    Initially I was satisfied. This place was very clean and organized. Joe took the time to understand the problem and answer any of my questions. I thought it was fair that I was charged for several hours of work even though they did not find a solution to the problem. My opinion changed when I investigated the problem myself. I pulled the taillight sockets and immediately noticed they were burned. After replacing the sockets and the connecting wires the problem went away. The entire process took less than 90 minutes. I don't understand why the most obvious cause of the problem was overlooked and the mechanic spent 3 hours looking for other problems.

    Called and the gentleman told me they would not tint on home. The man was oppositional and terse throughout our conversation. It was hard to understand how exactly they did business and about the tinting process. The conversation lasted 5 min and at the end he refused to service my cars or my house. I remained calm but he did not. It was odd. However, he did recommend a professional that could help with home installation.

    That was excellent. I would give it all A's as well. I would use them again. They were wonderful. In fact I had called there a couple months before I bought it and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and they didn't have it. He said he would call me when they did and he did.

    I bought my care there so I have a [maintenance] package, so there was no charge. I would give them an A on everything. I like the convenience. You can drop it off if you want to or you can wait, not a long wait, and there's hours from morning through evening. I think their last appointment is like 8:00. I like that you can schedule online.

    Have been using them close to 10 years. The guy that is running it, just bought it from another family member. I forget his name. What made me keep using them? I had a couple situations where I had a problem with an exhaust pipe and it was going to cost me a $1,000 to have it repaired. The guy told me to go to another garage, it was Ryan’s Muffler Shop and it cost me less than $200 to get it fixed.

    I am due to go up there and get an oil change in about 3 weeks. I have used them for all kinds of different things. I?ve been with Ernie?s for about 4 or 5 years. It was $700. He?s not the cheapest guy in town, but his work is good. 

    I get along with them all, they?re not the classiest guys in town, but they?re dependable and they do respond to you. They?re available, I mean I can always get in and they take care of me most of the time. The workers for a garage, they are pretty good.

    He's done everything from replacing my front end, my ball joints stuff like that. Oil change to fixing air conditioners to replacing my brakes, I mean he's done a lot of things I can't remember what it was last time but I have them in my records.



    They do a fantastic job, stand behind their work and not at a dealership price, they have a lot less price than dealerships.

    First time customer.  Did a nice job on repairing my 2005 Ford F150.  I usually take it to the dealership, but had heard Ft Mitchell Garage does nice work.  I was not disappointed.  Delivered on time and on estimate.  Professional & friendly.

    I heard about this place from a friend and thought I would try it since the Subaru dealer was unable to find the leak. Mike was able to find & repair the leak. Overall a good experience, friendly staff, & reasonably priced.

    Was told over $1500 in repairs needed; vehicle came back with a tire that we didn't have (a WalMart tire); Kerry Toyota swears they did not mix up the tires with another vehicle. Stopped payment on services; considering taking this to court since we incurred expense getting the correct tire back on the vehicle. Kerry Toyota accepted no responsibility for their error and had no explanation beyond denial that the tire was not ours.
