She takes things sometimes too seriously and other times too lightly. I don't know what to say. I recently had the results from an MRI which were disturbing to me, and she said that was great. I was curious what this one thing was and I looked it up and it was not a good thing at all; there was not one good thing about it. She had said it was age related. I looked it up and the only time it would be age related would be if I was 80, and I am 57, so I shouldn't have an age related condition. It leads to dementia, and Alzheimer and things like that. They were not being alarmists at all. I couldn't find one thing that said that it is not bad at all. There were one or two things that she knows about. She knows I have had stroke, and she had me go to hospital because I had worrisome EKG, and when I went there, they said it was the same EKG that I had a couple of months ago. She has a good bedside manner. I would go see her for small things not for big things.

They were good. I think they have a good system where they try their best to let you see the doctor you have already seen. They can see you on that same day that you call. They can you in pretty quickly. My husband likes the doctors and the offices. The people are good. The place is clean, reliable and professional.

He is very pronounced and he has great bedside manner. He did a really good job in trying to help educating me on what was going on, how is it improved, and assesses areas of improvement and things like that. He is very helpful in helping me understand diagnosis and things that I needed to be doing for my overall health. I would say probably B for availability simply because sometimes if I call to get an appointment, I may have to wait until the next week because he does have a pretty full schedule.

I have been using them for 2 and half years. I looked at them in the phone book, and they were close. The office is neat and clean, the staff is friendly, and interested in protecting the patients privacy.

I think they are great. The doctors are good but the scheduling isn’t that great. It’s not as easy as I think it should be but other than that, I really just care about the doctors if I have a little bit of scheduling. The organization, the way that they do it doesn’t seem like the best way it could be done. It should be simple. It should be like take 2 seconds for me to scheduling something. I don’t know it’s their system or if it’s the person I’ve gotten.

They were really busy but so is any family practice. I like the doctors a lot. They are personable and they are very knowledgeable. If they don't know, they'll say, "I don't know. I want to send you somewhere else."

My appointment was at 2:00. I arrived at 1:41 only to be told that I would have to reschedule because apparently I was told that I have to be there a half an hour early in order to fill out paperwork, which I don't recall at all. I arrived ~20 min early so that I could fill out new patient paperwork! I still sat down and completed my paperwork by 1:58 and handed it to the receptionist. She STILL told me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. It would be one thing if they actually did tell me that it was mandatory for me to be there a half an hour early but they didn't! So I can't even speak to the quality of their patient care, because the doctor wouldn't see me based on a technicality. Oh, also, I took time off of work to go to this appointment, so if/when I reschedule, I'll need to take more time off. I suppose I'm writing this as a cautionary tale - if you choose this doctor's office, don't be a minute late for your first appointment. What a ridiculous inconvenience!

In two months, I am due for my yearly physical. I have seen Dr. Barth the most. He is nice and courteous. When you're there in the office, he is there with you and he focuses on you when you're one-on-one with him. He explains things to you, but he doesn't preach to you; I like that. The staff are all helpful and nice. They are courteous. They see a lot of people, so sometimes when I try to see Dr. Barth because he is the one I usually go to, he not available and I have to see one of the other doctors. You don't usually have to wait too long.

There are two doctors, Dr. Geiger and Dr. Minzner in this practice that my husband and I had been seeing for years. They are absolutely awesome doctors but unfortunately this practice was bought out by St. Elizabeth. Prior to this buy out the doctors had more time with patients, had more freedom with referrals and treatment. Now the doctors are restricted on what they can do. We never had any billing issues with this practice until St. Elizabeth took over, since then we have had numerous billing issues. We have had to spend many hours on the phone with their rude customer service representatives trying to get things fixed. We love our doctors but due to the restrictions placed on them by St. Elizabeth and the numerous billing issues we are forced find a new primary physician. Also recently we have had problems with the St. Elizabeth lab that this practice is forced to use, the lab has had to have test run more than once due to their errors.

This is by far the best place I have ever visited for any medical needs! They are incredibly organized, efficient, and friendly. First you sign in, then register and everyone knows what they are doing. Next you move to any of the offices and they are like clockwork. The doctors seem happy to be there, the facility is clean, neat, and new and everyone has the proper support. Sometimes I come in on Saturday and they fly right through taking blood tests etc. Not to mention the parking in simply and plenty of spots open. Every hospital should be this way!
