    Perfect. Mike was extremely professional and and capable of handling anything that gets in the way of the task. He had every necessary part and the skill to explain the best way to enjoy the new TV and all of the complexities of the new technology. The process did not take too long, but Mike was willing to take all of the time necessary to get the job done right. I will proudly recommend On The Wall TV Install to my friends, family, associates, or anyone else that needs this type of service.

    The experience in the beginning was really bad, they didn't show up when they were supposed to, but the cable is fine. It has taken them a lot of time and phone calls to get them. I am using them. The person who showed up was professional.

    We showed up at the shop a few minutes before closing time last Saturday to look at the Traeger and Louisiana Smokers. Tim took the time to educate us on each grill and all the different uses for a pellet smoker. We told Tim we wanted a smoker for Thanksgiving. After the sale, Tim closed up the shop a delivered the Louisiana smoker to our house and placed the grill on our deck.

    A few days later I had some questions and called Tim, he took the time to explain the start up and answer all my questions.

    Tim was awesome and we definitely recommend TKR mower service for all your grilling needs.

    Professional, responsive, and friendly. They did what they said they would do, for how much they said it would cost, and when they said they would do it. PODs were clean and everything we had stored was returned in good shape almost a year after we loaded the POD. I would use them again.

    He took the entire click apart and used the correct expensive oil . Definitely experienced. I did need to provide a towel for the cleaning and a step stool for him to reach the clock, which surprised me. If I did not have one would he have been able to do the job that day?

    After dropping my receiver off, I waited and waited and never heard anything after 10 days.  Then I started getting stories that there were parts that needed to be shipped.  Then I heard that the parts weren't available from that supplier so he would need to use another supplier.   I could never get an answer and never a call back so I simply stopped by the house and knocked on the door.   Stacks of supplies were on the front porch from UPS for weeks at a time.    After almost 6 weeks, when I threatened to file suit, I was told the receiver would be ready the next morning (I had to stop by because there was no answer to my phone calls).  It was actually another day and half before it was ready.   I insisted that he plug it in to see if it worked.  He did that and it seemed to work.  I brought it home and immediately hooked it up.  After 10 minutes, there were sparks and the receiver went dead.  I called on the phone but there was no answer.  I left a message on the voice mail.  I drove back to the house and knocked on the door repeatedly over the course of the next week----no answer.     I never did hear anything back and ultimately I threw the receiver away and bought a new one.     Circuitronix is the pinnacle of ridiculous customer service (non-existent) and incompetence.  2 months and still no receiver and no replies.    This is a business which should be shut down if it isn't already.   On the plus side, at least he only took me for the $20 diagnostic fee because he told me to take my receiver and make sure it worked before I paid him.   I think he knew it was going to blow up again.

    My daughter complained to the lady that this was the 2nd trip on a different cable box.  We were issued a credit immediately, our internet speed was upgraded to the next tier at no charge and we were given two premium channels at no charge for a year,

    I had my son via scheduled c-section in 2011. I was so happy to leave the hospital, I was ready after just a day. The policy is that they don't take the baby to the nursery unless there is a problem. Luckily our son was healthy but I just had surgery and my husband and I were tired, just a few hours would have been wonderful. I also felt really really pressured to breast feed. I did want to do it but I felt so pushed into it that by the time I got home I gave up. It wasn't nice pressure either. Another issue I had with them was minor but annoying, they don't (or didn't at the time) have wipes. They have these little dry cloths that you can wet and use. When I asked a nurse why, if these were better than wipes and she said nope! They are just cheap! I really liked my doctor and they only deliver here so I may go back next time but if I had a choice I would go elsewhere.

    This work was finished in less then one hour.  Mike is professional and his knowledge of this service is second to none.  He explained the work to be done prior to start and helped setup the TV/cable system when finished.  He cleaned up after work was complete.  Great guy and great experience.

    The service was great, the driver showed up when expected and helped with loading their bin.  He was very professional and helpful. I did get this service a few months ago and noticed the price went up but it was still worth not having to shred all those old docs myself.
