He was very efficient coming out within hours of our phone call. He was considerate and did an excellent job for us. He readily found the problem, fixed it and cleaned up after himself. He was hardworking and pleasant. He was extremely professional and courteous, reasonably priced. Ms. Altman

Very unprofessional. The amount of swear words would make a sailor blush. Was 2 hours late. Charged me 432 dollars just to install ac lines with me providing 99% of the materials and part of the labor

Got 6 estimates total, all others came in showing me why their windows we worth the cost. Randy came in and was quick and real, didn't blow a lot of smoke, but the prices smoked everyone else. Got good, double hung, energy star, lifetime warranted Windows for half of my next lowest offer. Communication was fantastic, if Randy didn't answer the phone he called back within 10 minutes. Could ask him anything, bring up any concerns and he addressed them right away and didn't make me feel like a nuance for it. Feel like Randy saved me, I was starting to panic that I was going to have to go in debt to replace Windows that desperately needed replacing. CHECK THIS COMPANY OUT. This is a new location for this company but they are A+ rated with the BBB and reviews for other locations (they use the same Windows) are good.

Chris' work is always top notch. He shows up when scheduled and works quickly and efficiently. The ceiling job took a day, and Chris cleaned up after himself and was cheerful and unobtrusive. He's a very careful worker. The door was one I bout on craigslist and was probably more difficult to install than a new one, and it was to be put on an old farmhouse with a probably not square opening. Again, great job with no complaints from him. Job done efficiently and well. He even braved the neighbors' dog with pups. It's really hard to find someone who cares about the quality of his work like Chris does. He's a terrific problem solver too.

They brought two trucks, one for the furniture and big stuff and one for the rest, boxes and other stuff. They had iour home loaded and on the way with in just a couple of hours, and although the move was not many miles away [about 30], they were excellent in the way they handled things. The move in to the new home was without one problem, they placed everything where we needed it and were fininshed in record time. We wewre entirely surprized an gratified at all the little extras they did for us, and were very plesantly pleased at the whole experience, from start to finish.

I have a rental house and one of the kids broke a window. The window was an old wood-framed sash and needed wood restoration as well as the glass replaced. Chris removed the window frame, replaced the glass, glazed it, repaired the wood where needed, and painted the sash, and replaced it in the house. I had him do a couple others while he was at it - ones that weren't broken but needed sash repair. He does very careful work and even cleaned up after himself.

The door was a warranty replacement storm door, but I didn't know they would give me only a door that needed ALL the hardware transferred from the old door. So he had to take the knob, lock, hinges and frame from the old door, transfer to the new, and make it all work. Job took much longer than I expected, but he did it in a quarter of the time it would have taken me to do it. OK -- I would have thrown up my hands. He even adjusted the closing thingies perfectly so the door wouldn't stay open too long and let the cats in.

    Well worth the money invested.

I tried several times to get an estimate for replacing our bow window from Pella with no response. All our windows were replaced in the past with double panes. All are Pella except the bow window. We had the panes replaced in the bow window but they have lost their seals twice. I finally called Renewal by Anderson and they set up an appointment with Ann the sales rep. within a couple of days. She was on time and very helpful in selecting the appropriate window to replace the bow. The new window is a bay with a fixed center window and two side windows that open. The window is a bit pricey and we will stain and seal the inside to save some money. It is eligible for the tax rebate. I got the estimate the end of July and was told it would be late September before it was ready to install. After I sign the contract and paid the deposit, a construciton person came to the house to get more detailed measurements. Anderson called the last day in Sept. and said the window was ready to be installed. We scheduled it for Oct. 7th. Crew showed up on time, worked all day and had it finished in one day. Kept everything clean and disposed of all debris and old window. The crew was polite and answered my questions about how insulation around window would be done. When finishied I paid the balance but they did not have my tax credit paperwork with them. They promised it would be mailed. Ann called the next day to see how the installation went. I was very please with installation and the look of the new window. I mentioned the missing paperwork and she said they would get it in the mail to me in a day or two. I got it a few days later. Now if I can just get my husband to do the stain and sealing.

Requested sales person to contract me by internet form, no response. Went to the store in Lexington and setup an appointment at my house to get an estimate. No one showed for the appointment or called to cancel. All my other windows are Pella and I wanted to replace a bay window with a Pella. Renewal by Anderson is doing the work. They were very responsive.

Derwood gave me a very fair estimate, showed up on time when he said he would, worked above and beyond the call of duty, and did an excellent job. He was trustworthy, consistent in showing up, and did everything he was asked to do (and he made sure I was satisfied). Best of all, he left the place cleaner than it was when he started!! He turned a nightmare of a job into three gorgeous, ready-to-paint rooms. He was very conscientious about his work and the quality of work he did.

I have an older farmhouse and had been contemplating replacing the windows... some were falling apart, and I thought, beyond repair. Chris was able to repair and restore the existing windows to look like new, did it in a timely manner, and charged me less than new replacement windows would have cost. The best thing, though, is that the house still retains its original "old house" charm and architectural detail.... and looks much better than it used to!
