    They're very good. I've been using them for 3 or 4 years. They're really nice. They are very friendly, very informative. They walk me thru everything. Like the ad on TV you don't have to get out of your car. You can sit in your car and they explain everything while they are doing it.

    Valvoline Instant Oil Change
    The pricing and maybe it's me but I think it's a lot for synthetic oil. One negative is they are always trying to sell me something else. They are always saying this needs to be done or that needs to be done. I just want an oil change. But the guys are nice and I know it's their job.

    I would not recommend them. Price I was very pleased. They just do not offer as much as they use to. They are taking away benefits that they use to have. They are okay, interactions with them are fine. The work was okay. They could offer the extra benefits, like if they have our car for a certain amount of time they could get us a rental car. I would not use them again.

    I had to have my car towed in because the battery died. They were very good. We were leaving town that day so we were using the other car. So we were able to tow it up there and leave it and they could take care of it on their time because we were going to be gone anyway. That is definitely a place where if you can get an appointment you're better off.

    We have a local guy who have been at a dealership who handles Springers and he opened his own shop. They're top notch, honest people and they have always treated me well. There's two generations of us going to them now. I've always had good service there. The Springers have one particular type of tire on it and I'm getting 120000-130000 miles on that set. They're a little bit costly. They're top of the line Michelins but the springer has a reputation of holding it alignment. A little pricy to get the fixed because they are Mercedes. They just got a good shop. The only time I ever had a problem with the fix, when I drove in and told them what was going on, they were on it right now, fixed it and I got out of there. ZFor punctuality, when they say they'd get it done at three in the afternoon, hey get it done at three in the afternoon, if not they give me a call. Their shop isn't the fanciest place in town.

    We've been using Superior Imports for ten years, and it's been great.  They're conveniently located, they do quality work, and they offer to drive us home if the car has to stay in the shop for a while.  Furthermore, they're very trustworthy and honest, and they have competitive prices.

    As always, I was impressed. First to save me the towing cost, Dan sent out a couple of mechanics to secure the muffler with wire so it would not drag, and they drove the car to the shop. This happened minutes after I called. Second, I promptly received an estimate that was very reasonable. Third, I was assured that the car would be done that day. This is in line with my previous experience. They never recommend a service I don't request; they always correct problems that arise after work at their expense, and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors. In addition, they have a shuttle that will come and pick you up when your car is ready, assuming you live within the service area. The car was ready in the afternoon and I picked it up. It sounded great and the actual cost came in just under the estimate. Will do business with Superior again.

    I had a squeaky belt on my car & my neighbor referred me here.  I called a couple of times & decided to check Angie's List for any feedback.  I drove down and pulled in the parking lot.  I went in & Matt came to me & asked how he could help.  I told him that my neighbor had referred me to them.  Explained the problem & he came directly out to the car.  Popped the hood & Matt asked that I start the car. He listed for a moment.  I explained that the belt was less than 2 yrs old and that someone thought it might be an idler pulley (they are only $16.00 at the automotive store).  He listed for a few more moments & told me to shut the car off.  he went inside & came back with some kind of ointment (that's what it looked like) and placed it on the underside of the belt. Once again, he requested that I start the car again.  The squeak was gone!!!  Yeah for me!   He said that sometimes the belts get dry and just need a little lubrication.  
    I thanked him and asked what I owed.  He said nothing & not worry about.  That if the squeaking comes back, to let him know and he will check some other things.  I am so grateful!!  Being a single parent, a female & blonde.. most times automotive places try to take you for as much as they can.  He was very pleasant, professional & helpful.   I will go back to them again.  I need my air conditioner looked at next.

    Another time, I called around to find someone to replace my AC Compressor and the owner took the time to answer my questions, and explain the additional parts and services required to do the job correctly.  He did not pressure me, and told me all the questions I should be asking if calling around to different shops.  I did enough additional research to find that he was correct about the additional parts needed to do the job correctly, and when I quizzed some others shops, some of them knew what they were talking about, and some did not.  My brother ended up doing the work in his friends garage, so I did not need Hammond's services...but I feel I have found a garage I can trust, and will be bring all three cars to Hammond's for needed repairs we have saved for, because I know they will give me a lot for my budget, and they treated me so kindly, that I truly feel I owe it to them.
    Of the three times I've deal with them,  I've only actually had them work on my vehicle once...but overall I feel like I have found the place in town I can TRUST with my wife's and kid's cars, and thus their safety.  I'm getting ready to have service done on all three of my family vehicles, and I will take all three to Hammonds, and not even bother to call around for quotes.
