  • That was excellent. I would give it all A's as well. I would use them again. They were wonderful. In fact I had called there a couple months before I bought it and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and they didn't have it. He said he would call me when they did and he did.

  • The car was sold "as-is" no warranty. The car interior was good condition, new tires and mechanically the car appeared to be in good condition...everything checked out.
    I test drove the car and it ran smoothly and handled well. Confirmed the price of the car and what was needed to complete the purchase of the car.
    Frustration #1 - I was told that I had to pay for the car in cash, this was not an easy task to withdrawal $3,000.00 in cash from the bank. When I went back to purchase the car I found out that I could have used money order/bank check OR cash.
    Frustration #2 - I was told that I would receive a phone call when the license plate came in. I never received a phone call and when it got to be 1 day left before the temp tag expired I called and was told "we never call anyone to tell anyone when the plates come in".
    Frustration #3 - The car was most certainly "as-is", they did a good job of covering up the fact that it needed a new engine! After having the car for 1 week it was discovered that it had rod knock and I had to replace the engine adding an additional cost of $2,000.00 to purchase of the car.
    The service was not great or professional, the cars are NOT in good shape and they are just swindlers looking to take money from people.

  • If you purchase an automobile off of Fuller Ford's lot, they give you oil change. I had 40,000 miles for my car and the air-conditioning wasn't working and they fixed it for free. They are the only one that touches my car. I like their professionalism. I do feel that they really care about their customer. We have the A plan for Ford and we have no hassle with the price. I've had people tell me before that if you are an A plan member, sometimes you are not treated very well because the commission is lower but I felt that I was treated very well. They are very reasonable for the price and they always look out for you. They will also look out for the rebate for you.

  • Had one issue with the attitude of an individual. I spoke with the service manager and the individual immediately called to apologize. Other than that, they have been very good and have a nice waiting area with coffee, snacks, WIFI, and a large television. Overall, I?ve been very pleased.

  • This is unquestionably the best service I have ever experienced. I have been a customer there since 1999 for three different Acura's for both sales and service, major and minor, and the sales and service are both superb. They are punctual, courteous, give accurate explanations, and do the service correctly the first time. They often have a loaner vehicle waiting, if you give reasonable notice. I have dealt with many different dealers over the last 40 years, but none to rival this one. They also check back with you to see if you have had a satisfactory experience. If there is body damage, they refer you to Mand G, also an excellent firm.

  • I own a 2005 Toyota that I purchased at Kerry Toyota. It only has 24,000 miles on it so I was not thinking of getting a new one but I received a letter from Kerry saying as a loyal customer I could purchase a new toyota at "Kerry Toyota Employee Pricing". So I decided if the price was right I would buy a new one even though I was suspicious of this letter because some dealerships use these to get people into the showroom. I called and spoke to Mike Campo who gave me a price $200 under the internet price that anyone could buy this vehicle for. I said there must be some mistake and asked to speak to Jeremy Schmidt, General Sales Manager, who sent me the letter. He said the quoted price was right and confirmed that was the employee price. I requested that he take my name off of their mailing list so I would not receive anymore of this misleading material. His response was he would and "do us all a favor and do not ever call this dealership again". I will certainly do as he requested. I was shocked that any sales manager would talk to a customer that way.

  • I received unsatisfactory in-store service from some other local dealerships. We utilized Internet and found Florence Wyler. Price was right, options were wrong. Tom at the Florence Wyler went to Lexington and picked up my preferred vehicle. Delivery was quick and professional and financing went flawless. Best car purchase experience to date.
