ATotal Home RoofingIt went great. Very professional. Cleaned up afterward, went around several times to try to make sure any and all nails were picked up. Salesman Greg Luebbe was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We recommended Total to neighbors and a contract was signed for another house on the street. AAmerican Weathertechs LLC - CincinnatiWe had wind storm damage needed to repair some one recommended this company I call and spoke with salesman NIel Mckinley he come over the same day told me it is best to replace it because the roof is old and will have problems in future took his advice he give me estimate it was in my budget I had three other estimates all of them were well over this company. Niel is very nice person and easy to work with and after the installation he even give me up grade warranties to silver. AAmerican Weathertechs LLC - CincinnatiShortly after we moved into our house, we noticed a significant water leak coming in through our dining room window when it rained. Being new homeowners, we didn't have tons of money to spend on big projects. Luckily Shawn Hodge and Dave Weekly were both able to come out and help diagnose that it was the roof that was the problem. The work didn't take very long to be done and AWT also rescreened some of my screens for me as well which was extremely nice! Office staff is pretty prompt at replies and very accommodating. Would recommend to everyone! This is truly a company that cares about their customers and making sure they are served.- Megan M.

AMolloy RoofingWe've been a Molloy Roofing customer for over 10 years. They inspect the roof, chimney and gutters twice a year. If there is a problem, they fix it. If the problem requires other experts, they refer to a trusted source. This year, the only problem was a clogged gutter. They cleared it and we are good until the spring inspection.- Carol W.

AFrom the initial inspection/estimate visit to the final clean-up/inspection, Advantage provided high quality service, respect, and care. We interviewed 6 highly rated roofing companies and Advantage stood out for their honesty and integrity. They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive but definitely stood out as the number one choice for their integrity and quality. Oh, did I say they have the best warranty of all 6 of the top rated companies we interviewed? The warranty on their workmanship is a clear indicator of the quality of the roof.

FThough CB Services performed no work they were contracted to repair carpeting after a flood in my basement. They sent a sub contractor of a sub contractor who had no idea what he was to do and stated he would not be able to perform all the work as per the contract. I refused to allow them to do the work and requested CB services for a refund of the deposit I had made on 10/5/2020. I have yet to be refunded my deposit. I had posted an earlier review but the company said if I remove or edit the review they would refund my deposit. I did remove the review and still no refund. So now posting this review as a warning for others when dealing with this A+ rating company. Totally disappointed in how this was handled and you would think they would want to keep their A+ rating.

AI was surprised how smoothly everything went. I had never had to replace my roof before. I was expecting a huge ordeal. Shawnna made the process pleasant and she immediately put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make some decisions I was not sure about. She has a pleasing personality. She wants you to be happy with your decision. Mike was great. He and the crew came out, they let me know what was going to happen and went right to work. He kept me informed throughout the process so I knew exactly what was going on at all times. The crew was very courteous and friendly and did a great job!! They were done before you know it and completely cleaned up afterwards. It was like they were not even there. I am thrilled with my new roof and the service from Pillar!!

FNever showed. The lady In their office who was very rude calls telling me “ we can’t show up cause it rained” They was suppose to be here at 10am and she calls me at 10:50am. I asked her “you do know that you was suppose to be here at 10am”? Her response was “yep”. I told her I would go somewhere else and she just hung up. A good customer service person would of apologized for the late call and been super nice on trying to win your business. Clearly she was having a bad day. No second chances here.

Fthe job went fine as i put a great review, however when i talked to my home owners agent the contractor told him i didnt have any storm damage. however he told me that i had some hail damage. thanks mike for telling him a lie!!! no reimbursement for me. you wont be getting the other jobs on my house. i guess your your still upset about not getting the other $200 bucks you wanted for the flashing. you bid the job and then want more money at the end. oh well-i have lived and learned. dont hire this guy. i wrote the review before i talked to nationwide. please dont get them for your home owners protection. they take your money just fine but when you have a problem, they dont stick to there end of the deal. i will be canelling nationwide by the end of the week.
