    Kim took in all the dresses, pants and tops so they fit perfectly. She took her time in having me try on each piece and measuring how much needed altering. Every piece turned out exactly as I wanted.

    I first met Dan when he came to my home to repair 2 pieces of leather furniture. He came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. His work was impeccable and after I viewed his work as a painter I knew I wanted to commission him to do an oil painting for my husband's birthday . He painted an oil painting of our family farm and I surprised him his birthday. I told Dan my husband would cry and he did not disappoint . The painting will become a family heirloom . My husband and I are very grateful to Dan.

    They're excellent. I sent in something and didn't realize that a button was missing, but they sent back a little note telling me that they sewed a button back on. If you need something in a hurry they're good and I just really like them. I like their delivery service. I like that I can take like a little area rug to them and they can send it out. They'll take care of it, even my bedspread. They're very good and I know if I give them something I'm going to get it back in great condition. We moved over to Erlanger and they're in Cincinnati, so when I need something I run it over there. My husband doesn't travel anymore and I haven't needed any dry cleaning in the last year, but when I do for my little rug and bedspread I'll definitely make a trip over there. They have a delivery service, so they can deliver it to my friend and then I can get it when I'm over there. I think you pay a little more for them, but it's worth it.

    Qualtiy of the dry cleaning was superb.  Could not have been better.  Successfully removed a large red wine stain from the wedding dress that we didn't think would come out.
    The only thing that was negative about the experience is that the attendant was a bit argumentative and dismissive.  When I brought the items in, I mentioned that I called ahead to see if the wine stain could be removed and was told that they could likely get it out based on the fabric type.  However, the attendant said she wasn't sure that was true and wanted to know the name of the person I talked to.  I didn't remember, but thought her manner was odd.
    Then when i picked up the dress, it was in a different bag that the one I dropped off.  I asked the attendant to check to make sure it was the right dress because the bag was different.  She told me that it was the same bag I brought in.  Told her it wasn't, she said it was.  Told her that the logo on the purple bag that the dress was NOW in was not the same store from which we bought the dress and our store used white bags.  In a dismissive, rude manner, she informed me that they had the right dress in the bag, but had to switch bags - - not sure why she could not have said that upfront.  I checked it myself to make sure I had the right dress before leaving.  The entire exchange was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

    Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Dan was very prompt in calling to schedule an appointment. He did the repair work, which was amazing to watch, and the finished product was perfect!. My sofa looked brand new, NO KIDDING! Thank you Dan for the great experience. You should know that I am a very picky customer and a bit of a perfectionist so trust me when I tell you I am a very satisfied customer!

    We went in and had the dress pinned the way my daughter wanted it.  The day she picked it up she could see it was too short, but the store was closing so she didn't try it on.  Once it was on, you could see the hem was about 6" too short in the back and 4" too short in the front.  It had not even been cut and hemmed straight.  It had not been taken in so it had an awkard flare for the too short dress.  We did not talk to Mary, as the dress was picked up late and the store did not open until a day or two later, and we now had no time to wait.  Homecoming was 5 days away and  we did not have time to have Mary look at the mistake.  In a panic we looked for someone to repair the damage.   I found a wonderful seamstress, Trish who charged me 1/2 of what Mary's did (I will review Trish separately) and she creatively and effectively repaired the dress so my daughter could still wear it.  The changes Trish made to the dress also made it impossible for me to take the dress back to Mary and show her what had been done wrong at her shop and ask for my money back.  Mary's had done other work for me in the past with no problems and for that reason I hesitate to grade her so harshly, but this last dress was done so poorly I cannot risk going back.

    One of the shirts came back with a stain on the pocket and when I mention the stain the lady did not seem to care and just offer excuses i was going to drop off a king size comforter but I will find some where else to go

    I emailed Dan on 2/22/2012 about repairing a hole and worn spot on the armrests of my leather recliner.  I got a response by email that same day, including the base price for the type of repair my chair needed ($150.), and an idea of how fast I might expect the minimum price to increase.  He also said to email pictures if I had them and wished to pursue having the work done.  I emailed pictures 2/27/2012, and asked him to call me to schedule the work.  He called me back that same day, and scheduled the appointment about 5 weeks later - the downside of being so good at what he does, I suppose.Dan arrived right on time and went to work immediately.  He protected the carpet around the chair, and you can't even tell that the chair has been repaired.  I don't know how he does it, but his results are totally amazing.  Cleanup was complete, and he finished in a couple of hours.I definately would hire him again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

    These folks have been in business for decades in Hartwell, selling, designing and repairing jewelry, selling watches as well. I have had one piece designed by them, bought another, and have had numerous repairs done on our wedding rings through the years. Larry Hug (I don't remember the others) is extremely knowledgeable and creative, and takes excellent care of the things he sells as well as the ones you bring him. We now live about 25 miles away, but would go nowhere else. I cannot say enough positive about them. They are a bit high in price but are well worth it.

    It is small, clean and newly furnished building. It is usually next day delivery except for Friday. They provide free delivery and replace buttons. They are very dependable and I don t have any complaints. I have never had a lost item. They are the cheapest. They take special request for stained clothes. They are very efficient. They have local coupons available.
