    Plumb Tite Plumbing
Plumb Tite is by far the best plumbing company I have ever hired. Their technicians have replaced all the turn-off valves and main water pressure valve in our home. They have installed a garbage disposal as well as recently replaced our old water heater. They are always on time, survey the job-at-hand and provide a quote for how much the work is going to cost. Plumb Tite has my vote for the best plumbing company in Northern Kentucky. I would not think of calling anyone else!

    Plumb Tite Plumbing
Great! Service guy was on time & professional. Called ahead to give me a 25-30 min notice so I wasn't sitting around waiting all day. Explained what needed to be done, my options and gave price estimate before getting started.

    Cincinnati Basement Waterproofing & Drainage
They told us that you would make sure that the drainage from the sump pump would connect to the drain tile that was installed prior to your job and ran to the back edge of my property. In fact, they said if it was necessary, they would dig up the old one and replace it. They also said they would check the drainage from the gutters and clean them out if needed. None of this was done! They ran a PVC pipe from the sump pump to the middle of our flower bed in the back. The water rushed out and washed the mulch away and then creates puddles in the flower bed. They did finally come back out and corrected the problem. We did have some settling that they came out and took care of. We were quoted a price of $13,000 for the job. During the work they found another small crack and charged us $1,800 additional to repair that. We asked for reimbursement for that charge, but have not heard back from them. We did expect some damage to our property, but as much as we had. We had branches broken off on two trees by the backhoe. They also turned under a flower bed and rock garden without saying anything. The worst part was the lack of professionalism. After the initial work was completed, the foreman came to the door wanting to be paid. I was not home at the time and my wife did not know from which account I was going to pay it. She explained this to the employee, and he got rude with her. He said the money is due when the work is completed. He said he would be back in a few minutes and wanted the money. We had a lot of settling where they had dug around the house and I called their office to get someone out to correct the problems. The manager came out and said they would take care of the issues. During my conversation with him, in the presence of my wife and daughter, he was cursing very badly, including a couple of F-Bombs. When they came out to fill in the settling their supervisor told us they would not come back again for free. For the money spent, I think that this is the most disappointed I have ever been with a service company.

    KEN NEYER PLUMBING INC
The 15 year old water heater started leaking from the bottom. I got Ken Neyer's contact because another plumber couldn't come for a few days. Everyone I dealt with from the company was pleasant and professional. I received a quote over the phone based on the type of water heater I was replacing and scheduled for the following day. Ross arrived and got to work immediately. He was joined by Chris not long after that. They worked quickly and wrapped it up in a little over two hours. The work area was left clean (or at least as clean as it was before). The amount charged was exactly what they had quoted me.

    Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
Chad C and his crew were great! Before hiring, Chad explained to me in detail what needed to be done, and the best way to do it. He is a true professional A+ plumber. After speaking with Chad C about the job to be done, I was immediately convinced that he had the expertise to do a fantastic job, and I was right. The job involved replacing a large section of my sewer line that was busted by a construction company working in my yard. His crew that helped him dig a very deep hole and also aided Chad with the sewer fix were all excellent hard workers. His excellent repair is warranted for five years. I do not believe I will need to use that warranty!

    Reliable Leak Detection, LLC
Brandt was absolutely great every single step of the way. He kept us involved and informed with everything he was doing, and why (that last part is beyond hard to find). I appreciated his openness and honesty throughout the process, and his professionalism was spot-on. Brandt helped find a 0.25gpm leak which was repaired, all to bring to light a smaller 0.05gpm leak elsewhere in the house. Bringing Brandt out a second time helped find this second, smaller leak, which was also successfully repaired by plumbers. Without Brandt, we don't know if we would have ever hunted down the first leak, let alone the second! Brandt's expertise on leak detection is second to none, and I would recommend him to anyone who has any sort of plumbing leak! Brandt's "tricks" were learned not only via study and training in leak detection itself, but his long history of plumbing engineering, design, and general plumbing work allows him to have approaches to finding leaks that other leak detectors I spoke to. The plumbers we brought in to repair the leaks were astonished that he was able to find both leaks, especially the second. After finding each leak, Brandt could have simply marked his "blue X" (tape) and left, but he explained what he would expect the repair to entail. This helped us to be knowledgeable about what was to come and how to communicate information to the plumbers, further helping keep down repair costs and time! Without this knowledge, we would have been lost and confused the whole way, but Brandt instilled confidence in us the whole way. I could talk all day about how great Brandt was the whole step of the way, but I'll spare you from an even longer review. If you've stuck with this review this far, know this: I would not call anyone else for leak detection services than Brandt and Reliable Leak Detection. He's that good. Stop overthinking this, and give him a call! You won't regret it!

Help Plumbing Heating Cooling and Electric
They hire veterans to do the work. I thought it was going to be cheaper. They are coming tomorrow to do my furnace checkup. I find them to be very customer focused from the telephone call all the way to the individuals that come to your home. They are very professional, very thorough, and they explain everything in detail before they do anything. It's really top notch. I love how when you call their phone number they say "Welcome to Help. How can we make you smile?"

Help Plumbing Heating Cooling and Electric
I went out to use the faucet and it was leaking a little bit so I called them and they sent out the guy the next day. They did not charge us anything. In fact when my husband went in to turn off the main valve for the water it was leaking so they fixed that for no charge.

    BRUEGGEMANN PLUMBING
It went well. One hose bib was easily accessible in an unfinished part of the basement. The other required cutting a hole in the drywall. The plumber suggested an access panel and cut a hole neatly so it would fit. I didn't have to repaint the room. The price included two new hose bibs.

    Even Flow Remodeling and Repair
Start to finish, James and John did a spectacular and professional job. They were courteous, punctual and reliable. They are totally committed to their work. Each day they gave the work area a thorough vacuuming and cleaning. The tools and materials were neatly kept in the garage. They showed respect for my time and my property. The new shower is just lovely, and a perfect addition to our family room bath. Thanks Even Flow, James & John. I highly recommend you and will call on you when I'm ready to put in my new kitchen!
