Kramer's Sew & Vac Of Montgomery
They serviced it and did the routine tune up and I had it back in 4 business days. Very professional and courteous. Even carried it out to the car for me since I was holding my granddaughter.

    Luke's Sewing and Vacuum Centers
I went to the Luke's Sewing and Vacuum Center in Amelia, Oh. They were so nice and professional. The work was done on time. Very friendly and well informed on the machines. I will go to them when it is time for a new machine.

    DOUG'S SEWING & VACUUM CTR
Excellent seller. Very professional and courteous. Also sells vacs and sewing machines in their small lobby. I bought a small handheld vac for my stairs which Doug recommended. It rocks! Definitely will work with them again.

They did a great job and were very kind and prompt. Susan helped me and really took her time to explain what it needed. I will definately return to Kramer's Sew and Vac.

They treat you well.  They do a good job.  They are fast.  They don't keep the machine forever and ever.  Their price is pretty average.

Kramer's Sew & Vac Of Montgomery
Kramer's looked at it and told me the same thing I heard at Lukes but their approach was completely different. of course they could fix it and it would cost about $160. They did not disparage my machine and did not try to sell me a new one. They called to tell me it would be a little bit more ($10) because there were 5 bad gears instead of 4. They replaced the gears, tuned up the machine, adjusted evrything to work correctly and tested it. The bill was $170. While they sold new machines, they did not use my misfortune to take advantage of me. Almost everyone who was coming in was coming in to get a machine repaired or to pick up one that had been fixed. I am very pleased with the service. If I ever did want to buy a new machine, this is the first place I would go.

It went very well they replaced a pipes that was causing things to back up in my sewage line under my driveway. They are very professional, punctual, and the cleaned up everything and there was nothing I had to do.  And because of that theyare the only company that i will use going forward.

THEY FIXED IT, TUNED IT UP, AND GAVE INVALUABLE ADVICE ON HOW TO AVOID THE SITUATION IN THE FUTURE. WE STILL FONDLY REMEMBER THE SEWING CLASSES THEY PROVIDED 20 YEARS AGO.

They repaired and tuned up my 20+ year-old Viking sewing machine. They did not pressure me to buy a newer model which I appreciated. My machine was finished on time and works great.
