AKentucky Awning Co.Great. They were able to get the product ordered and installed despite the COVID pandemic. There were some unexpected issues that arose at the time of installation, but they were able to negotiate it and install the Awning. We love it and use it everyday.- Phil C.

Fbruener roofing and siding incThis company owner Doug Bruener was driving down my parents road which is 15mph. He was in his company truck looking for a house he was working on. He passed by my dad and my 2 year old son going well over the speed limit so my father motioned him to slow down. He soon after drove back toward my son and father which are taking a walk down the road. He sees them in the road and decided to speed up and go around them. He has no regard for life nor cares about the fact that he could have ran my father or my son over. He purposely sped up with no regard. The police were contacted and his card was given to talk to the company about the situation. Then we realized Doug Bruener, the man who was driving is the company owner.- Taylor J.

AAdvance Aluminum Cooverall experience was a definite "A+". We had a very OLD 10x14 patio covering. when it rained we had to put buckets under the leaks. we had recently had our driveway repaved and included a lane up to the patio pad. the new aluminum covering was 10x30. we now have a place to drive under to unload groceries, etc. in the dry (it is very aggravating to hold an unbrella between your chin and shoulder and pack grocery bags). It will also provide shade to that part of the brick wall. the neighbors were "impressed" we also added a door awning on a separate garage. I must say I am extremely pleased and wonder why we didn't do this before. It even rained after the installation was complete and no need for the buckets!!! Yipee~!- Virginia T.

DCentral Ky Home ImprovementHe does get started quickly, but he does as little as he can get away with. He did not replace all the rafters on my roof only the ones that he thought needed to be replaced. The job was to do a new roof and porch for an estimate that was lower than the highest estimate that I obtained.- Julia R.

FPine Mountain AwningIf you enjoy being lied to, bullied, and intimidated, then this is the bunch for you! If you're looking for awnings made of something other than excuses, you should probably look elsewhere. It starts out all buddy-buddy (I now think that's a red flag for a lying contractor), then turns into full on neglect once the check clears. They came nowhere close to making their deadline. Didn't even try. And when I asked for my deposit money back (for a job not done), here come the threats. So, overall how was it? We ended up in court. The advise I will give about this bunch to everyone who will listen is find someone, ANYONE else.- Michael B.

FHorrible. 7 months past projected completion time and still not completed. Had to hire another contractor to complete +$17,000+. MH paid in full except for $4,000 and wanted paid that prior to final county inspection. Didn't do work he said he did. sub-standard work, cheaper materials than was promised, wanted draws before due, only worked 20 hours a week instead of expected 40 hours a week. Has a different job he works during week when he was supposed to be working here. No sense of urgency at all. Looks to cut expenses & materials at our expense. Less than honest. WATCH OUT!!!
