    Of course my furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. It's over 20 years old so it wasn't surprising. Arlinghaus sent a technician within a few hours, which was great. In the meantime, my furnace started working again. It turns out the air intake on the outside of my house was blocked with ice which then melted once the sun warmed things up. Billy inspected everything anyway and told me that my furnace is in excellent condition, no repairs needed, and he thinks I'm going to get a few more years out of it. He was thorough and professional, and I would be happy to work with him again.

    Nathan and Trenton were prompt and professional. When the showed up they explained all they were going to do and went to work. The placed carpets and plastic on the flooring to ensure they didn���t scratch hardwood or stain carpets. It took approximately 4-5 hours to install. As of now the furnace is working 4.0. With the install we got an upgraded and efficient furnace, old one was 15 years old. We purchased the Amanda 2 stage 100,000 BTU 96%AFU w/ life time warranty on heat exchanger, 10 yr. on parts and labor. All is transferable if we sell the house. I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUTTHE INSTALL.

    The tech arrived as scheduled. He was familiar with our units because he had been here 2 mo ago servicing 2 A/C units. Excellent & reliably service that is worth every penny and more. I recommend Apollo for any/all heating, plumbing and A/C needs. Apollo is # 1 in customer service. The reps are well trained & and very cognizant about leaving a clean work space. They explain any issues & resolve any problems. How refreshing! Today was only furnace related however, we have enjoyed excellent service for plumbing , duct cleaning, and A/C issues too. I highly reccommend Apollo.

    AnyWeather replaced my cooling system. When my AC died, I had 2 companies come to diagnose the problem. Both companies sent sales reps and submitted proposals. One proposal was significantly lower in price. But before I pulled the trigger, I went online again to check reviews of area companies. That���s when I came across Anyweather and saw their good reviews. I also liked that they were a local business so I called to get a proposal. Byron looked at the existing unit, took some pictures, then sat at the kitchen table and asked me questions. We talked about air quality and humidity issues that the other companies did not address. He showed me the pictures of the inside of the furnace (blower and return air) and found debris that looked like it had been there since construction. Byron was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He gave me a quote for the same unit I had considered buying from the other company, but added a humidifier for the same price. So, considering a local company, great online reviews, a more extensive analysis of my needs, and a competitive price, I accepted the quote. Dealing with Rebecca in the office via email and phone was a similar experience. She was friendly and knowledgeable and got the install scheduled. Sam & Austin were on time for the install and were extremely friendly & knowledgeable. The replacement of my system was done in a reasonable & timely fashion. Byron even showed up halfway through to check on the progress. Sam cleaned up all the old parts and left my house in good order. He also gave me tips and instructions on how to maintain the unit, the humidifier, the best filters to use, and spent time explaining how to work the programmable thermostat. I couldn't be happier with my new system & my experience with AnyWeather. They will be my go-to for anything related to HVAC! Everyone with whom I dealt was great. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

    After reading reviews of multiple service providers, I decided to call Rusk to schedule a furnace tune-up. I had to leave a message; I included information on the service I wanted and the preferred dates. I received a return call. As soon as the representative got me, she launched into the sales pitch to purchase the service maintenance agreement. She was perfectly cordial. I gave her my feedback that since I was only a potential new customer with no experience using the company or its technicians, I found the upselling to be very off-putting and premature. They could not accommodate the dates I had available for a tune-up.

    The technician arrived on time. He was very courteous, and diagnosed the problem with my heat pump system, which basically was dirt gathering on the mechanical elements (I had not had the system maintained in 3 years). He then proceeded to clean the elements, and in a short time my system was up and running. He cleaned up completely. I am very pleased with the service.

    Initially, I was very impressed with the fast response and courteousness of both the customer service rep, Susan and the Service Tech, Don. I called about 8 a.m. on a Tuesday morning, just hoping to get someone to look at our unit by the end of the week. I was shocked when they said they would be able to have someone at my house that day. By 9:55 a.m. I had received a call from the Service Tech and he was on his way to my house. Once there, I showed him where everything was located and he started diagnosing the problem. After about 30 minutes he came in to tell me what the problem was; a bad "run capacitor". He gave me a VERBAL quote for replacing the run capacitor, cleaning the condenser coil and the diagnostic service call. This quote was he he said, "right at $500". Then he made another suggestion, adding another part, a start capacitor, which he explained would prolong the life of our unit. The quote for adding the start capacitor to the other service items was $627. I asked how much it would be if we just did the start capacitor at a different time and he told me that part alone was around $312. I thought, wow, that means we are getting that part for 1/2 the price it normally would be and asked my adult son who was there with me what he thought and we decided to go ahead with the start capacitor, the run capacitor, the coil cleaning and obviously the condenser coil cleaning. All of this was verbally discussed. Don did not have his tablet in the house with him, he was using his phone (gave some excuse, but I don't remember), so he didn't give me nor have me sign any quotes until everything was said and done. Don finished the work in about 30 minutes, took my payment and I was on my way back to work. Before he left, he asked for my email so that he could email me a copy of the invoice. Much to my surprise, when I looked at the email later in the day, the actual quote for the run capacitor, condenser coil cleaning and service call was actually $420, not $500. Now maybe that is not a big deal to some people, but to me that is a significant difference and had I known, I probably would have decided to just have the necessary service and not the added service he was so highly recommending. Additionally, the invoice he sent me didn't list each of these services separately, they were listed under a "Summer Savings Package 2" which tells me the Service Techs are being pushed to sell this package to make additional money for the company. In hindsight, I should have had him give me the written quotes before agreeing to the service and I might have caught the upselling scam. If I use Arlinghaus again, I will make sure I review a written quote before agreeing to any service. I am glad they came quickly and I'm glad my a/c is working, but I now feel like I was scammed to purchase additional parts that might not have been necessary.

    They did a great job! I called at 8am on Monday morning and they had someone at my home within the hour. The person they sent did a nice job finding the issue and had it fixed within a couple hours. This includes having to drive back to their location to fetch a part. They are always professional and do a great job educating you about the problem.

    He called and told us when he would be here, and he did do that. Told us what was needed done and we had him to it. Everything went very well. We are totally happy. Even the pricing was awesome. Very good!! Couldn't get any better than this. We recommend this company and tech Bobby to everyone!!
