    The auto repair center I usually went to couldn't fix an issue that was causing my tires to abnormally wear, Powers Auto was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on the first visit. Say hello to my new mechanic!!

    The disconnected and evacuated the air conditioning system. When we tried the air in the car (that always worked) it did not work. Took the car back to Gilberts to have them find the problem. I was told someone over filled the air system and I would be lucky if no seals blew out. They said they did not disconnect the system for my service and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I cost me money to fix a problem they created. I also was cussed at.

    I pulled into the parking lot at of Owens Auto and Truck Service and a man who was working in the garage came out to greet me. I told him that I had ran over a nail with my car and needed to get my tire fixed. He then got all of the information he needed from me concerning my vehicle and had another worker to pull my car into the garage. I waited approximately 20 minutes while they were fixing my tire and only paid $20 for the service performed. Awesome!

    See above comments. Salesman Mike Gilliam provided superior service, he followed through on everything, and went the extra steps with post sale follow up. I highly recommend Mike G. I wish I could have received more for the truck I traded in, but that is determined by market/value/NADA numbers, etc.

    I have a large dually Ford truck. I had a flat tire on one of the dual wheels. They pulled the dual wheels and fixed the flat and had me back on the road in less that a half hour. Only charged me $10.00 bucks. I wouldn't do it for that. I have shopped with this vendor many times over the years and I would highly recommend them for fair price and good work.

    My daughter is working and going to school so what better way to show how pround we are than to by her a car. We looked at many, many cars that were either a pirce of junk and way over priced or the sales people were just to pushy. When we pulled into Everyone Rides we were able to look without a someone pushing us to buy what they wanted use to buy. She found the car she loved, we did the paperwork without and issues and she drove home that day with her new car.She has had the car for oer a year now and it has been very dependable,We have only put on new tires, brakes and iol changes, normal things for a car. I don't worry when she will brake down when she leaves home. The guys are great and very helpful. I have another daughter that willl soon be driving and her will will come from Everyone Rides also.

    My breaks were making such a bad sound. I stopped to check on the price of replacing my brakes at 3 different shops. I was quoted three different prices... anything from 215.00 to 260.00 ... I just happened to be going down 229 and saw R&D Auto. I stopped. I talked to the man inside... who was the mechanic...and asked about my brakes.. he then told me it would be about 150.00. I asked him if he could get to my car the next day and he could.. After I dropped my car off... in about 2 hours.. I came back and it was ready. and It was the price he quoted.. he didn't try and jack up the price. Around here that's honest.

    I bought a tube, worth no more than $10, from them, it cost me $23.00. They said they would put it in my tire. When I came back, three hours later, they said that they don't put inner-tubes in car tires, because it's a liability. WHY NOT TELL ME THAT BEFORE YOU SELL ME YOUR OVERPRICED JUNK?! On top of that two of my Jaguar logos went missing on my car. I know who took them, I saw one of the workers snooping around my car (not the tire). When I confronted the company about it, they got upset and claimed they are not responsible for cars left in their parking lot.

    I looked around at alot of car lots in the area looking for a 2008 or newer car with good gas mileage, room enough for a family of 4, and a decent price. I really like the Ford Fusions and they have a good reputation so when I found a 2010 at Campbell motors I wanted it. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They allowed me to take the car for an extended test drive. I drove it for a whole day. Really liked it but told them the air was not working well. They said it needed freon and they would fix it. They were very tough in the negotiations only coming down from 12900 to 12500. However they were helpful and fast with getting me the info I needed to get my loan. I was very happy at this point with the service and satisfied with the deal I got. However it when down hill from there. The air condition did not work. They did pay to have it fixed but it took 3 trips and approximately 6 total days to get it fixed and I still do not think it work as it should.Campbell's was unwilling to help me out with a loan or rental car for those day it was in the garage and this was the only vehicle I had.  I also discovered some gashes in the tires that they dismissed as "not a problem". I also had to put new breaks on the car just 2 months after purchasing it. Bottom line I feel the services "sucked" once I purchased the car and I don't think I got a great deal.

    Mr. Powers was very professional throughout the entire experience. He worked hard to ensure safety of the vehicle and kept us informed throughout the process. He knew we were acting out of total blind faith since we were not located in the same area.
