    Dugan Concrete
We couldn't be happier with Tom Dugan and his crew. All of the above-mentioned work is gorgeous...our neighbors have been continually stopping us to compliment it and get Tom's contact info. All of his workers were meticulous in detail, and very clean. He even returned to patch up minor and structurally insignificant cracks in our foundation that were there long before he began work, were of absolutely no fault of his, and had nothing to do with the jobs we hired him for. It should be mentioned that the work on our porch was a very difficult job, which Tom handled fantastically. The foundation of our house in the corner under the porch had failed, and two years ago, we had that fixed, but the porch was left barely functional. To make matters more complex, under the porch is a storage room. So not only was the foundation a problem, work had to be done for a porch that doubled as a ceiling. One person we got an estimate from flat-out stated this was too complex a job for them. Tom assessed the situation immediately, and the plan he returned in the estimate worked perfectly.

Todd and his crew started on the day we scheduled, he had a crew of men with him to get the job done, it only took him a week from start to finish and this job turned out fantastic. Todd did an amazing job when people looked at it they thought it was pavers that where installed that is how good the stamp work turned out. He installed a couple retaining walls for us and they are also perfect. We need our driveway replaced and this winter I will be calling him so we can get it this spring. A+++++=Thanks.

    BLEDSOE CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
The sanitation district tore out a small part of my drive because it was cracking and heaving around the manhole cover. Paul Bledsoe gave me a great estimate for tearing out the rest of the driveway, too (which needed it desperately) and pouring a new one. I had been getting estimates for the job over the past couple years but, his was the best. His crew took out my old concrete drive and part of the sidewalk, applied new gravel, put down rebar (which was not there before), graded for drainage away from the garage, poured a beautiful STURDY new concrete driveway and finished it off with a sealant. He and his crew were friendly, dependable, professional and cleaned up during and after the job. I cannot be happier with the work they did and I will definitely use them again. (I need a patio poured in the backyard, next)!

I honestly don't have the time or energy to go into everything that went wrong. But, in a nutshell, any concrete company that "forgets" to frame for footers, "forgets" to reinforce where our hot tub was being placed, cuts and digs up the electric lines that I paid to have done before the concrete was poured, even after my electrician met with them and they discussed this and where the lines would be, arrived four days after we were scheduled (with no phone call, email or explanation)....well I think you get it. The only reason they didn't get an F is because the final product looks great. But I am positive there are other companies out there that could have given me the same result with much less hassle and more professionalism during the process. Had we not "supervised" the project on our own, we would not have footers or reinforced concrete to support the hot tub. Those are both very serious omissions.

    BLEDSOE CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
Paul Bledsoe is a very nice man. He was attentive, professional, and thorough. His crew were hard workers and very polite.
He communicated well and returned my phone calls promptly. They removed a lot of stuff that the garbage would not take and
    cleaned up after themselves.

They were very good. They did excellent work. They were very helpful in working with them. They just seem to do a really good job. I had another company come out and they weren't doing a very good job so I left them and bought the other company in and they did a lot better work.

    BLEDSOE CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs concrete work. The work was high quality and we were very pleased. We weren't really familiar with stamped concrete so he explained it well to us and gave us samples to make sure it was what we wanted. It's a really unique process when they put the color on. My wife said that the color didn't look quite right at first so they worked with us until we were pleased with it. They definitely took our input and listened to us and wanted to make it right for us.

Ten years ago Creative Concrete poured 2 stamped concrete patios and replaced my long double driveway and they look nearly new still! So I didn't hesitate to call for this recent renovation to another part of the property. Todd Mocahbee came to assess the job within 7 days and produced a written estimate on the spot. Work started promptly and proceeded smoothly. I found Todd easy to work with, friendly and flexible and the new outdoor space looks fabulous. Todd knows his business and I recommend without reservation.

    Souders Decorative Concrete
Mr. Souder did not honor his commitment to the job for which he was hired or his word. There was no color variation between the concrete and release when there should have been a definite distinction. It appeared as the same color was used for both which was not what was picked out. Mr. Souder on numerous occasions prior to starting the project promised that he could lighten or darken the color as necessary to achieve the appropriate end result. Upon completion, he was immediately informed that the color was not correct. It was too light and had no distinct variation to bring out the stamped appearance like we discussed. He promised to darken the patio/walkway to achieve the initial desired, agreed upon color. Unfortunately, Mr. Souder did not follow up. Numerous phone calls were made and never returned. On two rare occasions when I was able to reach him, he again promised to return within a day or two to complete the job. He never made any attempt to return. After dealing with no response for several months, I made one last attempt giving him the opportunity to correct the situation before filing a complaint. I never received a response. Mr. Souder was paid in good faith with his promise that he would return to complete the job. Lesson learned. No more song and dance about how bills need to be paid, etc. until the job is 100% complete and meets all expectations. Mr. Souder should think twice about having his own business that he is not willing to stand behind.

The job went very well. They have a very good product that they use. I think they specialize in stamp concrete and we go that done. Most of the companies we contacted do only certain colors or only certain styles. Their product did not look as good as Townscapes. They did a really nice job. Their price was lower than others.
