I was really needing someone to fix my A/C and clean up the mess that it left behind when it leaked through my ceiling. I went into the office as I normally do on Sunday and found the most mess I have ever. My ceiling had caved in on top on my desk apparently after talking to Landon From Southern Kentucky Home Pros He explained everything in detail of what it would take to fix it , How much it cost and the time to do so. The problem I had mostly is that No one usually is available through the week much less on Sunday. They made themselves available. They came in this morning at 7:30a and worked continuously until 8:00p. I could not ask for nicer and courteous workers. They Were Great. I will definitely hire them again and refer them. So excited to have my office back in order. Thanks Guys.

I want to share my positive experience in dealing with Burton Heating and Air & Appliance Service. I contacted them a few months ago to help with a refrigerator problem. They were very responsive to my call and performed excellent work for a reasonable price. This week I contacted them when my heating system failed. Again they responded quickly and were very helpful and cordial.I trusted them to replace my heating system and also had them put in a new cooling system. Work took place on a Saturday. Very pleased with responsiveness and results!

Landon made time on a busy day to stop by, spotted the problem immediately, and took care of it. He is unfailingly courteous, efficient, super competent, and a pleasure to have around. Definitely our go-to service!

They failed to complete the warranty work they were contracted to do. Leaving a leaking dishwasher unfixed for extended period of time until the warranty provider could arrange another contractor.

Jim Fuqua Appliance provided excuses for their refusal to finish the work that were very dishonest and some outright lies. Forcing the warranty provider to supply another contractor and I as the customer pay for additional services.

They refused to reimburse the expenses they created. And their response to a BBB

He did a terrific job and came when he was supposed to, very polite and knowledgeable, just took him a few minutes to find problem and replace it.  I was very pleased with his work and his professionalism.

Will keep this number for later calls for repairs.

The service technician called ahead, and then arrived promptly.  He was personable, police, and very efficient.  He quickly identified the problem with both appliances and put together estimates for repair.  Overall ~ excellent service, with technicians who know their business.

This guy is a gem.  Very knowledgeable , vast experience, honest and
very fair price.  Our only concern is that he may decide to retire, and
    we're hoping that never happens!

Called, they were here the next day, totally professional, found the problem within minutes and were able to repair immediately and were gone within the hour. Considering other bids I had theirs was below other estimates.

This is an amazing company. He did a terrific job at a very reasonable cost. He was on time, cleaned up after himself, and did the repairs in a timely fashion. I will only use this company for future repairs.

I called the phone number listed in the yellow pages May 7 to request service on my refrigerator that had stopped holding a constant cold temperature. The woman that answered told me that the first available service call would be Monday May 12. I asked her to schedule the service call for me. Monday May 12 I waited all morning for a service person or a phone call. At 10:42 am, I called the office to ask if a service person was coming. The woman then told me that the first available service call would be Monday May 19. I told her I would call a different appliance repair service. As soon as I got off the phone with her, I called another repair company and scheduled a service call.
At 11:36 am, a man called and identified himself as the D and D service person and said he was on his way. I told him that I had called D and D and been told that he could not come for another week. He said the woman did not know he was on his way to my house because he took the "slip" with him. I asked his charge for a service call and was told $80, which is $5 more than the service call I scheduled with another company. I told him that he did not need to come to my house, and that I did not want a D and D service call.
I was concerned that with such poor communication between the office and the service providers, D and D would not likely be a very reliable company to hire.
