  Mike returned my call and set up an appointment for Thursday, August
  21.  He was going to call prior to coming over so I could work until he
  came.  He said he'd be at my house around lunch time. He never called.

  Provider moved all junk out and included a bit more junk, even though it was above the price I agreed on.

  Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

  They ran a camera down the sewage line and then told me my line would completely fail at anytime that it was urgent to fix at the cost of 8 thousand dollars. My sewage live was made of some clay tile to called for second opinion and was told was a minor issue. Roto rooter kept calling me to urge me to repair. I have been told they fork on commission Would never Kure them again. Completely dishonest and unprofessional

  The "deal" is essentially a hook that gets you to set up a date - but the amount of junk that it covers is truly minimal. Any job will turn out to be much more expensive than the original deal. I think I would use them again if the deal was actually a reasonible "discount" on the entire job. Maybe 20% or so of the total.

  I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was great.  They did come late however they called.  They moved things for me that I needed moved in order to get to the clutter.  I had more clutter than I had bought the coupon for so they told me how much if I would like them to take that away, the extra clutter.  They even offered me a lower price on that.  I did decide to do that.  I didn't know how much room my original pile of clutter would take up on the truck. They even swept my basement when they left which was unnecessary but was very nice.

  They did a very good job cleaning up a large pile of renovation debris.  The cost seemed high but that's likely just because it's expensive for them to dispose of the stuff in this area.  I moved from a different state where I could have rented a truck from Home Depot and taken several loads to the dump and paid $200 maximum for everything including the truck rental- so the approx $650 I spent seemed a little high but I needed it done fast, which they did cleanly and courteously.  In the future if I had the time I would try to do it myself for less money, but if you need it done quickly and/or you don't want to get your hands dirty or you know for a fact it's very expensive to dispose of refuse in northern KY/Cincy, then these guys are the way to go.

  I had a "big-deal" half price coupon for 1/6th a truck load. I knew I had much more than 1/6th so I was simply using the "big deal" for the discount.  I called the company and they scheduled for the next day.  Two of their employees came right on time, and then estimated the actual size of my load at around 3/8th.  I said "great" and they loaded their truck.  The truck was full, full, full (and not just 3/8th) by the time they finished. Regardless - they stuck to the original estimated load and the price that went with it.  Did I mention it was around 95 degrees out?  They were great - polite, professional, and tidy!

  JOHNNY'S HAULING

  I ASKED ABOUT MOVING ABOUT 20 CONTRACTOR'S BAGS FULL OF PLASTER WALL RUBBLE AND ABOUT A DOZEN SHEETS OF PANELING FROM A HOUSE REHAB PROJECT. HE SAID IT WOULD BE AT LEAST $200 AND MAYBE MORE. HE DID NOT SOUND AT ALL INTERESTED IN HELPING ME OUT. I HAULED EVERYTHING TO THE COVINGTON TRANSFER STATION MYSELF FOR $19.
