    Statewide Roofing & Restoration
At first the representative was awesome cane out and found issues and helped with the insurance claim. Then it got ugly when l asked for a quote prior to receiving my insurance payment. The company would not provide a formal quote and was only concerned about how much l would receive from my insurance, this made me feel like the company was ripping me off. The work was completed not on the scheduled days but it at least got completed and looks good. After the work was completed l find a bunch of nails left over on my property and l still two months later found nails around my house. I understand is hard to get every nail but l find them in handfulls. Overall, I wouldn't hire them again and hope if something does happen to my roof they are still in business so I can use my lifetime warranty.

    Pinnacle Remodeling
Both dormers and surrounding roof and soffits look tight; they look professionally done; and they both look exactly alike . . . just like I wanted. Pinnacle used quality material and they left the site clean. I would definitely use them in the future.

Well the salesman did his job, he sold me. My roof was the first thing to be replaced and since I don't do construction, I didn't know that this needed to be done last and apparently neither did the man who scheduled what was to be done first. When my siding was replaced, they pulled my roof up in 2 places and I am still not pleased with how they "repaired" them. I had to take time off of work to "babysit" them because they weren't doing things how I had said that I wanted them done. I was wanting my gable boards replaced and it was written in my contract to do so, and they were just going to cut the boards to the size I wanted and them and then just cover them with the fascia. The roofers didn't pick up any of the nails that they dropped and so we went out and purchased a magnetic roller and have already picked up over 32oz of nails. The siding people had only been with this company for 3 weeks when they started my house and I had to call the project manager a lot in order to get things done. When they finished on a Thursday, they didn't come back until Saturday to clean up all the old siding and that is because I kept texting the project manager. I just feel that when you have a salesman write up what you want, there needs to be more communication from him to everyone else. There wasn't any communication. I was happy with my roof until it got pulled up and now I get mad everyday when I come home and see it. I went with this company because they had great reviews on Angie's List and I just don't want anyone else to have false hopes of getting a great roof.

    Sawyer Construction & Roofing
I had sent a few messages back and forth with a rep from Sawyers on Angie's list Wednesday evening. I called the office on Thursday morning to schedule an estimate. The man who answered the phone advised me that he would call me back. Which he did within 30 minutes. He advised me that they wanted my husband and I to be together so they could explain the services to both of us. I thought that was great! He then advised me that Dennis would be at our house at 5:30 Friday afternoon. Fabulous customer service and showed a willingness to do the job by coming in late on a Friday afternoon. It sounded perfect. I was very pleased and the gentleman told me if something happened and Dennis couldn't make it or there were some other type of scheduling issue that he would call me. No call. No show. I am very disappointed.

    Gutterstuff Of Kentuckanna
We signed a contract to have our soffit, gutters and downspouts on our home on 5/28/2015.  At the same time per their contract, we paid a 50% down payment.  We were told that work would begin within the next 2-3 weeks.  In week 3 we called to
learn the status of our scheduled work.  Friday of that same week, workers were out to remove the old soffit and began to put
up the new.  The bulky items were hauled away.  Work continued into the next week.
On the Thursday of week 4 they contacted us to learn how satisfied we were of the job and if they could charge the credit card.  We told them we would like to go home (after work) and look at what they believed to be completed work first.  They followed up the next day and learned that there were two concerns related to workmanship (i.e., downspout separated from gutter and a downspout was crooked); the mess (i.e., nails, screws, insulation, cigarette butts, and pieces of cut aluminum) left behind every day they were there; and a broken landscaping light.  That same day, after learning this and receiving pictures (as requested) of the workmanship and mess, they charged our credit card without authorization.  We consider this not authorized since the job was not complete.  We didn?t realize the charge until the next week.

Voicemail left with the project coordinator about this led a text message from him that directed us to the owner of the company.  The next day the owner promised to ?do what it takes to make it right? and to call the following day with a resolution.  That call has yet to be received.  Attempts to call him lead to a full voicemail box.  Very, very disappointed and not a satisfied customer at all.

Bone Dry Roofing & Masonry - Louisville
Bone Dry roofing and masonry have been fantastic to work with. Since the chimney was leaking and they weren't going to be able to take it down for a couple of weeks, they had someone come out and cover it up with a tarp, in the pouring rain. They did a great job of tearing down the entire chimney and roofing over where the chimney used to be. This was the best option since the chimney has no use.
They were very personable and professional. They cleaned everything up when they were done. Roger, the manager, came out and inspected afterwards and even fixed some nail pops for me.
I was so impressed with them that I ended up having them replace my front gutters a couple of weeks later.

I have asked for a refund as the big deal won't cover the whole roof and they've quoted double the price.  The company is very good and professional.  I just didn't expect the cost to be so much.

    Home Run Improvement
It went wonderfully.  We set up the coupon on the 15th, got a call on the 19th and had the project finished by the 23rd.  He replaced my whole roof (aprox. 4200 sq. ft) in 2 days (The crew worked until 8:30-9:00 the first day).  Replacement included the Angie's List coupon of 2000 sq. ft. of 3d shingle, plus an additional 800 sq ft. of 3d shingle and 1400 sq ft. of rolled roofing.  New vents and flashing were also installed along the whole roof.  Kevin was very up front with us on everything and came out to inspect the work his crew did.  Our insurance was helping us out for a portion of the roof and Kevin took the time to divide up our invoices for the insurance claim.  Over all I was very impressed with the speed and quality of the work done.

    Klempner Design and Construction LLC.
There have been several different types of projects. The most recent was the addition of replacement windows in an historic house in Louisville. The crew arrived on time, did their work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. The price was fair, the workers were polite and efficient. I was happy with their work.

    C-N-J'S ROOFING
In the initial contact, Jason was very professional.  He came out and quoted the job looking at all the job criteria.  Everything started falling into place, untill the wrong material was ordered.  He ordered to short of pieces to finish the garage.  we had to reorder new wider pieces to finish which cost more and we are now stuck with all the extra pieces.  While waiting for the order to come in, the crew tarped the garage.  Wouldnt you know we had a wind/rain storm come in and blow the tarp off and rain inside causing the drywall to come off the ceiling in the garage all around the corvette..luckly no damage to the vette!  Jason went and purchased material to redrywall the ceiling and he did the job very sloppy. All that was done was the drywall hammered to the studs, no mudding or nothing else was done.  He promised to come and finish the job, but I'm still waiting for him to come and finish the job! Almost been a year now and still havent heard anything.  Needless to say the roof is done and i love the roof, but my garage ceiling still needs to be finished.  i would not recommend C-N-J roofing for any job...big or small!
