This man almost caused me to lose my Granddaughter, he was to busy being indicted for domestic abuse, his wife shot him, she was drunk, she hit a car driving him to hospital, He should not have been taking patients, he didn't care, My granddaughter is thriving and doing great, no thanks to this wife abuser, I would think twice if anyone was thinking about Drexel, there are a lot of better Dr. in Bowling Green, Ky if anyone wants to read about him being indicted google

We had problems with the office from the start. First of all, you can't get out of the office without a 3 hour visit. The wait is forever in the reception area, then you are taken to an examination room where you wait another hour until the doctor comes in. This happened on three separate visits, so I don't think it was unusual.
We had problems with insurance approving tests. This required calls between us and the doctors  office on many occasions. They just don't return calls or respond to messages left on voicemail. We had to hound  them to get anything accomplished. Dr Tapp seems fairly bright, but is a bit eccentric. It would be OK if he had a reliable staff to take care of details that he misses, but his staff is sub-par.
In the end, his staff ordered a test that they told us we needed because insurance required it before they would approve an MRI. Apparently, the insurance company never said such a thing, and there was no documentation that ever happened. We ended up paying for a $1600 test that he didn't really need. We never could get anyone at Tapps office to tell us why this test was ordered, and they won't return our calls. I would steer clear of this practice at all costs!!!!!

It was a waste of time.  I am handicap and as a result I suffer from hammer toes on both feet.  They hurt, I have trouble wearing shoes and they look deformed.  I also have toenail fungus on all my nails.  He trimmed my nails,  told me to buy a product he offered ($35), told me not to let anyone break my toes to straighten them and sent me on my way.  He offered no help regarding my toes and that was the main reason I went there.  I bought the product, made another appointment and left.  When I showed up for my next appointment I was greeted with a sign saying the office was closed for vacation.  No one called me to reschedule or to even let me know the office was closed that day.  Needless to say I will never go back.  I found his staff to be standoffish and not friendly.

She had already looked over all my test results from the hospital before she came into the room.  She listened to my lungs and we talked about watching out for pneumonia since I have a history of lung infections.  I still have some wheezing in the lower part of my lungs. I have another follow-up appointment scheduled and was told to call sooner if needed.

After a urine analysis the doctor came in to talk to me and told me that I did, indeed, have a bladder infection. He gave me a light physical examine to determine if there was also a kidney infection, said there was not, and wrote me a prescription. In spite of the circumstances, it was a pleasant experience. This was my second visit to this facility, for unrelated reasons, in a year and both experiences were good.

He has been my family doctor for ten years. He takes care of me down this end. He is a local doctor that is all you need. We use him quite a bit actually. I think the wife was there three weeks ago. We have used him ever since we have been here and we probably go six or seven times a year. He knows his stuff. I like him.

And in part my view will be biased since I could afford only minimal medical treatment before: I am one of those who benefited from Obamacare and am only now able to get all the medical care I need. I have to start off by saying that Dr. Tapp is a a very forceful personality with very definite views. But he is the first physician in a long time who has carefully looked at my tests (and after my first visit he ordered a lot of tests!) and not only came up with a diagnosis but also a plan based on those results. His plan is very comprehensive, including not only prescriptions but also recommended diets and exercise. So to this point I am very impressed.

Dr Gover is an old friend.  He did not seem rushed and gave me copies of all the tests he ran on me.  He seems to be concerned aboutmhelping me with chronic pain issue due to laws passed by KY legislature.

Dr. Atalla did an exceptional job from start to finish.  He did a good introductory visit where he explained possibilities and possible outcomes clearly. His office was spot on getting insurance coverage. The day of surgery went very smoothly, and my recovery has been great for such a major procedure. I am delighted with the outcome of my procedure, I love the way I look!

The office is very well run and on time. Dr. Benge was very nice and very informative. She explained to me what she was doing and seeing. Felt very comfortable with her and will see her again.
