    Excellent. They called before they came and arrived in the time frame they had specified. He was very courteous and professional. When we told him what it did before it quit and he quickly had the problem fixed. He waited to make sure everything worked properly and we actually had another issue too that he quickly fixed. Before he left he made sure everything worked properly and that we were satisfied, which we were.

    Janel and Josh have been our HVAC team for 7 years now and we wouldn't choose anyone else.  They are prompt, friendly, and know their stuff.  Their maintenance membership is bonus to their awesome service!  They come out every 6 months and check or system, change the filter, and document any maintenance that needs to be done.

    Allen's lost my trust. After the first time they told us the furnace needed to be replaced after a long presentation about the dangers of carbon monoxide poisoning, we decided to trust in our CO detectors in the event anything went wrong. After a furnace malfunction and the second diagnosis of a cracked exchange, a presentation on the dangers of CO poisoning, new furnace, financing options, and shutting off the furnace in January because of the dangers to my wife and son (all this while I am working overseas), my wife went to Knight's to get a second opinion. Knights came the same day, diagnosed no problem, and turned the furnace back on. My wife emailed Allen's and told them that Knight's diagnosed no problem and stated she no longer wanted the routine service package because we couldn't trust that we weren't being "up-sold" every time they diagnosed a problem with the HVAC. David Allen replied shortly after offering to give us a new furnace as a way of making up for the misdiagnosis. We were surprised that Allen's would offer something of that significant value. We found it a bit odd that he would offer something that costs several thousand dollars for nothing after trying to sell us one that we didn't need. My wife told him on the phone she would be interested but after that he never returned a call so we took it as just an empty promise. The routine service and the technicians themselves were good, but I couldn't trust them as every time they came they were telling us that we need to spend thousands of dollars to replace a furnace, and finally if you aren't offering something sincerely, it is better to not offer at all

    I must have gone through 5 or 6 different companies to get estimates on a new HVAC system, because I am serious about shopping around, and every price I was quoted varied drastically. I found John Waters, Inc. on Angie's List and gave them a shot. I thought they might not be able to service my home since it's an hour away, but they did, and I am so glad I called! I have been nothing but happy with their service. The technicians were professional and positive. I was pleasantly surprised with the quote, too.  It was half the cost of what another company quoted. They did a beautiful job installing the system, and so far we have been happy with it.  I am glad I went with John Waters, Inc.

    I thought they were very professional, and they did a good job. They were careful of the other things around the area, they didn't come in like bulls in a china shop. They were professional, did a good job, and were pleasant to work with. I think their price is on the high end, but they put in good equipment, and maintain it. They have been here when they said they would be.

    They were very nice and punctual. Everything as good. They did the work that was covered by the insurance company but they said if we want them to do the complete work, we would have to pay them more. They did not try to sell me service that I did not really needed.

    This is twice I have had Knight's out in the last 60 days. Both time I called about 7:30 am and both times tech was on site before 8:30 am. First time was only a loose wire connection on inside fan. Today I noticed the outside unit was not running, so not heating. Was burned out contactor and burned wires. Mark, the tech, had the problem fixed in under an hour. Total cost was very reasonable.

    I contacted Bob Baker's wife (who takes calls and works as his secretary, so to speak) and described our problems to her. She took details about our issues and said she would have Bob call sometime later that day to set up an appointment to come out. After not hearing from her or Bob for two full days, I decided to call on the third day to confirm that Bob was still available to come out. She apologized and said Bob would be able to make it that afternoon. As promised, Bob arrived later that day but with information on and supplies to address only one of the two problems we were having (it seems his wife didn't convey all the details we had discussed over the phone).
    While at the house, Bob and his partner were very professional, thorough, and informative. He was able to explain what the issues were (in language that I was able to understand!), what steps he would take to remedy them (and what steps we could do on our own to save some money), and an estimate for the repairs we decided to wait on. I thought his prices were fair, especially for the quality of work and customer service. We will definitely be calling him to do the further repairs when we've been able to prepare financially for them.
    Overall, I would recommend his services.

    Excellent. Super. They even covered the floor with a special plastic to keep the carpet from getting dirty. They had everything they needed and were done in no time. I definately made the right call.

    They put on surgical booties so they don't track crap into the house. They are patient and are willing to explain things. They provide a new filter. They will do certain things as part of the service that a lot of other places will charge for. If a part needs to be replaced, they will even help order it if necessary. There are less expensive ones out there but I don't know if they do as good a job.
