Tom also managed to find issue that had been missed by the buikders previous inspections. Because of Tom Armstrong, I feel like MaryBeth is now fully aware of the house she is buying. DThe actual exterminator was great, very nice and helpful. The service is okay, one was successful. The other wasn't. The office staff? not so great. Sherry especially is rude and condescending. It's completely unprofessional to talk over, interrupt and become combative with clients. I was not even going to leave a bad review until after I talked to her about canceling services. Her behavior is what garnered them this one star rating.

DThey came out on time the first time, but 2 weeks later then tenants complained that they were still being bitten by bugs at night to I called again. I was told that what they sprayed was good for months, but he agreed to re-treat the house. About 5 days later he did re-treat the house. It's been about a month since the second treatment and the tenants tell me they are being bitten again at night by bugs (presumably bedbugs). They have lost confidence in this company and so have I. Therefore, I called a different pest control company and will have to pay another fee. I'm not happy with this company.

AMegan of ARC Insect and Animal Control inspected the attic, etc. for possible point of entry. She fixed an opening along the gutter and set a trap on roof. She checked on it daily. They didn't return, so she put in a new roof vent. I was happy with her work. She seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

ACory was very good and informative. We had a bad experience with a bat flying in our vaulted bedroom at 2:30am. A company came and removed it. After more review of companies I wanted to deal with I chose PROPESTMEN. Cory came when he said he would. He examined our home and determined we had a colony of about 30 bats living in our attic. He also saw signs of mice as well. This led to a discussion of having mice on occasion and determining that I should address mice as well as bats and Cory was the man to do this with. He strategically placed exterior bait stations for mice on the exterior of our home as well as in the basement and packets of mice pellets in the attic. He and his assistant/ associate came out another date to tighten up the house and provide the bats a path out of our house and no possibility of returning back in to the house. After a few weeks Cory came back to inspect the attics and found the mice had been eating the pellets in the packets in the attic as well as the blocks in the exterior bait stations. He determined the bats were gone and remove the tubes used to allow the bats to exit the house and not return, because they were no longer in the house. PROPESTMEN, specifically Cory has been very reliable and knowledgeable throughout this whole process. He has never hesitated to communicate with me either texting or calling to make an appt or let me know he was on his way; very professional. I am very pleased with the experience I have had and will continue to have with PROPESTMEN.
