.  Karen and her staff are the best and we thoroughly love the New Beginnings experience.
