ADistinctive Design RemodelingIt went really well. Our project manager Ian Baker did a great job of coordinating everyone and communicating with us. We knew who was going to be there when and what to expect as each day progressed. The contractors they choose were a pleasure to work withand did a great job. We needed some extra work to try to tie somethings together and was able to hire some of there contractors outside the job to handle these matters. I'm definetly considering hiring them again for some basement remodeling in the future.- Rita G.

There were some issues with the ordering of correct items and / or correct quantity, but management followed up promptly & all problems, resolved in a fairly reasonable amount of time. FDecks-r-usI have filed a criminal complaint against Clark Eugene Miller, III. This scam artist quoted us a low ball quote. Gave him the job and then everything was a complete disaster. He took our money, did not perform the work promised and just left. DO NOT HIRE these clowns. They will ask for draws from you everyday until you have paid it all out and then they will never get the work done. Hope he and his son goes to jail and has to pay restitution back to us.- Dean W.

AJordan Cockrell's Mulch & Landscaping IncJordan was incredibly responsive and available during the process, and his team was very prompt, arriving early every morning, often working in oppressive heat and sun. We only had a rough idea of what we wanted and we added a few things (built-in benches, extra set of steps) after the work had started. Jordan and his main deck guy, David, were incredibly easy to work with and open to changes/additions. Jordan is also well-connected, and knows folks for other projects (concrete, stonework, ponds, etc). I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to others!- Laura C.

AAustin's Construction & Design LLCA stellar job. Went above and beyond expectations, working quickly amd efficiently. There were many valleys in my roof to contend with and the professional expertise he and his crew demonstrated were exceptional. They even hauled away old deck steps I had laid out after making a repair myself and cleared away tangled vines from my garden hose, saving me time and back ache. The week following his work a major storm came through and not a single shingle was disturbed. Would recommend this veteran owned company to anyone looking for construction/remodel help.- Adam C.

AOne screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date.

AIsidro and his crew removed the mold and applied a paint that will keep the mold from re-forming. Isidro also determined that we would need new gutters to prevent the problem from happening again. We had known the gutters were in bad shape and we also knew the leaky gutters were probably causing problems with moisture so we went ahead and hired Isidro's company to remove the old gutters and replace them with new gutters. Isidro always took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. His crew was hard-working and friendly. We are so happy with the results! We have no signs of mold in the basement and the gutters are doing their job. It is also nice to have attractive gutters now.

ANeeded 14 windows replaced in the house I am living in and they were on time and answered any questions I had. Installers were on time. They had it scheduled for 2 days of work but had it all done in one day and cleaned up after themselves you would have never known anyone was there if it wasn't for the awesome looking new windows.
