I needed a remote battery, told them what battery I needed. The kids says, I'll put that in for you. Literally less than a minute to do. Then charges me $6 for that "help". An unreasonable charge for something I didn't ask for.

I spoke with Tyler about how I needed to change the cartridge in my printer. When I opened the door it did not make my printing cartage's available. He told me that even though it was only 2 years old that it was dead. I just spent $65 to buy 4 extra-large cartage's from them the week before. They told me I needed to come into the store, and that there was no cartage's that were compatible with the printer that I have now. The manager Todd confirmed that I would need to come in. I called HP disability line and they had me unplug it from the back and have it unplugged for 10 seconds and to press the on button to drain out any electrical charge that might still be in the unit itself. I did what he told me to do. He then had me start it again. It then started making copies with no problems. I called back to Staples and asked to speak with the manager, Todd. He was with a customer and they said that I would have to call back, and I said that I could be placed on hold to wait for him that wasn?t a problem. 10 minutes later. A woman ended up answering the call and she was very impatient. I explained to her that I was on hold for the manager to let him know what happened to me. She told me that he had left for the day. Instead of helping me after he helped the previous customer. He just left. They lady that I was speaking to would not let me talk. She would not let me say when I could be called back. She just would not let me talk and she was ready to hang up after being on the phone for 2 minutes. She was very rude. I was not able to even finish a sentence or to say anything. I feel like they were really taking advantage of me because I am disabled, and trying to make a sale instead trying to help me.

They asked me a several questions ON The PHONE, had me do a few test on my tv then suggested I just buy a new tv cause the cost and age of my tv would not be worth fixing. I appreciated the honestly, and it saved me a trip. I WILL USE THEM in the future!

Initially tried contacting through the contact/message link on the website and got no response. Called the number and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. He arrived on time and did an evaluation of the Stairmaster and explained what needed to be repaired. Also recommended replacing the belt on the treadmill. He contacted Precor and was able to get a replacement under warranty. He contacted us when the part were in and scheduled a follow-up visit to make the repairs. He arrived on time and completed the repairs in a very reasonable amount of time. He left the area clean and answered questions I had about operating the treadmill. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him.

I use Time-Warner. It is alright. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 6. The cost is $180 a month. It is the only one in the town so they get what they get. I usually do it online so I don't talk to them at all. I will look for an alternative if someone is available in my area.

Adam and his team know what they are doing. We have planted, trimmed, removed and treated sick trees throughout our property.  Adam is well educated and he enjoys sharing his knowledge.  He has helped us save several of our trees by correcting the way we were mulching around the trunk of the trees.

I called to make the payment for my storage unit - due 8/15/14.  The very nice woman that was trying to help me had computer issues.  She put my CC numbers in and then they disappeared.  She put the numbers in again and the same thing happened.  She said she was getting her general manager, Hank to try to resolve the problem.  She assured me my cc wasn't being charged twice.  She told me she would have the general manager call me immediately.  In the meantime, I went to my bank online and saw that there are two pending charges from UHaul.  I waited and waited and the gm didn't call so I called them again.  I was finally connected to Hank.  Hank was rude and kept interrupting me.  He told me I should call a 800 number and ask for backdoor credit card processing.  I told him he should correct the problem because it was their fault.  He cut me off again and was very curt.  I called the backdoor cc processing people and they wouldn't help me (I was told they are not allowed to speak to customers).  Seems like a general manager would know that!  So the backdoor cc people told me to call customer service (another 800 number).  I called customer service and they said they couldn't get into my account because Hank the gm was still in my account.  I said that we should hang up and she should call Hank and tell him to get out of my account so she could see what's going on.  Oh, but she couldn't do that either.  Finally, she said I would have to wait until Tuesday to try to get it resolved because it takes24-48 hours to post and Saturday and Sunday don't count!!!!  Geez.

One time, I even went to the nurse's station because my mother IV had been beeping for more than 45 minute. Her nurse was sitting looking at her eye phone showing something to one of the other nurses. She never even looked up at me when I addressed her, she simply said she would be right there, and still she never came to her room, another nurse passing down the hall turned the beeping off because the treatment was done. She has been in this hospital many times and it is always the same. I finally got her to go Greenview Hospital and the difference in the service is daylight and dark. Unless there is no other option, I will never take my parents back to Medical Center!

D&D Screen Printing has printed T-shirts for our small private school for the past several years.  While they do have low prices, unfortunately their level of professionalism is likewise low.
The chief sources of their problems lie in that they do not have an online order form and they do NOT keep records from year to year, including just a few weeks prior!  All of the information they keep on file is the original t-shirt design and ink color you first ordered.  Orders are submitted by email, so it is COMPLETELY up to you to remember EVERY detail.  If any detail is not specified, they refer back to your original/first time order and use that info as default.  They WILL not consult you if there are any questions/ problems, even if you ask them to in the email order.  Moreover, they do not even send a confirmation email that they have received your order!
Our school placed our first order just three weeks before this last order and it turned out perfectly.  Then we submitted a second order for more t-shirts of the same variety of styles and colors, only I neglected to include the ink colors in this particular order.
However, I did write that we wanted the t-shirts printed just like the ones they had done for us a mere three weeks ago and if there were any details I had forgotten or any questions, please call or email me.  They did not call me and they printed all of
the light blue t-shirts with the wrong color ink.  It was white on light blue?a most unnoticeable combination, when our whole idea of a t-shirt is to identify and advertise for our school!  Most irritating of all was that they WOULD NOT refund our money or redo them at no charge!!  So beware of D & D Screen Printing because they believe that the customer was WRONG!

Global Live created an awesome website for my business. They used my layout and gave me helpful tips on content and pictures. I have had many visitors, and clients tell me how important my website was in their decision making process. They also help me make changes to the content, and remind me that keeping it fresh is key. The entire process was much easier than I had imagined thanks to their excellent design and hosting skills. Customer service is also top notch. Any time I have questions or a problem accessing email with a new mobile device they are quick to get me up and running. I highly recommend Global Live for all of your web needs.
