    Kentucky Auto Service
    KY auto service is more than fair with all the work they do. They only did what was necessary and charged me less than anywhere else I had priced out. One thing that impressed me the most was that they diagnosed my vehicle correctly when the Toyota dealership failed to ***** the problem correctly. I have been amazed of how far above and beyond everyone goes to make sure that you are satisfied. I am torn by writing this review because it is a hidden gem and I almost want to keep it that way.

    The priority is first come, first serve. I left my truck overnight using the key-drop. They called first thing the next morning to discuss my wants for the exhaust system. The price was much better than expected. They finished promptly and called around lunch to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up. I could not get there before they closed, but they were willing to take payment over the phone. My experience was great.

    It went well. They might not be the quickest to get to your car but they look it over as if they are looking it over for a family member. They care about what they are doing. They are right there. They are not putting you off but they are just busy.

    Rallye Motors is outstanding at what they do. I needed a car quickly - my own had been totaled. After going to multiple other car dealers and not being satisfied, I remembered using Rallye about 10 years ago. I should have started there first! The cars they have on the lot are in impeccable condition. And while the lot isn't huge, they have a great mix of cars in varying makes, models, and price points. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry and the price and quality was excellent.

    Customer service was outstanding. It was easy to take several cars out for driving tests. All my questions were answered. There were no hard sells. If I had to wait for attention, it was never more than a few minutes. I was helped with financing, and they could beat what I was offered elsewhere. After I got the car home I noticed a noise. Called them up and was quickly offered a loaner car as they had mechanics check out the Camry. There was a small amount of rust on the rotors, apparently, and that was easily rectified. Since then I've driven the car for a few months, including an extended trip into Michigan and Ontario, Canada. Car is fantastic. Thanks, Rallye!

    As others have mentioned, Rob is doing a great job. He is professional, knowledgeable, communicative and straightforward in every dealing that I have had with him (and Tony). Most importantly, he has earned my trust at every turn. If there is a simple fix for a problem, he will suggest it. If he foresees something happening that may need to be addressed in the future, he gives me a heads up. This shop is one of those rare places where I feel like I can trust the folks completely. Yes, an oil change costs $5 more than the quickie places, but it is worth every penny in peace of mind. I have no idea how their labor rate compares to others in the area and, quite honestly, it no longer matters to me-- I simply trust this place.

    I had a 2004 Chevy Aveo that would not run properly at all. There was a loud grinding sound whenever I turned, the engine was noisey, and it could not accelerate uphill. I was ready to sell the car for scrap. My mechanic told me it would cost around $2000 to fix it. I took it to Bud's J & M's for repair, and it was fixed in less than 24 hours for less than $300. I have continued going to them for the past 9 months for both of cars, and they do great work at an affordable cost. The staff always explains what they do and make sure to save you every dollar possible. They are very respectful and helpful. No one ever wants to go to the mechanic, but if I have to, I will always choose Bud's.

    This is a different experience.  They say what they are going to do.  They actually tell you if "they" would bother to perform a service now or later.  They really understand the meaning of customer service.  I can't imagine using any other automotive repair vendor now.

    I needed to ship my Nissan Frontier pick up truck from Kentucky to California.  I had shipped it a couple years ago from Sacramento to
    Kentucky and was able to get something schedule within a few days. This time was different.  I don't know if something has changed about the auto transport industry but it took over 3 weeks. If you live a significant distance from a major interstate, you could be out of luck totally. Once we did get assigned a carrier, we had no trouble because the carrier was a really good one. Glad that McElley contracts with them.

    I called 3 different companies, all on Angies' List and this was the least expensive over the phone estimate. They fixed the car in an extremely timely manner, stuck to the phone estimate and we were extremely pleased.

    I thought that they did very good work and that they were very reliable. I really like their work, and I think it all looks great and would use them again. They are great and they will not do work that doesn't need to be done. They know exactly what they are talking about. It is a very clean and professional place.
