ADistinctive Design RemodelingIt went really well. Our project manager Ian Baker did a great job of coordinating everyone and communicating with us. We knew who was going to be there when and what to expect as each day progressed. The contractors they choose were a pleasure to work withand did a great job. We needed some extra work to try to tie somethings together and was able to hire some of there contractors outside the job to handle these matters. I'm definetly considering hiring them again for some basement remodeling in the future.- Rita G.

AFox ElectricGreat! James fox answered my emergency call today coming after normal business hours. He was not only punctual, but totally patient and courteous with all my questions, quickly fixed my emergency issue with a smoke detector beeping needlessly, then also fixed a bathroom fan light that wasn't working due to improper wiring plus extended a ceiling fan's pull chains so I could reach them, all within his reasonable service call fee. AAlpha Electric LLCRonnie with Alpha Electric ran a 50 amp. 240v. 4-wire from electrical panel through the basement wall with 6-3 Romex and set a junction box than ran a 1" PVC Conduit under the deck and along side of the bottom deck to a 50amp GFCI Sub Panel then ran 1" seal tight to hot tub to make all connections. Licensed, experienced and true professional electrician whom I will always rely upon for any future electrical jobs.- Brandon W.

ACloud Nine Solutions did an excellent job! We had clear communication ever through every step of the process. In running coaxial cable, routing can sometimes be an issue. The technician (Eric) consulted with me on everything. They did a professional job! I am very happy with the results and I would recommend Cloud Nine Solutions to anyone! NOTE: A competitor in Louisville wanted double the price for the same work!

ANeeded 14 windows replaced in the house I am living in and they were on time and answered any questions I had. Installers were on time. They had it scheduled for 2 days of work but had it all done in one day and cleaned up after themselves you would have never known anyone was there if it wasn't for the awesome looking new windows.

AI am beyond impressed with the work and customer service provided by Counter Culture! They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a exceptional experience. We visited quite a few different granite/quartz showrooms in Lexington and found that Counter Culture had the best selection for white quartz and was reasonably priced. What really made our experience so great was that after the counters had been installed, that evening we realized we needed our dishwasher bracketed to the counters. We texted GJ (the President of Counter Culture) and he came out at 7:00pm that same night. We were not expecting him to drop everything and come out that night and were blown away by the level of care and customer service he provided. While the counters and workmanship is beautiful, I think our experience speaks volumes to the overall experience and attention you will receive as a customer here!
