    Wanda and her husband do great work for a whole house cleaning. The price is on the high side but the quality of their work is exceptional. It is the second time that I hired Wanda for a whole house cleaning and I was pleased both times.

    Wanda and her team are very detail oriented. They truly want their clients to be pleased when they come home to nice clean home. You can tell they take pride in their work. Wanda was great about coming to our home to meet us before we hired her and she provided a reasonable quote. She was up-front about all costs, and we felt very comfortable allowing her to be in our home when we are not there. Wanda does want continuous and honest feedback which I very much appreciate. We would recommend Wanda to others that are looking for house cleaning services.

    They have an available deal, $99 for 5 rooms. I did want additional services and he gave me a quote of $300. He then said he would discount the service, but then an environmental fee got added, and then he said no, he would not discount the teflon. It went round and round until I realized he kept discounting things, but then adding fees to stay at the original quote for $300. He'd make it seem like he was giving me a deal, but never actually took money off. I did not have the service done through this company.

    Wanda did a fantastic job on our initial cleaning! She is very professional, thorough, friendly & responsive. I have two little ones, so all of our surfaces need a good cleaning on a regular basis and she was very attentive to our needs. I am very glad that I found her on Angie���s List and highly recommend her!

    This is a mixed bag so I will break it down into the 2 phase. Phase 1: water damage clean up. Phase 2: repair and restore. Because I had a mixed bag, grading was tough. Professionalism, punctuality, Quality was all based on phase 1. Responsiveness and Overall was based on Phase 1 and 2 I was connected with them after having a water leak with water damage (My insurance hires company CB who hires Original State). The first phase of the clean up was great. I had a primary connect of Robert for which I had his cell and communicated mostly by texting. He was very prompt to scheduled times, through, communicated well, and was extremely happy with the clean up. Since it was through insurance, I can not speak to cost / value. I could not recommend them higher for this phase of the project. When entering Phase 2: restoration, I read the only other review on them and grew a little concerned. However, since phase 1 went perfectly, I believed they may have been off their game or over burdened and my experience would be different. After given them the job, my experience changed drastically. I advised them I had already been paid by my insurance and I would be paying them to work. The communication drastically decreased. I was not able to obtain a start date for the job despite multiple weeks and texts. The delays were unexplained. After talking to company CB who contracted them, they also told me Original state had also decreased their communications to them and could not get Original State to communicate well with them. Based on the prior reviews and my change in experience, I change my agreement to hire them for phase 2 and will being going with a different company.

    It didn't. Set up a window of time with them and they were a no-call, no-show. I needed to be home to allow access to the rear of house. I called their answer. HOW DID THESE GUYS GET ON ANGIES LIST??

    Excellent, quick response to internet inquiry, service was on time, called ahead, very professional. Air duct cleaning was done in a house we recently moved into and completed a big renovation. Based on the results of the duct cleaning, we are beyond happy with having it done and the price paid. Would use this company again in a heartbeat and plan to do so.

    It went well. My spouse did a walk-through with them to get an accurate estimate. The only thing I noticed were the fans and blinds were still dusty, but maybe that is extra? All windows were spotless and the home just smelled cleaner when we came to the home. I would recommend for future scheduled cleanings! My spouse described the owner as full of life and proud of the fantastic business she has built. Awesome!

    This was the first time I've worked wtih Wanda, and I can already tell Wanda cares a lot about the people she cleans for and takes good care of the homes she cleans. Wanda and her team went out of their way to fit us in before they left on a pre-scheduled trip and we really appreciated it. A team of three came - I think they arrived around 10 or 10:30 (could have been earlier, that's just an estimation because they called with some initial questions at 10:40) and were gone by the time my husband stopped by at 3:40 p.m. I think having three people work together helped them get a lot done. They supply their own cleaning supplies with the exception of trash bags and paper towels. She gave me an estimate range before seeing the house, and after seeing the house quoted a price toward the top of that estimate, $600, - in part because of all the dust. I have a family member who has a huge, sprawling home complete with movie room, and more bedrooms and bathrooms than we have (easily more than double the square footage), who pays $145 every two weeks and pays $600 for deep cleans including all the baseboards, fridge, appliance wipe down, etc. etc. in a much larger house, so I was a little taken aback by the quote, but Wanda and her husband seem extremely competent and kind, and there WAS quite a lot of dust on all the wood floors and a lot of wood to clean, in addition to stuff laying around from cosmetic changes to the house along, etc. so we moved forward with the cleaning. We didn't have too much furniture in the house - we haven't moved in yet - but we did have lots of tools and nails, etc. on the kitchen counter, a box of wood planks in one of the rooms and some other "renovation" stuff around - cardboard boxes, some window treatments that were sitting on the floor, etc. to work around. Everything was in dire need of a clean - the bathrooms - while not dirty from use per se - were dirty with lots of built up dust from not having been used enough. The bathtubs/shower stalls were stale and in need of a clean. The results were great. Wanda and her team didn't service our screened in porch, garage or any of the basement - so they had to handle three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and den. One of those bedrooms is full of all the things we've brought into the house so far, so Wanda's team did do the blinds and some basic cleaning in that room, but just worked around what was there (which was fine). The other two bedrooms they cleaned very well. A huge reduction in dust, and the blinds look good. They also did the light fixtures. Both upstairs bathrooms were GREAT - they had needed cleaning badly and Wanda and her team did a great job on them. Particularly, one bathroom had lots of drywall on the counter and in the sink from the changing out of a light fixture - and she cleaned all of it up and it was spotless. The shower in the master bath was also fresh and clean. They also did a great job in the kitchen - everything looked clean, and they had to move a lot of stuff off the counters to be able to do the job well - and they did. I was disappointed they didn't wipe out the fridge shelves (since this is a deep clean), but overall the kitchen looked move-in-ready otherwise (it's also possible they did wipe them down and I just couldn't tell - either way, I think they'll need another pass before we move in). They did a good job wiping down all our wood cabinets, etc. They also soaked our kitchen sink - which our painters had gotten tons of paint on by cleaning their brushes in without wiping up paint - paint residue remained even after the cleaning, but I don't blame them, they went above and beyond soaking it with bleach trying to get it off. My husband ended up getting it off but had to go to Home Depot to buy paint remover to do so (something I would never expect a cleaning team to provide). The bathroom in the basement was also nearly spotless, with the exception of the basement shower seeming a little grimier than the others upstairs that were spotless and perfect. Overall, we are very happy. Wanda couldn't be kinder, and she and her husband are a great team. He does woodwork and handyman work and my husband was very impresed with the pics he saw of her husband's work and we'd considering using him in the future beyond the cleaning. The biggest pros were Wanda and her team going above and beyond with drywall and dust clean up, moving things off the kitchen counter to clean and working us in early. The biggest drawback was the price, higher than some other cleaners - but I like to pay people fairly for their time, and believe they spent a lot of time with the amount of dust, etc. in the house. I hope to update this review when I have more info about maintenance cleans - Wanda suggested that part of the price was due to all the dust and other renovation buildup, so hopefully the maintenance fees will be a price more consistent to what I've paid in the past.     We have used Shirden's as our only choice for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and water extraction for over 15 years. We trust them with our residence and rental property. Always fast, reliable and on time service which is completed professionally and done right the first time. Additionally, they offer helpful suggestions to treat stains and keep carpets clean. Most recently, Jeff provided a free consultation on a room of carpet which I was afraid had been damaged beyond cleaning. Based on his professional advice and hard work, the carpet was cleaned and brought back to life- which saved thousands of dollars!
