The staff was incredible and extremely professional. It is refreshing that there are still people who strive for excellence and customer service. Chad, the lead technician, took the time to fully evaluate our current heater to determine if it needed to be replaced. He explained why and showed us where the issues were and what would happen if it wasn't replaced. He laid out the various options and told us the pros and cons. Eventually we landed on a tankless system. They returned promptly and completed the project in less time than originally quoted. There were no surprises and everything works perfectly. A few days after installation, a customer service representative, Betty, called to make sure there were no issues and that we were absolutely satisfied. Well Betty, we most certainly are and thank you for following up. We have been using another plumbing company, but we will now use Plumb Tite exclusively. Bravo Plumb Tite.- mike p.

APlumb Tite PlumbingWe quoted out to several plumbers, Plumb tite pointed out several things that weren't to code that no one else mentioned, so went with them. The installer was extremely friendly, experienced and the install went quick; he was also always ontime and called beforehand when he was on his way. This also took place in the midst of a Covid-19 virus uptick so he always wore a mask while in the basement. Will hire them out again for our next plumbing need!- Mark K.

Stephanie was the first contact from the office and she was super nice, helpful, and got me scheduled. My plumber Jacob was coming because my water bill (in Gallatin County) went from $40 a month to $104 in 30 days. We were pretty sure it was the water pressure and that we needed a regulator. Jacob was so incredibly nice, respectful, professional, and personable. I wish that every company who sent people to my house would send me a Jacob! Having someone work in your home who is not only professional but also personable is such a more pleasant experience. I really appreciated the time he took to educate me on the requirements of the water company as well as the things he was doing to fix the problem along the way. AApollo HomeOne Stop Shopping! I cannot say enough good things about this company, from exemplary customer service to exceptional skilled craftsman. I was converting to an Energy Efficient Water Heater, therefore, needed an additional outlet (due to the vicinity of the heater). With the other estimates I received for the water heater, I had to find an electrician myself. With Apollo, they coordinated the timing of the electrician and water heater installation and all was done on the same day! Note that they were comparable in price to the other estimates. And, of course while an electrician was here, had a light fixture and dimmer switch installed. He was thorough in checking all the connections, etc. The communication whether in person, phone, email or text was informative, complete, respectful and pleasant. And a best practice they have is sending you a picture of the employee before they arrive at your home! What a great safety measure! The Care Plan they offer is at a great price. My hats off to Ken, Andrea, Liam, and Leisl. What a pleasure doing business with you. You are an exceptional team! Angies List – once again, you have supplied me with a reliable service. ARK PLUMBING HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING LLCI couldn't be happier with the service received by Rick with RK Plumbing and HVAC. Our water heater died on a Friday night. When I called (close to 9pm), Rick answered and told me he was able to come out to our house Saturday morning. He gave me all of the costs upfront on the phone so we knew exactly what to expect. Rick arrived first thing in the morning. He was polite, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We have very hard water and no water softener at this time, so he recommended flushing our water heater every 6 months (you wouldn't believe how much lime was built up in the old one!!!) and even let me take a video of him explaining how to do that. We will definitely be calling Rick for any future needs we have!- Dawn D.

AIt was wonderful! I really appreciate the way Joe explains things. I know nothing about electricity, but I like to learn at least a little bit to understand some of the issues. He shares information in a way that is accessible, and that makes sense to a non-electrician. He is very polite, has a sense of humor, and is very kind. And, in this difficult covid times, he wears a mask, and follows covid protocols. This was a follow up, as we had work done in December. The work done was great, but the flickering source still remained a mystery. But, with his knowledge and persistence, he identified the issue today and fixed the problem.
