We called about roof repair and the go to guys (Richard) came out quickly and walked the roof thoroughly. Pointed out damaged areas and advised us on what needed to be done. It involved our insurance company and he was there every step of the way. We needed to do nothing! It was handled professionally and quickly by Richard. He was even here to walk the roof with our agent. The tear off and replacement was done in 2 days and we have a VERY large roof. The quality of workmanship done was the best weve seen. No more leaks from old flashing and all repairs done properly. We will be happy for many years to come.

E-5 Construction is amazing. I would never use anybody else. John gave me a straight forward price that needed no haggling and no hazels. I had 4 other estimates given and all they did was waste my time and try to rip me off. One company started $4.000 over the final price they offered before I kicked them out.

Chris and all of the workers and staff at At Your Service Roofing were the best I have ever had do work for me. I was in residential construction for many years, and I have dealt with thousands of contractors. My experience on hiring a contractor for my own roof was easy after I met with Chris. The job exceeded my expectations and I have recommended him to family members, friends and neighbors. Everything was done professionally and as promised, and the clean up was great. I am always happy when I can recommend At Your Service Roofing to others.

Jim (the owner) was the first to contact me, and one of the nicest guys Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. From our first phone call, till the final payment, Jim was on top of it. His crew completely took off my old roof and had the new one on in a day and a morning. I went with Jim because I felt comfortable and trusting of him with such a big expense. His price was great, he was super knowledgeable of his craft. I highly recommend Schumacher Roofing. 10 stars!

Unbelievably well. Most contractors I have dealt with over many years operate on their schedule. Mr. Schumacher clearly understood what needed to be done and got it done RIGHT the first time. I have the piece of mind knowing that I will not have a problem with my roof for a very long time.

Signed contract with Ron (owner of KOI roofing) and put half down ($1850) on Monday, 9-17-18. (It was going to rain on Friday and I had a large stain on my ceiling from rains the week before.) Materials arrived on Tuesday. Order was incomplete and Ron blamed supplier. Ron was supposed to show up on Wednesday. He texted and called that he had a flat trailer tire. That was fixed at 11:00AM Wednesday and he called at 3 PM (after I texted him) to tell me he would be there tomorrow, Thursday, and that mine was a day - 1.5 day job. He showed up Thursday at 9AM with a helper and no trailer. They threw the old roofing onto a tarp in my driveway saying that he would dispose of it when the job was done. (More on that later.) I personally cut the 14" wide OSB to replace the rotted decking just above the gutter. (See IMG 86.) They had to quit at 4PM, because it was too hot. (They brought no water with them and I had to let them in the house to get water.) I had to supply a 24' x 16' tarp, because he didn't have one. Friday morning (8:30) Ron showed up alone because his helper "was in the hospital". His helper showed up at 10. They put down the rest of the underlayment fiber board and started the TPO roll roofing. The three holes he cut were 4"x4" square for the 8" round roof vents. ( I texted him Thursday night and asked him to cut them right.) I had to cut them 8" round myself before they rolled on the next section. That section was blown down crooked and now there is a huge wrinkle. (See IMG 91.) The third (3' wide, See IMG 89) piece is just barely under the last course of dimensional shingles of the adjoining roof. He said that it would be under 2 to 3 courses. After they got that piece down, he seam taped around the vents and the drip edges. (He asked me Friday afternoon if he could draw off the remaining $1850 balance, so he could get more supplies and pay his helper. I said not until the job is finished.) He did not glue down the seam tape on the drip edge next to the adjacent roof. (See tape peeling up in IMGs 87, 88 & 89.) Also,in IMGs 91, 92 & 93, the TPO was just lapped over the J-channel and siding and no flashing underneath. Also note in the pics that the seam tape is gray and the TPO is white. Again, he blamed that on the supplier. At least when it rained that Friday night, Saturday and Sunday, no rain leaked onto the ceiling below. Through a flurry of text messages on Saturday, it was agreed that he would be terminated. Sunday he came to get his tools and we signed the termination agreement for $500 plus $50 for him to come back and dispose of the roofing waste. I wrote him a check for $550 with his promise that he was to come back that next day (Monday, 9-24) and pick up the old roofing in my driveway. After numerous texts with no response, I took the old roofing to the landfill myself almost 2 weeks later on 10-6.

John and his team were amazing. They helped to complete our pool patio project and it is beautiful. They were very efficient and respectful about our concrete and our new landscaping. We will be hiring E-5 for future projects. Tom and Jeni Dinkel

After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau my main issue was fixed within days. Brad also came back today (8-14-18) and generously fixed a gutter guard issue supplying some of his own product. I also complimented him on better communication skills as he has kept me up to date when a rescheduling issue happened.

Everything went smoothly. They promptly scheduled my roof replacement and did it while I was out of town. I came home to a gorgeous looking home. This was also an insurance claim and they helped handle the process. They made everything simple and the result was wonderful.

We called Kevin Colwell for an estimate on replacing our 30 year old roof which was beginning to leak. We called him because of a referral from an acquaintance of ours. She had a lot of good things to say about the work she had done on her own home, adding how reasonable his prices were. The experience was everything she promised. They removed two layers of shingles, did some minor repair to the plywood sub-strait and installed a totally new architectural asphalt shingle roof. It looks great. The work was professionally completed in one day. The price was well within our home repairs budget. We will not hesitate to use Colwell Construction for our next home project and we do have more planned.
