Everything was done professionally and the problem was resolved completely. Greg did a great job and even recommended a handyman service to permanently repair the damaged area that had allowed the squirrels access.

Very pleased with the services. The squirrels had done quite a bit of damage to the house. The repairs were made to our home. The squirrels were left an exit only trap for them to leave the attic but were unable to get back in. He followed up with us over the course of the week to see if the attic noises had gotten any better. Once we were noise free he returned, removed the exit trap and sealed the last entrance. A very humane way to fix our squirrel issue. We will not hesitate to use his services again if necessary and be happy to refer him to anyone else with an "animal" issue.

Casey was the first to finally answer the phone after calling numerous pest control companies when I started hearing noises in my attic. He was able to come out next day! He was very knowledgeable about the various pests that could of be in my attic. After two, one hour visits, he was able to inspect my pest issue, remove all of the squirrels from my attic and repair their entry point! He did a thorough inspection of my attic and ensured that no serious damage was done from the squirrels. He was very professional and arrived on time. I will definitely be calling him again if I ever have a pest problem!

Within 4 hours, we had caught two moles. Two more hours later, two more moles. Within the next few weeks, we had eradicated 7 moles, and have no more mole activity. We now know where and how to set the traps ourselves should they come back in fall or next spring. Tom was professional, to-the-point, and got the job done. We'd recommend him to anyone with mole problems.

I am clearing out my parents' home of 60 years.  My parents had been living there - aging in place - for the last ten years as they requested to be able to do.  My father's recent death ended that plan as my mother has dementia and cannot live alone.  Mom is now living with me and cannot be easily left alone for any length of time.  My parents were also both hoarders to different degrees and had not allowed any major but necessary repairs to be done to the house except for roof repair in the past 15 years.

When I went to the house to do some work on the piles of paper, etc. I discovered evidence of raccoons ransacking the kitchen area and part of the family room.  All packages of food and garbage had been removed weeks before, but the raccoons came after crumbs in the cookie jar, dirty dishes and a can of Hershey's cocoa.  I consulted Angie's List and called Wildlife Removal because I had enough decisions to make and meetings to go to and paperwork to fill out in a limited amount of time and just wanted someone to do this job with a minimum of aggravation.  Jay was professional and efficient and sympathetic to my situation and went beyond my expectations to not only clear the raccoons - total was 6 trapped! - and explain what I needed to do at every step of the way, but also to accomodate me and my situation with Mom.   He has a basic charge and then charges per trapped animal that has to be retrieved in a timely manner.  After two weeks, and six raccoons and not knowing how many more there would be,  I sent a check to Jay as payment of what had been trapped up to that time. As it turned out, no more raccoons were trapped, nor was there evidence of them still trying to get into the house or living in the attic after another ten days, and so the payment was accepted as in full.  I was very imporessed with Jay's accomodating my situation and would highly recommend him to anyone with a similar problem.

He is not only professional and efficient, but understanding and sympathetic about the situations his clients find themselves and their property in with the uninvited 'guests.'  I would consider my particular situation to be an unusual and aggravating one since there were so many raccoons eventually and the house was unoccupied and in poor condition and yet Jay never showed anything but a professional manner.  There were no excuses, no long drawn-out explanations about why he couldn't do something, lots of good communication and, in comparison to other services I have had to deal with in the past six months, a genuine nice guy with nice employees.

Their service was very good. They came out and put traps for the raccoons. They charged us $159 for traps and $60 for each animal that was removed. They caught six raccoons, and it was worth it. I called and spoke to Debbie, she explained what the price would be. They have had an animal technician come out and he looked around where the entry points could be and the best place to put the trap. They bait the trap and put it up there and I had to call them when there was an animal in there. They come and get it usually within the 24 hours. At one point it was almost 24 hours before they came and it was hot and they had to take it away. In the state of Kentucky you either have to sterilize them or release it 30 miles away from were you live because they will come back. They are well informed they knew what they were dealing with and the best way to approach it. It would have been cheaper for me to put my own traps up, but then I wouldn't have known what to do with it. Honestly, when the people came out to the house sometimes I wasn't impressed with. I guess they have only few people to work with and other customers need traps, but sometimes it was too long for me. I am an animal lover, we had an animal that died which was trapped for so long and we were waiting for them to get it picked up, that was not good. That was only one time. There was another one which kept crying the whole night in the roof. I have no idea about the price, I have not compared. They were local and there were only couple of things on Angie's list. There was one other place which I called, but he didn't sound very professional, so I went with this person. Their appearance from the phone call was much more professional. They also do clean up afterwards and I didn't have to do it. She was also very good with advice, she told me what to do, how to handle things afterwards and stuff like that.

Eventhough, I did not have Mike perform any services, I would like to say what a knowledgeable, friendly, and honest guy.  I called to get information about mice in my mother's house.  I left him a message and he responded within the same day, within hours actually.  We must have spoken on the phone for at least 20+ minutes.  He told me everything to look for to see if they were in the attic and if they were, how to rid them.  I found it very refreshing that he took time out of his day to share his knowledge and have a lengthy discussion with me;  eventhough, he knew I was not going to have any services performed.  His actions spoke volumes to me!  If I ever had an issue at my house, I would not hesitate to call Mike at Creature Catchers for his assistance.

Lee was a complete professional from start to finish; he explained every step of the procedure in detail, was very knowledgable, and performed the job within the time and price quoted. I highly recommend him!

Creature Catchers gave assessed the situation over the phone, as at the time we did not know what was in the attic, and was able to determine what they would be up against before arriving. We were given a verbal quote over the phone, and that estimate was the exact amount we paid. Creature Catchers responded to our calls promptly during the entire process.

Overall the experience was very positive. Mike does euthanize the animals ,which was troublesome to me, but I understand it is a state law he has to abide by. The price was $50 per animal caught, plus a $100 set up fee (which I feel is a bit excessive). We would call Mike in the morning and report any trapped animals and he would come and remove them right away. I would use Mike again and recommend his services.
