Niel is very nice person and easy to work with and after the installation he even give me up grade warranties to silver. ADr. Energy Saver CincinnatiMy wife and I have had issues for years with a "drip" noise in our ductwork that would keep us both up at night. After having several HVAC professionals & plumbers out to take a look to no avail, Chris was able to trace the problem to a lack of insulation that allowed cold air to penetrate the house. He was able to seal up the problem areas and immediately the duct area and vent heated back up to normal levels and the popping sound decreased dramatically! I can't recommend Chris enough. He held true to his guarantee to fix the problem and waived his minimum charge after hearing about all the issues we've been facing. AMooney & Moses of OhioCasey, the installer from Mooney & Moses, was fantastic! The shower glass install for our 3rd bathroom was scheduled for 12/2 and Casey discovered that the glass had not been cut to the correct dimensions. He was sincerely apologetic even though neither measuring nor cutting the glass was his responsibility. Three weeks later, Casey returned to install the correct shower glass. He was friendly and again apologized for the delay. Most importantly, we appreciated his attention to detail and top-quality installation work. The shower glass looks wonderful.- Jon P.

ADr. Energy Saver CincinnatiFantastic Value and Amazing Attention to Detail! DES recently performed extensive work at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I selected them after receiving quotes from 9 other providers. They were not the least expensive, but they were certainly the best value. Chris did a tremendously thorough survey of the house before crafting a quote. Prior to his arrival, I prepared a somewhat esoteric list of details that I wanted to be addressed during the work. While Chris was looking over the property, he proposed a solution to each of the issues on my list before I even had a chance to mention them to him. His building science knowledge was superior to any of the other contractors, so it was an easy decision to select DES. The work was scheduled promptly, and Harrison’s crew did a great job. They were a well-oiled machine, and the amount of work they accomplished in one day was nothing short of astounding. They put down plastic, swept, vacuumed, and wet-mopped when they were done. The very first night after the work was completed, the temperature differential between the first and second floor was substantially eliminated. The hot spots and cold spots were gone, and the overall comfort of the house was unmistakably improved. I can’t wait to watch the long-term energy savings in the years to come. Made sure my can lights had the right protection over them and that baffles were installed so the soffits vents and ridge vent have the correct air flow.
