    I didn't look at the reviews until after I hired them and two days in, I'm trying to cancel. The email from the sales rep said Satisfaction Guarantee - we'll give you a 14-day money-back guarantee. Now $300 later, it may be cancelled but will never see a dime. I guess I will see in 30 days if they charge me more. They didn't even answer a Live Call. My problems were with the Test Calls not being professional.

    He took the entire click apart and used the correct expensive oil . Definitely experienced. I did need to provide a towel for the cleaning and a step stool for him to reach the clock, which surprised me. If I did not have one would he have been able to do the job that day?

    After dropping my receiver off, I waited and waited and never heard anything after 10 days.  Then I started getting stories that there were parts that needed to be shipped.  Then I heard that the parts weren't available from that supplier so he would need to use another supplier.   I could never get an answer and never a call back so I simply stopped by the house and knocked on the door.   Stacks of supplies were on the front porch from UPS for weeks at a time.    After almost 6 weeks, when I threatened to file suit, I was told the receiver would be ready the next morning (I had to stop by because there was no answer to my phone calls).  It was actually another day and half before it was ready.   I insisted that he plug it in to see if it worked.  He did that and it seemed to work.  I brought it home and immediately hooked it up.  After 10 minutes, there were sparks and the receiver went dead.  I called on the phone but there was no answer.  I left a message on the voice mail.  I drove back to the house and knocked on the door repeatedly over the course of the next week----no answer.     I never did hear anything back and ultimately I threw the receiver away and bought a new one.     Circuitronix is the pinnacle of ridiculous customer service (non-existent) and incompetence.  2 months and still no receiver and no replies.    This is a business which should be shut down if it isn't already.   On the plus side, at least he only took me for the $20 diagnostic fee because he told me to take my receiver and make sure it worked before I paid him.   I think he knew it was going to blow up again.

    They're excellent at teaching but I think their business skills are like in the C area. The technique and the classes themselves are excellent and I'm very happy with their teaching. It's more of the business side that I have a problem with. My grand daughter like the classes there, she thinks the classes at Diamond Dance are a little more innovative than the ones she was at before.

    We have been contracting with Nestle since we moved here in May 2012. They have always been extremely helpful, competitive prices, deliveries are always made on time. The one time that we did have an issue they fixed it immediately. Free cooler rental and promotions and, to good customers incentives are always offered. Billing questions are always answered directly and taken care of immediately. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even go the extra mile for Veterans and their families. I would recommend their services for home delivery to anyone.

    The service was great, the driver showed up when expected and helped with loading their bin.  He was very professional and helpful. I did get this service a few months ago and noticed the price went up but it was still worth not having to shred all those old docs myself.

    The guys from Pete Delois' Recreations Outlet put the basketball goal where I wanted it. They kind of made a suggestion on where to put it. They had a deal and installed it for $100 and it’s the best $100 I ever spent.

    They had a shred event at a credit union so I took a whole truckload of paper and things that I wanted shredded there and they did a fine job. I put all my documents in a little bin which emptied into a shredder and then dumped the shredded paper into their truck. Their work was quick, convenient, easy and thorough. They treated me fine. This company is best known for supplying uniforms to people.

    Shane arrived punctually and fixed our RCA LCD 46" flatscreen without needing to take it to the shop. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it while I watched. He explained the problem, showed me the (obviously) bad parts and had the replacements with him. Brilliant and amazing. I was reluctant to invest money in a high-end electronic because I'm naive regarding such. I guess I'm a bit skeptical about areas in which I'm ignorant; how do I know that this repair / parts were bad? Shane showed confidence and explained all details. Very impressive, indeed.
