    Vita Dental
The doctor did a great job with my treatment. I appreciate that he always let me know the next steps and showed me videos explaining each procedure. I felt like I was treated very well and I am very happy with the results. 5 star treatment!

    Vita Dental
I have anxiety about seeing dentists, and did not have very good experiences with other dentists. My Daughter Cat told me about Vita Dental, and to be honest I only went because she told me I was going, and to give them a chance. And I am so happy she did, I highly recommend Vita Dental. You walk in and meet the people who runs the front desk, they are friendly, caring, and very professional. My dental hygienists are so awesome, caring, compassionate, and fun to be around. My dentist is Dr. Jordan, and I am so grateful to him, I told him about my concerns and he listened to me. He told me what he was going to do, and was caring and compassionate during this process. Dr. Jordan and his staff helped me get through this process, and I am now not afraid to smile anymore. I can not even to express how much I appreciate everyone at Vita Dental! Thank you I got my smile back!!

    Vita Dental
The work was presented in a methodical manner with financing options. The doctors were pleasant and patient. The surgeries were as expected with no issues. Each step of the planned treatment was phased and explained in detail. The staff constantly followed up with me to update me on the process of my treatment. The implants and crowns feel natural and no one could tell I was missing teeth. I would rate the care I received over the last year as excellent.

    Vita Dental
My neighbor had recommended Vita Dental for implants after he had a good experience and result. I have been interested in implants for many years to replace an unsightly bridge that was impossible to clean. The doctor did a 3D scan which I didn't not even know was possible and none of my previous dentists had. He reviewed the scan, showed how the implants would be placed in the bone, and discussed the procedure step by step. He must have spent 35 minutes talking with me. The day of surgery I took a sedative pill he prescribed me and I have very little memory of the placement which my wife said took about an hour. I took the next day off work but that now seems unecessary as I had very little discomfort. The worst part of the process was waiting for the implants to bond to the bone. Once the crowns were placed you cannot even tell I was missing teeth to begin with. I actually had to show my wife which teeth were implants and which are my real teeth.

MK Dental - Kejriwal, Dr. Manju
Doctor Kejriwal is an excellent dentist and oral surgeon. She is extremely skilled at her profession and is friendly, compassionate and nonjudgmental. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone that asked. To date, I have had all my teeth extracted but the implant surgery has been on hold. I had been taking care of my aunt and didn't want to risk anesthesia while she needed me. When my aunt passed in March at the age of 93, I was set to proceed with the implant surgery but now that's on hold due to a cancer diagnosis however, Doctor Kejriwal will remain an integral part of my care team through this process as well.

    Vita Dental
I was born with congenitally compromised teeth which I have been trying to keep in stable shape for decades to no avail. I have seen the top dentists in 2 cities and have spent thousands of dollars with only short term results. I harbor no ill feelings toward these dentists as they did their best. Upon meeting the two doctors at Vita I felt something I haven't felt in years, hope. They didn't immediately present my options as they wanted to consult with a specialist to determine if I would be a candidate for a certain treatment. They took time to determine the best options and spent 45 minutes reviewing photos, showing videos, and answering my questions. I felt confident in their knowledge and experience and I proceeded with the recommended treatment. All in all the treatment took 7 months and turned out amazing. I wish I would have gone to Vita a decade of go. It sounds cliche but they changed my life.

    Blue Ash Dental Group
BEWARE! I was told by Dr. Sama Alkalaf after having no prior dental work that I would have to have a root canal on a tooth. I was told this was the procedure that was needed, and they set me up with their billing coordinator so I could pay in full and get scheduled. There was no discussion of a possibility of failure, no discussion of other options, but just that this was the procedure that needed to happen. I scheduled for the following week since I was told if untreated it could get worse. After a very painful 2.5 hour procedure (the numbing wore off three times), I was told I had to go see a periodontist for “crown lengthening” since they needed additional room to place the crown. This was NOT mentioned as a possibility prior to being in her chair that day. I left their office so upset after this horrible procedure, and now additional procedure I somehow magically needed to now go get. Immediately, upon sitting down with the periodontist he told me that they most likely wouldn’t be able to do it from the looks of the x-rays sent over. The periodontist told me that if Blue Ash Dental group had sent the x-rays (prior to the root canal) over to an endodontist (as most do for questionable cases) that they would have informed them NOT to perform the procedure since there was not a high likelihood of a good outcome. There was clearly a lapse in judgement, and unfortunately I’m left with the outcome. Additionally, Dr. Alkalaf did not even fully perform the root canal as there were additional areas that she missed. So even if they were able to crown lengthen, this would have failed regardless due to a poorly performed (and PAINFUL) root canal. Now, due to the bad judgment of Dr. Sama Alkalaf, I am proceeding with an implant, but unfortunately, this is entirely out of pocket as Blue Ash Dental Group used up most of my annual insurance maximum benefit on a procedure that was entirely unneeded and ill advised. In effort to provide a fair review and full transparency, they did refund my out of pocket cost, but the $1,000 that my insurance paid was used up by this unnecessary procedure. If had been properly educated by this office on the risks of failure that was obviously very possible, I would have directly proceeded to the implant route and would have had a good amount covered by insurance. For months the office manager, Randy, stated that we should be able to put the insurance money towards the crown restoration (the portion needed after the implant itself), but apparently the owner of the practice (Dr. Detmer) said that refunding my out of pocket was “more than fair.” I’m glad that he thinks that they have been fair with their poor decisions, but I felt the need to share this experience on this review, and others can decide that for themselves. The amount of pain, hassle, frustration, and money this office has caused from a bad decision is unreal. If they tell you to let them do a root canal, go to an endodontist who specializes in it; it will be the best decision you can make. Sara Roberts, my hygienist, was amazing though, and I will miss her! Also, they have been responding to my reviews in other forums comparing this to a broken bone and a cast not working. This was NOT the situation. This WAS a procedure that was NOT PERFORMED PROPERLY. Very different situation. Run away as quickly as you can.

Buyer beware!!! Paid for complete implants and bridge on top. Placed 8 implants, closer than medical guidelines and randomly angled. Experience was so bad and work sloppy I didn't go back. Refused to return any money for work not completed. I am on a fixed income and borrowed against my house. One year later I have implants failing and have to have all implants removed , bone grafts and planing done and new teeth made. The bank now owns my house and I am looking at another 6 months to a year of pain, liquid diets and isolation.

    Kings Dental
Today I went to King’s Dental and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was so nice and helped me to make the correct decisions. After getting my x-rays I saw Dr. Guy who was just the BEST!!! He carefully explained the options I had with my loose crown. Then I was shown the options from best case to worse case. Even the worse case was far better that my former dentist had offered me. I felt complete trust in Dr. Guy and decided to let him attempt to fix it the best he could. As it turned out, Dr. Guy was able to drill through the top of the crown and tighten the screw that was causing the problem. My former dentist had told me I needed a completely new crown, and sent me to a specialist to remove the old one. This is when I started to look to get a new dentist... After a few days of searching, I settled on King’s Dental because of all the stellar reviews I saw. I decided to take a chance with them and I really made the correct choice. Even if Dr. Guy had not been able to fix my loose crown, their prices to place a new one, should I need it, were much better and any other dentist I looked at. I based my choice on all the great customer service reviews, not pricing…although that was an added incentive once I saw the options I had. As it happened, Dr. Guy did a great job and fixed it at a lower cost than I ever expected. Because of the GREAT service and friendly people there, I am dropping my old dentist and switching to King’s Dental for ALL my future dental needs. I can’t thank Dr. Guy enough as I’m on disability and low income and he sure saved my life…THANK YOU Dr. Guy!!! You Really are The GREATEST!!!

    Vita Dental
The perfect mix of excellent treatment, professionalism, and patient experience. I initially found vita dental through my sister. She has been going to them for years and her teeth look amazing. I had some dental work fail after a few years and i was done bargain shopping for my care. I wanted to get my mouth fixed right and I knew it would be an investment and it is true you get what you pay for. The cost was a little higher than average but the result were better than I could imagine and everything feels great. Take it from my experience it is better to pay more initially and know you got the best rather than paying for treatment a second time to correct a mistake.
