  • Impressive! Total Home Care gave me a very competitive quote, answered all of my questions, started work on the project when expected, stayed within budget, finished within the time-frame they gave me, were respectful of my property and the people living there, and the new gutter stood up to a weekend-long constant heavy downpour with no problem. The paint they applied over the repaired sections is an excellent match which I'm sure was not easy to achieve. I'm extremely pleased with the experience and the results.

  • Sewage coming up out of a hole in the curb indicated a "problem". Schneller came out - looked with a camera - and then installed a cleanout outside my house ($2800.). This did not fix the problem and they passed the job on to Jolly. It took awhile to get the estimate and schedule the work - but I was really pleased when it was done. The two people who dug and fixed the trap were great. The job was done in one day (still needs to be concreted) and it came in under the estimate.

  • We have called Plumb Tite for multiple jobs and they have not only been able to accommodate in the same day, but have been very professional and helpful. We have been very pleased with all their work and would highly recommend them!

  • Extremely pleased with response time, quote and completion of the work. Employees were very professional and cleaned up excess debris very well. My daughter also had her garage done at the same time and was quite satisfied. Have recommended this company to neighbors and friends. Both were two car garages.

  • Well, I wish this wasn't happening, but since it is I am glad I called these guys. Sewage was coming out of an opening near the curb in front of my house. SD1 is not happy when this happens. I called Schneller as they had previously (2016) done a video inspection of the system. That was an Angie's list "big deal" that seemed like a good idea given the age of this house. I had a good experience with them (then) and decided to call them for this much bigger problem. They came out - used the camera again, snaked the line as far as possible, and looked again with camera. NO CHARGE. Unfortunately, the second video indicated a blockage near the street. I had them come back a second time to jackhammer up my driveway, install a surface cleanout, snake some more and then cover and concrete up the hole. There is still something happening near the curb, but that is now in the hands of the city and SD1. Three men spent most of the day working on this. They were punctual, conscientious, and completely professional. I hope I don't need a plumber in the future - but if so - I will be calling Schneller.

  • I had a previous quote that was very high. I then got a second quote from Keith Hayes. He worked around some of the costly issues (ordered a panel compatible with my existing breakers, etc) and came in at half the price of the other company. The work was great, the workers were timely and considerate, and Keith came back to do a final inspection with me to ensure it was "OK". It was OK and I would certainly use them again.

  • Our contractor hired her to do specialized new construction cleaning for a home we just completed. She did not do the job she was hired for and even the contractor agreed the job was not properly done. She refused to come back and finished and finally she did agree to adjust the price from an outrageous $830 to a less outrageous but still overpriced $500. We had to complete the cleaning ourselves, just didn't seem fair after paying someone that much money. Maybe her service is fine for a weekly cleaning but I certainly would not hire her for anything specialized.

  • Very poor work. Used flat paint in kitchen and baths instead of semi gloss as specified. Did not do prep work and painted right over patches that had not been properly sanded. Missed entire swatches of walls with the second coat. Failed to protect the hardwood floors, we had to scrape them by hand ourselves. Demanded payment from us after the builder failed to submit the proper administration for an $8,000 draw. We had to pay him in cash otherwise he threatened to place a Mechanics Lien so we could not close. Walked off the job without finishing. Rude and disrespectful to my wife. His final bill, even after walking off the job, was close to $20,000, over $8,000 from his original quote. Message me directly if you have any questions and we can talk live. Please, no not waste your money on this individual, he is not worth of your trust.

  • Chris was punctual and thorough. His attention to detail was excellent. Through each step of the project he was flexible and listened to our requests. The job was completed on time, on budget and better than we had planned.

  • Scott, and his team were highly professional. Love, love, love all his techniques. We had all interiors walls painted using a few different techniques. His recommendations were spot on for our home. From Venetian plaster in our powder room, to a color wash throughout the Great room, and traditional painting in the bedrooms. He did a superb job painting our stock white doors and crown molding to simulate a dark wood adding grandeur to the area. When ready to change our color scheme, we will definitely be calling Scott and his team back to freshen things up.
