Serviceman was right and time and did a very efficient and effective job. It was obvious from the moment we explained what we needed done that he knew what he was doing and then proceeded to show us that he did.

I am very pleased with Combined Locks service today. I called on Thursday and Bob was able to come out the next day. Bob is an extremely nice guy and worked quickly and efficiently. I had a deadbolt put on an inside door and he replaced part of the front door lock so it would stop sticking. I would definitely hire again and would recommend to others.

The door and panel look and perform great. From the time it was measured to the installation, everything was professional and great. A special thanks to my Tile and remodeling contractor was finding them for me. I would use them again for future projects.

We highly recommend Demi Remodeling. We had Demi complete several projects in our home including new flooring throughout, new kitchen counter tops, back splash, painting and exterior doors. The quality of work they did is excellent. They arrived promptly when promised and completed each project within the timeframe given. They took the time to answer any questions we had and explained each step along the way. We would highly recommend to our family, friends and anyone looking to have some work done around their home.

They were excellent and very professional. I highly recommend them. The owner, Ric, could not have been nicer, as well as the installation team. As I split the job up, I had them out 2 separate times. The first time I was at work while they installed the windows. When I came home, you would never had known they had been there. They did a great job cleaning up after they were completed and the windows look great.

Worker was punctual, very efficient and knew what he was doing. The doors fit perfectly and look fantastic. Installation was flawless. Put photo on my facebook page and got several dozen likes very quickly. The garage door experience was similar. They work great, look great and we have gotten many compliments. Entry doors in particular can be expensive and now that they are installed, wish we had done it sooner. AE has excellent product. Our sales man was Paul Stoutenborough.

The paint job with Pillar painting went very well. Mike came out and gave me estimate which seemed very reasonable. He was very courteous and thorough on his inspection of the job and listened as I explained what I wanted done. It was early in the season (04/28/16) and I told him any time this summer would work for me. I went on an eight week vacation mid summer and told Mike we would have it done on our return. He was very accomodating and began the job on our return the week of August 15th. His guys knocked the job out in a few days. It probably took a couple extra days because it rained during the week. I was very pleased with the job. There were a couple areas that I had concerns with and I called Mike and he made things right. The end result was a superior paint job. Very pleased and have already asked for another estimate on an interor paint job. I was especially pleased with the front door. My wife was wanting a new front door, but after the paint job was more than happy to keep our present door. A real money saver.

This is the second time we've used Hunny Do Services. We had to order an 85 inch custom made storm door for our front porch a few weeks ago. Cody arrived on time and installed my new storm door and a new doorbell in about 2 hours. He did a great job and he gave some suggestions about care and storage for the glass/screen in on seasons. Cody always works from the time he arrives to the time he leaves. He's a truly a good guy that you can trust for friendly, professional services. I would highly recommend him. We will definitely call on him for our future project needs. If you have to wait for him to get you scheduled, it is worth the wait!

I wanted to replace my garage door with an insulated one and also get a new garage door opener with a battery back-up.  After reading reviews on Angie's List, I chose AE Door.  I made an appointment for a consultation.  Tressa, my salesperson, showed up on time to provide the quote.  I was able to get the highest grade insulated door with a $200 discount for the garage door opener.  It took about 2 weeks to order the door.  I live in a condo so the color and style of garage door had to match perfectly per my home owner's association.
I had it installed on 1/30/2015.  Installation was easy and painless.  The installer (I can't remember his name) did a terrific job!  He was polite and courteous.  He cleaned up after himself, programmed the garage door opener and hauled off the old door and opener in about 2 hours.  This was one of the most painless home improvement projects I've undertaken.  The door looks great, looks almost identical to all of my neighbors' garage doors in color and style, and works flawlessly.  I am beyond thrilled with it.  Would highly recommend using AE Door in the future.

This past summer, my fiancé and I needed to refinish our basement in preparation of combining households.  While the basement was already finished once, it was basically simply boxed in with drywall and a drop ceiling and used as an
open style recreation room.  We needed to add a bedroom and a full bath and put a drywall ceiling in.  I had used BTS Contracting several years ago to add a composite deck to my old house and was thrilled with the work so I
called Bob again to get a bid for this job.
I contacted Bob and told him what we wanted to do and we scheduled a day for him to come out to the house.  As we walked through and told him what we wanted he was making notes and giving us his ideas along the way.  There is not a lot of space in the basement.  We wanted to have a livable bedroom for an older teenager but still have a separate room for a couch, TV
and chair.  He gave ideas on where we could save space and how to arrange the layout to afford us the most living
space.  The bathroom added a level of difficulty to the job because the half bath rough in was not where we wanted
it.  Therefore, concrete had to be torn up and the drain for the toilet moved.  In addition, we wanted to add a larger capacity water heater to accommodate the extra people who would now be living there.  Bob made his notes and stated he would get together some ideas and get back to us.
Within a couple days Bob contacted me and said he was ready to meet to go over his estimate.  He came back to the house and had several computer sketches of what he thought would give us the most room.  He also had an estimate which included the aforementioned work and also replacing the windows.  The windows that were previously installed were single pane and very drafty.  They were adequate for a rec room but not so much for actual living space.  After some very minor changes, we were satisfied with the ideas and the estimate and approved the work to be completed.  As luck would have it, he had some space between jobs where his crew was able to get started fairly quickly.
On the day work was to begin, Bob and his crew (Chris and John) arrived on time.  They began their work after some brief introductions.  Chris has been with him for several years and seems to be Bob?s right hand man so I was familiar with him but I did not know John.  All were respectful and easy going.  The first several days were mostly demolition.  After that they moved towards the bathroom and moving the toilet.  The new bathroom was going to be located in what was currently storage.  They hung plastic around all of the items and any entrances into the other parts of the house.  While it wasn?t exactly sealed, it did
provide protection from the major part of the concrete dust.   As I stated earlier, the moving of the toilet required them to dig through the foundation.  The trench ran for about 10-12 feet in total.  The plumbing was laid and was re-concreted over.
The bedroom and TV room were simple enough and there was nothing overly extravagant about their construction.  The bedroom was pretty straight forward; 4 walls with a full size closet with sliding doors.   The TV room was the same but with an alcove instead of a closet.  Chris ran most of the electric and the cable.  Cable was run into 3 different locations; one into the bedroom and 2 into the TV room.  Since we were not certain which wall the TV was going to be on they ran connections down both walls for us.
We had made most of our requests in the bathroom.  We wanted ceramic tile floor and a tile stand up shower.  Allowances for tile, vanity, etc. were all built in to the estimate.  The allowances were generous enough to give us a wide range of choices.  We simply choose what we wanted and gave the list to Bob who picked it up.  We gave Bob a layout of the pattern we wanted in the shower and he gave suggestions on how to tie the whole room together with the tile.  We also wanted the floor tile to be on a 45 degree angle.  This is where the attention to detail was going to show and he nailed it.  The tile work in the bathroom was exactly what we were envisioning and then some.   Not to take away from the rest of the job but this turned out to be the most impressive part of the completed project.
As with any project like this, we did run into a couple issues.  As the project went on, we changed a few things mid-stream.  The
change requests were taken in stride without issue.  The shower door had some manufacturing defects.  There were some sealant issues and it was not aesthetically pleasing.  Bob noticed it and notified me by phone.  Since it was going to be some time before the new door arrived, he went ahead and installed the door but ordered a new one so the shower could be used.  Once the new one came in he returned and replaced the door.  Another issue was with the new window in the bedroom.  This one was a little more difficult to troubleshoot but he and Chris solved the problem quickly.
This was the second time I had hired BTS Contracting.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and would hire them again for my next project.  Bob and Chris did the majority of the work.  They were friendly, helpful and accommodating to our requests for change.  Their experience shows through their quality work and attention to detail
