    They promised all this warranty, and then when a unit that's attached to the heating - that they put in - got wet from some rainwater, they said "Well, that's not our fault." I said, "Well, you put it there," and they wouldn't do anything. I hate to say anything negative about anybody. I write a lot of reviews and most of mine, like 95% of them, are all positive and nice, so it really takes a lot to make me say something negative. I kind of figure everybody has a bad day or something, but this outfit, Glover & Sons, that's how they do. They say one thing and then do another. We gave them a second chance and it just got worse. We called them up and the guy came over a couple days later, and this was like when it was cold. Up in the bay area it does get cold, and most of the homes don't have much insulation because it's California. We figured he'd come out that day or the next day, but he didn't, and when he did come out he had a lot of attitude. Then he started quoting us a lot of prices to fix it. I said, "Woah, wait a minute. You just put the furnace in like three months ago or so, and what about the warranty?" "Oh no, that's not covered because it got wet." I said "But that's where you put it. You're the professional and you looked at the situation. You could have put it higher." "Well, we're not going to cover it." I'm not going on and on about all the other things, but that's just an example of the guy. You'll see during the sales effort it's all 100% we're behind you if there's a problem. There won't be a problem and then when something happens, you get a lot of attitude. I don't want to go to small claims court; I just said "OK, goodbye," and move on. He charges a lot. I'm not going to give him an F on responsiveness because maybe there was something that happened and he couldn't come over. When you're a customer service company where you're providing a service, you can't get an attitude with your customer. We never came back at him with any attitude. Well, I did get a little tone of voice when he said it's not covered with the warranty. Even if we still lived there, I would never, ever call him again.

    I called Wall after reading the previous reviewer's statement. "Josh" stated that ac professional would arrive Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. On Thursday afternoon, a different person said either Thursday afternoon or Monday morning. On Monday afternoon, Josh said Wednesday afternoon (we are into this for a week already). I stated that I needed the sevicer there on Wednesday or I would go elsewhere. Josh yelled, "then go elsewhere," and hung up. So I called A-1 from C-Ville and all was good in the world. Now I have decided to replace the entire HVAC unit but will not call Wall for a quote. I cannot state whether their work is competent. I can only state that they were rude and I will not do business with them. I hope that your experience is better.

    He is outstanding. I've used him many times. He is excellent. The experiences have been excellent. He doesn't waste any time. His prices are a little high but I get what I pay for. I will definitely continue to use him.
