    Never gives me the right amount of medicine and shorts me and don't tell you. In May they filled a script for me and every month I would remind them I have to have a specific brand and they gave me the wrong kind and it made me sick even though it was on my record that I could't take that. Told them to take it back and they said no they were not allowed. I think they should of ate the cost of it. They do everything wrong can not trust them. Ended up in er due to this.

    I'd have to give Sheldon's Pharmacy in Bowling Green an excellent rating. They're very quick. We've been going to them since they started. They're very friendly and efficient. They're very good. They let us know if there are any problems with any of the combinations of medicines that we take.

    One time, I even went to the nurse's station because my mother IV had been beeping for more than 45 minute. Her nurse was sitting looking at her eye phone showing something to one of the other nurses. She never even looked up at me when I addressed her, she simply said she would be right there, and still she never came to her room, another nurse passing down the hall turned the beeping off because the treatment was done. She has been in this hospital many times and it is always the same. I finally got her to go Greenview Hospital and the difference in the service is daylight and dark. Unless there is no other option, I will never take my parents back to Medical Center!

    I have been very impressed with the staff and facilities of pre-op and ambulatory surgery at The Medical Center. The staff is competent and caring, and the facility is clean and modern. I love the fact they have free valet parking for patients.

    Applying for health insurance is an arduous process, requiring a full disclosure of your family health history. Although they were helpful enough, it was still difficult to get the application filled out. Once I did complete the application, I had to wait to see if I was accepted. I did get accepted with a higher than expected cost. However, I appealed and explained some questions they had, after which they gave me a better deal. In 2013, I was asked to complete a risk review and did so. I then got a letter with a better rate for my renewal. However, the billing was different than the rate I was offered. After calling in, they admitted that this was their mistake and gave me the lower rate.
    I have no had an issue with claims. I have a high deductible policy, so I usually just take of advantage of the negotiated rates and pay the bill myself.

    I went to Rivergate Dental for a possible root canal and crown.  I didn't need the root canal but did get the crown for my broken tooth.  I paid my share while there and that was it.  Humana on the website showed that there was no copay for the office visit but it turns out there is a $10.00 copay.  They should correct this on their website. Other than that I have no complaints with the service from Humana.

    I had a mammogram with and without ultra sound, which lead to needle biopsy and then surgery. Everyone was so very helpful any wonderful. My husband had a Hernia repair and we both had all the labs, EKG's and x-rays involved with those surgeries. Over all the experience was as great a it could have been while undergoing surgery.

    I was seen in the emergency department for an urgent medical problem that required admission to the hospital. I was treated with professionalism and in a timely manner. My hospital stay was made as pleasant as possible by the staff. Excellent care.

    Most of the time, they are really good. For some reason, my insurance company will not pay for medications that come in a blister pack. The pharmacist went out of his way to order the medication in a special way so that it did not come in a blister pack and my insurance was able to pay for it. This pharmacy goes out of their way to order things specifically for me and I really appreciate it. They offer me generic whenever they are available.
