    Excellent. Quinton B. and Ryan M. were friendly, on-time, and had great communication. They were great at assessing the rooms we had to move and utilizing the limited space in our storage shed to fit everything in properly. The office was very nice too in scheduling and communicating with us. From start to finish everyone was pleasant and wanted to help, a trait that seems to be not so common these days. I would highly recommend and will use them them again if needed.

    Like others have said, it is not reliable or professional. I did not enjoy the smoke breaks in the back of the moving truck around our clothes and furniture. I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. I was shocked to get over a $600 charge to move our 2 bedroom apartment (1 room was a baby room) 1.4 miles down the road. The website claims they "will be there" but after they missed the 2 hour window by another hour plus, we had hoped for some form of communication. We called them to get answers. I don't necessarily blame the guys that helped us as they did move the big stuff out as promised. But I am very frustrated when the total charge included the frequent smoke breaks, the trip to the grocery, and other breaks. So, we were charged for the entirety. My estimate was around 35-40 minutes for smoke breaks. We were their second move that day so of course they were already exhausted. That's not the moving crew's fault, that's poor organization and business practices. But why charge me for someone taking a break to have a burger? At this juncture, it has been around one business week and unfortunately no responses yet from customer service after we called them to talk about the experience. It really sucked all the fun out of us moving into our first home as a family. The crew was hanging around until nearly 11 at night, so I wasn't able to put the baby's crib together. The whole situation has been upsetting, and not because of the money. But because of the feeling of being violated or taken advantage of, and then ignored afterward. We we're going to inquire about a partial refund for one hour (or $90 refund) based on our experiences. But again, I'm not feeling optimistic about any sort of proactive communication on the company's part, not to mention any sort of refund for this experience. $90/hour sounds good, but it's part of the game. And we still have a lot of stuff to move that I had them leave, as I was just trying to push to get our stuff to the house at a decent hour. Don't over think it, just spend more money on a more reliable and decent company. It is quite rare for me to post such a negative review, but it's left such a bad feeling with me and my family. Whether you are doing a long distance move or just a few miles away, do your research.

    Went as well as we could have hoped. The estimator was right on with the number of guys and the size and number of trucks needed for our job. The guys that actually did the moving were on time, professional, and courteous, and everything was moved without a scratch. I would never use or recommend another company again, as this was outstanding service.

    The movers did a great job and were very professional. I was quoted three hours by customer service but the job took around seven. I hired them based on the quote, but would have gone with another company that provided three movers as opposed to two for a slightly higher hourly rate to save on the total bill. I was happy with the service provided, but would hire another company in future moves for financial reasons.

    Three men arrived exactly on time. They were personable and professional, and it was clear that they knew what they were doing. Loaded and unloaded furniture efficiently and without a scratch, navigating narrow stairs and hallways. I have moved several times and have used both local and national companies. Without question, this was the best experience we have had with a moving company. The owner was responsive in getting our estimate and answering our questions, and the cost was very reasonable. From the initial phone call to the delivery of the last item, I could not have asked for a better overall experience than we had with Montgomery Moving.

    As the first day progressed, The work started to slow down. The movers did not use dollies. Boxes were still being moved and they were running out of wrapping supplies for the curios. Boxes that were fragile, ones that were labeled as such, were being handled roughly. The owner then came as the move was still ongoing to bring supplies and said that I miss-quoted the items to him. This job is more like a $700.00 job he relayed, but since he had quoted us low, he said that he would still honor that. Since they were nice and responsive in helping with this last minute move, we were pondering the $700.00.  But we did not misquote anything!

         At 7 o'clock and the loading of the truck is still taking place. My concern was that they still have to unload it too. So what they were going to do then is lock the truck over the night, which left us to sleep on a mattress overnight. The owner assured us all was okay as the truck and its contents were all insured. The A crew was to arrive at 9:00 the next morning.

         The next day they were 15 minutes late again. About an hour into the unloading, the bill came from the lead mover for $1800.00 and that they had to be paid in cash. The lead mover kept referencing an "A" team as well, but there were two different teams between the days of the move. This was more alarming to me.  

         Since the bill was being debated as the cost was more than three times the original cost, they stopped the unloading the truck, having only about a quarter of the truck unloaded. They kept insisting on cash, even though debit card was originally agreed upon. 

         They were dropping boxes in any room they saw fit, and upside down as well. Since my wife is disabled and some of the boxes contained medications and medical supplies, it was critical to have the boxes locatable. That was not possible the way they were delivered! while

    They even made my husband go to the bank to get cash. I am still trying to figure out where everything is. I was sick on top of all of this with a fever. Holding our belonging hostage, forcing us to pay more than agreed upon pricing and everything all in disarray. Also clogged our toilet and did not say anything. Did not put our furniture back together, curios shelves were left in disarray and beds were not reassembled. Also curio glass was scratched and so was the wood on dressor.

         We had to wire money because they were still pressing, but with an end amount $1100.00 in total, money that we had to borrow from a relative, they finally unloaded the truck. But now we are left without any grocery money for the month.  I was appreciative that they came out last minute, but it just seems that the job was made harder since they did not use dollies. Furthermore, they took boxes upstairs that did not need to be there, which added extra labor to the job. 

         The two things that I find most distressing are that they held my stuff hostage while we went to the bank and secondly, they relied too heavily on me while I was ill, even though all the boxes were clearly labeled with respect to where they needed to go. Now still sick, I have to re-move things inside my home since it was not done correctly the first time.

    Additionally our 2 collectible lamps were damaged, they kept our dolly, our martini glasses were shattered and we have not even opened all of our boxes because we are taking so much time opening them and trying to take some kind of inventory. When I tried to call and talk to calmly talk to the owner, he was very upset he did not get more money.

    We also found our they moved a friend of ours who had a three bedroom home with a basement full of another home's furniture, so essentially two homes for the same $1800 with their "A team". And if you need a repair done because of the move, their A team mover does the repair under another company name - same owner!

    Experienced movers were paired with newer movers and it seemed to work out quite well. The movers respected our possessions and covered the floors in our new home. They worked quickly and completed the entire move in 1 day. The job came in slightly under the quote.
    There was damage to one heavy piece of furniture and Move it Now sent someone out to fix it. The repair was done very poorly and the guy got touch up paint all over our floors around the piece. However, Move it Now is working with us to have the piece repaired by someone we have used before and know does good work. They seem truly willing to make it right.
    The owners and staff were great to work with. I left a message at the office at 10pm after our move to say that I thought a table leg had been left on the truck. Move it Now had someone at my house by 9am the next morning to drop off the missing table leg. It had been wrapped in a moving blanket and left on the truck as I suspected. I appreciated their quick response to this issue...they exceeded my expectations with the speedy return of the leg.

    My overall experience with this company was nothing short of fantastic!! Not only were they able to accommodate my crazy timeline and come the next day after calling but they also called early in the morning to ask if they could come early! Of course I was more than okay with that since it would allow my day of unpacking to go smoother. The 3 gentlemen arrived around 10:30 and got straight to work, even moving the truck (my husband was at work and I was not familiar with moving a 26' Uhaul) to help unload. Through the time, they continuously asked where I would like items, placed them properly in the rooms, were polite and very nice and gentle with ALL our furniture, even bringing to my attention some of the scratches the previous movers had caused in the unproper loading of the truck from our departure city. Now I know that they were a piano company as well which is why I had called them in the first place to make sure my grandmother's antique piano was properly unloading and brought into my new house. Let me say that they did an outstanding, respectable job with the piano! Compared to the other company who loaded it recklessly, I was blown away by the care these men took with it! They even asked me throughout if there were any specific boxes that needed moved into the house (I had requested them to place most boxes in the garage in order to help go through them easier) that were especially heavy as well as even tried to hook up my washing machine for me but was unfortunately rusted. At the end, it only took them 2 hours to unload the whole truck and place all furniture in the proper rooms and to top it off they also only charged me for the 2 hours of service that was completed instead of the required 3! One of the gentlemen also informed me that I was not charged the usual piano moving fee (I believe he said usually $125-200?) but at that point, I was so happy with the service I was provided that I would've paid it. However, I was extremely happy to hear that this fantastic company was cutting me a break for their services and fees! I would absolutely recommend them to all friends and family and done so already! Great experience overall!! Thank you for your time and dedication and care in your jobs!

    This is the fourth time we have used Ferguson moving for family moves, which should speak to the fact that all of our experience have been good ones. Wayne came out to give us an estimate of the cost and amount of time the move would take, as well as how many movers would be involved. He was available any time I needed to call with questions regarding the process. When the four gentlemen arrived they all took the time to shake hands and introduce themselves before taking a tour and making sure we were all on the same page as far as how the process would go. They were very flexible and helped us figure out how to move tough to pack items we thought we would have to move on our own. We had nothing damaged as they were very careful when moving our possessions. The amount of boxes and furniture they can carry on their backs, and the mechanics they use to maneuver up and down stairs is nothing short of amazing! The entire move actually finished up a little ahead of schedule and they made sure to adjust our bill accordingly, with the final cost coming in several hundred dollars under the estimate. This was our largest move spanning an entire day, using 4 guys and 2 trucks. Given the manpower needed, we considered the cost a very fair value. Wayne and his crew are great to work with. They are experienced, professional, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend their services and Ferguson will be the first place we call if we need moving services in the future.

    Gullivers Movers really helped my wife's family in a timely manner.  My mother-in-law had passed a few days before the move and we had to have all of her possessions removed from the assisted living facility by the end of the month.  I searched Angie's list and contacted the company.  The gentleman I had talked to was very curteous and was willing to get the move done on very short notice.  I was very pleased with the price and the movers that actually performed the service were very friendly; respectful; cureious and professional.  They packed up all her furniture and quickly loaded the truck and did the move.  Well done!
