Appliance Repair reviews in Elizabethtown

    Sears Appliance Repair
Repair went well. It was a blown fuse. He asked me if I wanted him to clean the dryer duct while he had it apart. I said sure. He took his vacuum cleaner and cleaned the duct. When he wrote up the bill he charged me $80 for 10 minutes of using a vacuum cleaner. I told him he should have told me there was a charge. He argued that duct cleaning services run $100. I told him that I didn't hire him to clean the ducts and he should have told me there would a charge much less an $80 charge. He knocked off $20 and I told him that was no way to run a business. Never again!

    Sears Home Services
They were also suppose to do my plumbing, so we had to pay out of pocket. There were items stuck in the toilet that was not covered under the warranty. We were not very happy with that experience. They came back twice, due to a sewer leak, and the plumber was good that time. We did not have to pay for the second time for them to fix that. I was happy with their work, but I was not happy with the warranty.

    A-1 Appliance Services
I was given a 3 hour window for serviceman's arrival and told he would call before he came.  He called and arrived within that time frame.  He was very courteous and accommodating, showing me what the problem was and explaining it to me.  He replaced the unit and it has worked perfectly.
I also asked him to check the burners on my cook top while he was here.  He assured me they were working correctly, explained how they work and showed me correct cleaning procedures.
I definitely will use this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair.
                        Thank You Terry!!

    Larry's Appliance Service
Larry was very responsive - he came out within hours of calling him. Service call was a minor repair, but then he answered questions about the dishwasher and looked at our washer and dryer as well. He's very competent and I'll definitely use him again.

    Larry's Appliance Service

I called Larry to see when he could arrive to fix the dryer. He admitted that he was fairly well booked for the day, but that he might be able to make it at the end of the day, if not, would be able to fix first thing in the morning. Asked what kind of dryer I had. He called me at around 3pm, arrived 30 minutes later. He told me he thought he had the correct part on hand if it was indeed the heating element. An hour later, my dryer was fixed and working fine. Larry did a great

job! Will definitely call again if needed and highly recommend.

    Larry's Appliance Service
He did a good job. It went pretty smoothly. It was absolutely wonderful. He came out, he was very clean and told exactly what he was going to do and what was going to happen. He did not come up with any phony estimates or costs. He was very good. I really appreciated what he did. The most important things about him were speed, honesty and thoroughness of work. In terms of price, it was well within a reasonable price. In terms of responsiveness, he was very prompt and quick. In terms of punctuality, he said he would be there and he was there. He was very professional. I would use the services of this company again in the future.
