APlumb Tite PlumbingI couldn't be more pleased with Plumb Tite. From the first call to the office to the technician who did the evaluation and installation. The staff was incredible and extremely professional. It is refreshing that there are still people who strive for excellence and customer service. Chad, the lead technician, took the time to fully evaluate our current heater to determine if it needed to be replaced. He explained why and showed us where the issues were and what would happen if it wasn't replaced. He laid out the various options and told us the pros and cons. Eventually we landed on a tankless system. They returned promptly and completed the project in less time than originally quoted. There were no surprises and everything works perfectly. A few days after installation, a customer service representative, Betty, called to make sure there were no issues and that we were absolutely satisfied. Well Betty, we most certainly are and thank you for following up. We have been using another plumbing company, but we will now use Plumb Tite exclusively. Bravo Plumb Tite.- mike p.

Nate was out the next morning to address the situation. He also quickly installed a new shower valve since we were replacing all shower fixtures. APlumb Tite PlumbingI was given a three hr. window for arrival. The pro came 40 minutes late. He inspected the issue and gave me a price that was over $500 but dropped it 10% to $492 and noted that he would do the job right away. His price was still $80 higher than my lowest quote. I agreed to the price since he was doing the job right away. he did a good job but did not finish the job during his visit and had to come back the next day. These people are pricy and the pro even admitted that. I would not call these people again unless it was an emergency and they were available right away.- LeRoy B.

ACincinnati Concrete Solutions poured a 17 x 24 patio with a 10 x 11 extension and 2 stoops for us. The patio has a 12 inch stamped and stained border and the concrete was colored. The patio turned out great! Scott's crew was very professional, on time, and cleaned up the street before leaving. Scott and Brandon were very responsive throughout the process. We had one small issue that they will be taking care of after the holidays. We also had them remove a 16 x 30 deck, 12 x 12 patio, and stoop for us prior to starting on the patio. I would use them again and recommend to anyone.

DRon was quick to come out and give us an estimate, which we appreciated. He gave us a date of when he would be out as well to do the work. No one arrived on that day, and no one called to explain why or set a new date for work. We had already prepaid for some of the work, so we were concerned. We did finally receive a call a few days later and a new Date was set, where again no one showed and no phone call. A week later, they came out and do the work. The patio looks great, however, they poured a step that looks terrible. Concrete went underneath the area they poured and the step looks like a dried ball of crumbling concrete on the sides of it. Also, we accidentally overpaid by $100. After calling to get it addressed, and to get the step fixed, we received no answer for over a week. After many phone calls and messages, we finally received a call back, where they apologized and were kind enough to agree to pay us back without needing to argue anything. I was grateful. They also said someone would come fix the step. I wish I could attach a picture of how bad it looks. No one came out, we were not reimbursed any money, and if I don’t hear back this week I’m calling the BBB to try to get my money back.
