    The Plaster Surgeon
Very polite and respectful. Was precessional and on time with everything. Finished two upstairs bedrooms in 2 and a half days. Went above and beyond and knocked out a few other things for me so that it was move in ready.

    Dry Effect
We had a small water leak that required removal of our Master Bath Toilet, a 3'x3' section of tile and some ceiling and drywall in the basement under the toilet. Dry Effect quickly came out, surveyed the situation and had someone out within a few days to do the remediation. They then did an excellent job in putting everything back together for us completing all the work in 1 day. The entire process was spread over a couple weeks but our damage was much less than others they were dealing with - there were heavy rains during this time which caused a lot of basement flooding - so all in all, I thought the response was great. Would definitely hire them again if, God forbid, we have another problem.

    Gillespie Drywall Inc
Charles came out and helped me remove a section of drywall so that we could fix a foundation leak. A couple of months later, he and his crew came back out to reinstall the sections of drywall. I really liked Charles and his crew and I think they did good work. As a rule of thumb, I usually find that people who put their own name in the company name do the best work and this is no exception!

    JT Contracting of Northern Kentucky
Project went well; workers were on time every day, and explained any questions. Every day when leaving, the workers cleaned up the area, having also spread a mat over the work area entry way. I was very pleased with the result. The owner was always responsive to questions or any concerns we had. I believe the price was fair for the work done, and I would use and recommend this contractor to anyone and any appropriate project.

    Dad & Sons Renovations
He miss added and total out of pocket now is $4800 + $4000 for wood replacement for a total of $8800. All has been paid. Not all the wood has been replaced, gutters laying in the yard for over theee weeks now, dining room ceiling never replaced though he was paid the money from the insurance company. He tore off the siding around second floor dormers saying the insurance company would pay to replace and they have been uncovered for weeks. Wont return calls now and home is a wreck still from the unfinished work. He will give you every excuse why he needs money up front without work being performed (small business, 9 kids, brother in ICU, mother died in his arms, wife was murdered, etc.). He talks about working so hard and doesnt get to see his kids. Feel sorry for his kids that they have such a POS for a father and pretty sure his kids already know it. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt when he kept asking for a chance to prove how happy I would be with his work. Told him my gut tells me to run and dont make me regret trusting him. Just the latest victim of this scam artist now. If youre reading this and considering using this scum, youve been warned.

Meyer Brothers did a fantastic Job. The team and designer were very easy to work with and in constant communication. Our vision of the room was brought to life with their expertise and quality craftmanship.

    Jeff Milbauer Painting
Great. Jeff is very meticulous and professional. He gives reasonable estimates, and does all of the work by himself. He repaired damaged drywall and he had included the drywall repair as part of the estimates. The wallpaper removal was also included. He also worked some Saturdays to be able to finish by the time we needed him to finish. We would definitely hire him again for any future painting needs.

    Gillespie Drywall Inc
Mr Gillespie showed up one morning assessed the area that needed to be repaired, and gave me an estimate. I called him when I was ready, he showed up with his crew, completed the repair as discussed and agreed. The crew cleaned up after they were done and I paid him the same price as the estimate. I was very happy with the work he has done , and I definitely would hire him again.

    Rumpke Restoration
Rumpke made an appointment to come out to my home and give me an idea of what they could accomplish in the 4 hrs. Appointment was for 8am, and they never showed up or called. I e-mail or called; Rumpke apologized and rescheduled. Jacob came out simply to work, and I showed him around my house. He spent 1.5 hrs taking photos, and I assume he?s doing the estimate.. Once the 1.5 hrs was done, he started working. Every 10-15 mins, he got a phone call. He took the phone calls outside. He got about 30 phone calls. He called and invited Joe, someone else from Rumpke to my house to look at what needed to be done. The majority of the time he was there, Jacob was showing Joe what needed to be done; etc. It wasn't until I pointed out that he should be working that Jacob went back to work. He starts to pack up around noon, and I stopped him. Jacob gave me an excuse about problems with the company, staffing, etc. Jacob started making repairs in 7 of my rooms. Walls are torn up, drop clothes are down, and furniture is pulled away from the walls. When they came back, he brought help and did do some more work. They left; none of the rooms in my house are finished. I sent a e-mail with photos to the owner of the company. He replied saying "they were there for x amount of hours", and he expects me to pay $30/hr (plus materials) to finish what they started., which is at cost, according to the owner. He was very rude and dismissive, and I don't appreciate it. I would much rather have them start and finish work in 2 rooms instead of tear up 7 and leave them unfinished. One of the 7 rooms was finished, but the rest are still a mess. I wish the communication had started out better from the beginning, with an estimate and them telling me what they could get done in 4 hours instead of having 7 rooms left a complete mess, and potentially being out even more money to get the work finished. I'm expecting guests for Easter, and I'm not really sure what I'm going to do. I had other projects I was planning to have them come do, had this worked out. I never got either of the estimates, for drywall, or additional work. They were going to build and entertainment center.

All went great. The building is old construction and extremely old and everything had to be custom made and built to fit. There is still more to do and I will continue to use them now and for future work. I have referred them to several friends already. They are conscientious, careful and trustworthy. Also extremely reasonable with price. Great communication and updates with everything as well.
