Purchased a Sierra 1500 Denali Truck May 2020. Salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. Negotiations were what you would expect. I had a hard time agreeing to an item they call “PULSE” it’s a flashing brake light but he explained it was on all vehicles they sell do to it becoming a mandatory safety item in the future!(********). “PULSE” already on it sorry. We negotiated final price approx 18% discount off MSRP. told them I had my own financing at 1.98% and would have a check tomorrow for them. They asked me to do financing with them for 1.98% rate match and I agreed (mistake on my part). Waited approx 1.5 hrs for finance guy. Now I realize if people ahead of me I wait no problem but the person ahead of me was out of the office for 40 min before I was brought in. How do I know. I was watching the guy. Finally I get asked in and knew he was a shister right off. He make stupid fast small talk and the starts talking payments which are well above agreed upon purchase price. I ask what is the sale price of vehicle you are using? It was $2000+ over the agreed upon price because he was courteous enough to add in an extended warranty I didn’t ask for or want! He removes it and I ask to see estimate sheet and he has moved interest rate to 2.35% not 1.98% tries to compare it to a mortgage interest rate vs APR. In my case it is irrelevant because I’ll pay the truck off but I should have just told him to give me bill of sale and returned next day with the check just on principle alone. The finance man was rude, inconsiderate and an embarrassment to the organization. Strong words right a little **** ** the finance guy you think, I asked a question on breakdown he was unable or unwilling to answer the question and he commented, why do you care if the bottom number is what you agreed upon! Finished my review of paperwork figured out the answer to my own question and signed the documents. After signing, expecting for him to ask for the over 20k check I was putting down as agreed upon and he just says as he is putting paperwork in a folder we are done! I say ok and walk out laughing to myself! Sales man sees me and approaches and explains they are still detailing my new truck.i wait another 20 min and salesman brings me to my truck and explains a few features. I wanted to just leave and let the finance guy sweat it out on the check missing when the controller figures out he never asked for the down payment. But I looked at the salesman told him his finance guy was an a-hole (he was not surprised by my comment) and handed him my down payment check. He said oh... he never asked for this! Nope and the only reason I’m doing this is so nobody pulls you into his incompetence by saying you should of asked for it! Recommendation... bring your own financing to this dealership!I drive home my sons excited over new truck and I ask him to check out this “PULSE” feature! Non existent ! Ok I’ll bring it up with them tomorrow. I go back and find salesman explain no “PULSE” on vehicle he confirms it and goes to his manager. He comes back and says he never agreed to put it on. I say you told me it was already on the truck! That’s why fee was there. He goes back to the manager and comes back saying that’s how we got to final number by not adding it!!!! Not what we agreed upon! I expressed my displeasure with the resolution and left. Dealership Stand by your word if you don’t you are nothing. ( I would have asked for it on the owed slip during signing if I knew it wasn’t already installed like I was told)This is second reason for this review! If you decide to buy a vehicle here and you hear this “PULSE” charge or anything like it adamantly oppose this charge for me..... it’s garbage.I wish it was a better review for the dealership but it’s not. The salesman Daniel was a good guy just doing what he’s told no hard feeling against him. I hope Holman Motors owner sees this and corrects the dealerships problems for future customers. I hope your experience is better than mine. Happy shopping.

Now that everything is done, I can post my personal experience with Kerry Ford on West Kemper Road, Cincinnati. On March 2018 we went in to trade two cars, one a 2017 Ford Escape SE and the other that was left to my husband by his father that had passed away in February 2018. Both my husband and his father’s name were on the title to the 2016 KIA. We found a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. We talked to a salesman there at Kerry Ford and told him we had two cars to trade in. He asked if we had the title to the KIA and the death certificate for his father. We handed him both. He looked at both and said, let me see what we can do. The salesman took the documents to the back and within about 15 minutes or so the salesman and another guy came out and said they could do the deal with both cars since my husband’s name was also on the title of the KIA. So we signed the paperwork for the new car and we were told they would take care of the transfer of both titles of the trade in of the Escape and KIA. They sold the trade in of the Escape within about 3 weeks there bouts. The KIA still sat on the used car lot. Fast forward five months and we get a call from Lucas Flannery of Kerry Ford asking about the situation of the title for the KIA. I called Lucus Flannery back after speaking with my husband asking why they would be calling us regarding the title to the KIA when we were told that they would take care of getting the KIA title transferred over to them. After several calls back and forth with Kerry and speaking to Lucus Flannery and Lane Taylor in person and being told by Lane Taylor that they should not have done the deal that day and Lucas admitting they dropped the ball on the title. Mine you they have had the title to the KIA this whole time. We were contacted by an Attorney for Kerry Ford stating they were taking us to court for being deceptive! US BEING DECEPTIVE? Long story short, we will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Kerry Ford ever again. They are nothing short of being deceptive in the way they sell cars and take trade ins. Even if this would have gone to court, they would have lost because there are rules and regulations that car dealerships have to follow in order to sell cars. That day, there were people involved that seen an opportunity in making money with two cars being traded in and no regard to rules and regulations. They should have seen that in the state of Ohio there has to be three little letters next to the name on the title that the car goes to. It’s called Survivorship. Knowing they were NOT next to my husband’s name on the title they did the deal anyways knowing realistically they couldn’t and shouldn’t do the deal but they did. All they seen was dollar signs!

It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and patient. No high pressure sales. They let the car sell itself and answered all my questions. I shopped around and they beat the other dealers quotes.

I had a bad time with my sales person. I knew the car I wanted, the guy was kind of pushy. He was more worried about me doing the survey and giving him all good grades but I didn't feel like he worked with me too much on the price of the car as much as I wanted and needed to on some of it. I was very upset with it, he actually called me at work. I feel like he was more worried about his needs than mine with this. I was not happy with the sales person but the car and dealership were okay. i feel he could've worked more in my favor than he did. I've been there since and have not seen that sales person.

I bought my wife a new Rav4 in December, and I totaled my car in January and I called. I've been a salesperson all of my life. I usually get a sales rep at a car dealership. I don't buy cars that often, but this guy I dealt with his name was Russell Hice. I bought the new car from him and then a couple of months later I bought the new car from him when my car got totaled. I was handled well and everything. The only bad part about my experience was, and it wasn't really bad. In hindsight they sold me an extended warranty, it wasn't what I thought it was. I thought I was buying two years of free oil change and blah, blah, blah and I thought I was getting routine maintenance. I did buy gap insurance. I was happy everything, it was just a little bit of buyers remorse with the extended warranty.

That was excellent. I would give it all A's as well. I would use them again. They were wonderful. In fact I had called there a couple months before I bought it and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and they didn't have it. He said he would call me when they did and he did.

They were wonderful. Salesmen were very nice. You don’t really get to bargain with these guys. It is what it is, pretty much. They took good care of him.

They're an "A" company. I did get a very good positive buying experience there. The salesman was great. I would use them again, if I buy another Lexus.

My experience was good when I was using them when it was under warranty. It was a little expensive when we had to pay for it. I was recommended to a different company and I moved to them after the warranty ran out. They were pretty good.

Super plus and all toys and the whistles and stuff.I have never done that before, and little more than I normally would spend. You always wish that you didn't have to spend that much, but for others they were an A. I actually sent some friends there. I would recommend them. Not very long. Matter of decided what I wanted. I found the exact car I wanted, they didn't have it in stock. They delivered it the next day.
