ARECKER & BOERGER INCI originally ordered a new LG gas range to replace an existing electric range. The LG range was delivered and ready to be installed, only to find that we did not have a gas line! After several weeks and several plumbers providing estimates, we determined that the cost and disruption was not worth a new gas range. We asked Recker & Boerger to come back and pick up the LG gas range (which we had stored in our garage until the gas line could be installed). While we had to pay a 20% restocking fee - which I understood but wasn't terribly happy to have to pay - they promptly came back to pick up the LG range and also provided us a refund check for the balance. All in all, I was very pleased with their customer service and the process; it was our fault about the gas line, but they handled it in a nice, friendly manner. Throughout, I was in close contact with their sales team who were pleasant and accommodating. I have purchased appliances from them before and have consistently had good experiences. I highly recommend them and will be back again.- ROBERT C.

ARsc Company LLCI needed some appliances and other trash removed from rental home I was remodeling and I was under a time crunch because the first company I called canceled on me. I called RSC and they were able to fit me in last minute even though it was a holiday weekend. RSC was very reasonably priced. The crew worked so hard and quick I was impressed! AWOODCRAFT FURNITUREHad a great experience with Woodcraft. We originally wanted a console table from a catalog, but it had recently been discontinued by the manufacturer. Woodcraft was able to partner with another local furniture maker to re-create the catalog item's design, and the result was perfect! A few bonus factors were that we got to choose hardware we liked even more than the catalog example, it was Ohio made, and the total was about 10% less than the catalog item would have been. I would recommend going to the store to see color samples before ordering, as we ended up going with a slightly different color than their original recommendation after seeing samples in person.- Ryan L.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more.
