    I have got a dental appointment this Friday. It's for routine checkup. I have been going to him for a long time; it's been probably at least ten years. He seems to really know his stuff. He is very good at what he does as far as crowns and fillings. The staff is very professional. The office is very well laid out and very clean. The dental hygienists are outstanding. The guy is worth the money.  I don’t have dental insurance; I pay out of pocket. But I always go to this guy. With regard to billing and administration, they want their money. I don’t have dental insurance. They make sure that they get my money before I get out of the door.

    I have been a patient at CDS in Edgewood since I moved to Northern Kentucky in 2010.  The frist 3 years there were wonderful. The office is close to my work, so it was convenient.  I was never there more than an hour.  It was easy in and out.  
    However, sometime in 2013 or 2014, they implemented an electronic dental record.  And the nightmare began.  My last 3 cleanings were awful.  I was often there for 2 hours or more each time.  The hygenist would examine me, then take 30-45 minutes to input it all into the computer....BEFORE getting down to the cleaning.  
    The straw that broke the camel's back was my last cleaning there in approximately September.  It took her much longer to enter the data into the computer than normal.  At the 2 hour mark, I finally spoke up and asked if she couldn't clean my teeth and finish her documentation after I left.  I was told no, that she she had to get it all down right then.  After 2 hours and 15 minutes, the dentist came in for the exam, but I STILL did not have my teeth cleaned.  After the dentist left, the hygenist handed me my paperwork and took off the bib.  I asked what was happening.  She said, "Well, I know you are in hurry, so we'll just skip the cleaning today."  WHAT?????  I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes and was leaving without getting my teeth cleaned???  I was too angry to talk to a manager at that moment.  So I left and promptly made an appointment with another dentist on my insurance plan.  
    As much as I liked Dr. Robinson as a dentist, I'll never go back there.

    They were good. They got there quick because my tooth was staying on the floor. They were on time. They were very friendly. They talked to me real good. I did not pay anything for it. My insurance covered it all. They did a good job taking care of me. Next time I lose a tooth, I?ll go straight to them. I will use them again.

    It went so so. When you were dropping 5k plus they treated you ok (staff). I had to have 9 cavities filled. Yes, 9! I like to eat jelly bellies in bed :/ anyways... The first time you have a procedure done they give you the most experienced tech. After your first visit they throw you to the wolves! I had to have several appointments because of how many cavities I had and let me tell you the dentist lets the tech do everything but use the drill to drill out the cavity! I sat with my mouth open for an hour while they let their brand new tech fill a cavity. It was horrible. She didn't know what she was doing! I had to come back the next day because my bite was off and the staff and dentist apologized. They said she was new but had previously been a dental tech. Obviously other dentists don't make their assistants do almost EVERYTHING because she was clueless. They fired her. Then I had to have a bite mold made for my front teeth. 650 and they once again had the techs do the fitting. I had to go back 3x to get a half way decent fit. Then I needed a crown they once again had the assistant place the permemtaly crown and it took her over and hour because has couldn't get it filed correctly. They are interested in hoarding in as many patients at once, dentists spend minimal time with you, and the dental assistants literally do everything. I won't go back. They are ridiculous. T

    I have been seeing the dentist for at ;east 15 years. They are very professional and their pricing is reasonable. They are happy to work with you on finances and payment plans. If you have not been to the dentist for a while because of insurance they are happy to schedule your first appointment free and then work with you from there. They are very patient oriented. You get the same hygienist every time and the dentist will also come in to visit as well each time. They are punctual and keep you updated on appointment changes. They make scheduling very easy.

    I have been a patient of his for around twenty years. My daughter and her children also go to him. He doesn't pressure you into dental work that you do not need. Both Dr. McMahon and his office staff do a good job.

    We have been seeing him for at least 10 years. He is absolutely terrific. All around great guy and always makes sure that there is no pain. All of the staff is fabulous, very efficient and caring. They really make you feel like your right at home.

    Saw Dr. Foote for initial exam. After exam he described problem areas that I had and recommended a course of treatment for my dental issues. I returned for a gum cleaning and cap measured. I had never had a gum cleaning that was as painless as that one. Dr. Foote gave me a temporary crown and I returned 2 weeks later to have the permanent installed. The equipment Dr. Foote used is modern and quot;state of the artand quot;. My place of employment does not offer dental insurance but the front office gave me information on a variety of insurance options and discounts that helped low the bill. I would definitely recommend Dr. Foote to anyone who is looking for a dentist. My wife now goes to Dr. Foote and has had the same quality of service I've experienced.

    All of the employees were extremely friendly and caring.  From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist himself, there was a feeling of respect and sincerity in the way they responded to my needs.  My entire family will be switching to Edgewood Dental Care.
