    Southern Kentucky Home Pros
Southern Kentucky really did a great job. They arrived at a reasonable time and they managed to complete a significant amount of work in a work day. The crew was respectful and helpful when I had questions and they worked from arrival up until they left the job. I would recommend using this company for any job and undoubtedly I know they would get it done properly and in a formal manner.

Landon arrived at the time we had agreed upon and was finished, cleaned up area, and was ready to leave within a few hours. Job was performed to my satisfaction at the agreed upon price. I have used Southern Kentucky Home Pros for a variety of jobs around my home and have been totally pleased with each job. I cannot recommend Southern Kentucky Home Pros enough!

    Southern Kentucky Home Pros
Landon and his crew were very professional in their work and their business dealings.  They were always punctual and stuck to their appointments.  Always easy to reach by phone.
We had fluorescent lights in the kitchen that did not give the amount of light we needed.  The lights were in a soffit that had white plastic grated pieces below them.  Landon replaced them with cannister led lights and put drywall in the place of the white plastic.  He had to extend the drywall over the kitchen island to install lights there as well.  We ended up with 11 canister led lights around the kitchen work area.  He also replaced a florescent light in the middle of the kitchen with a very nice dual bulb light.  Even though the sanding of the plaster on the drywall created a mess, Landon kept it to a minimum by having a sander with a tube going into a vacuum cleaner as he sanded.  The over all job took less than a week to complete.  This allowed the plaster to dry and sand and dry and sand again.  He also had to get crown molding put up and then put quarter round along the top of the cabinets.    My wife and I are thrilled with the work!  We would have him back again in a heartbeat.  In fact he is scheduled to do other jobs for us in the spring.

Landon & his crew did a wonderful job. They showed up when we were told & did great work.

They took care of the problem & cleaned up after the job.

I would recommend them to anyone!

    Southern Kentucky Home Pros
Everything went fine, and all the buildings look a lot better. They did a good job. Everyone was most polite and nice. I think they had another job going at the same time as this, but as I was not in a big hurry, this worked out just fine.
I would suggest definitely checking everything out after the work is done, with Landon Morgan. There were a few extra things that I saw that needed some work, and they did these things right away.
Southern Kentucky Home Pros takes cash, checks, and also credit cards, but if you use a credit card there will be a 1 to 3 percent fee. I wish they did not do this, but that was the policy. Just a heads up. Also, you will need to pick some smaller things up after the work is done. But I'll bet this happens no matter who you hire.
One thing I did not notice until later was that a replacement door did not have the same features as the old door. I wish I had caught this before the job was done. So I would suggest if you have a door done, be sure to look at it right after or even before it is installed to make sure it has the same lock features you want. But the door itself looks very nice, and they installed it very well. It is a LOT better than the old one, all in all.
On the plus side, I really liked the prompt return of my calls, and they gave an estimate right away for me. Other places I called for estimates (more than once) did not even return my calls at all. They also started so I am very happy that this company did the needed work for me. Everything really looks SO much better now, and I am most pleased with the repair work.
After the work was done, I noticed some other places that needed work, but I'm sure that when the painters come, they can deal with these areas.
Mr. Morgan shared his expertise and let me know what needed to be done next, and my options for later. He also is looking up contractors I may need, for no extra charge to me.
To wrap this up, I am overall very pleased with the work of this company, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done on their house or trailer.

    ROBERT SMITH SIDING & REMODELING
I bought my home about 12 years ago. I fell in love with it! But over the years, and a couple of paint jobs later, it was beginng to look rough. So I decided it was time to have it sided.
This was the best decision I have made since I bought the house.

It looks absolutely wonderful, and I'm in love with it again!

OVERALL MY WIFE IS STILL A SOBING WRECK!!! He treated her like crap and he doesn't take "WOMEN" serious. No matter what you know, he will tell you that he's the professional and he knows his job.

DOOR INSTALLATION--finished product shouldn't involve you looking through a 1 inch gap around the door. It's fitted wrong!!

SHUTTERS--if you remove plastic anchors and they are BROKEN, replace them and keep the shutters from ripping off during a wind storm and damaging the siding causing MORE WORK!!

CEILING FANS--if you don't have one in currently, the fixture must have a support to hold the extra weight of the fan. ANYONE CAN GOOGLE THIS!! If someone hangs one about your newborn baby, and he tells you its fine!!  Don't believe him. You'd rather pay more money to PROPERLY HANG A CEILING FAN rather than paying for emergency surgery if the ceiling fan falls on your infant.

PAY LAST---do not pay a dime up front. if they need supplies.....buy them and take that amount from the quoted price. Pay ONLY after the ENTIRE job is complete TO STANDARD!!!

CONTRACT!!!-----write a contract and have the person sign it. If they aren't willing to be held accountable for, you may want to move on. The contract will clarify what you (the customer) demand of the worker. The worker signs it if they have complete knowledge and understanding of what they are required to be PAID!!
