    Isidro responded immediately with a cost estimate. He wanted to beat the winter storm that was coming so the leak would not become worse. When he arrived, he immediately went up on the roof, found the problem, took pictures, and explained what he would do. After finishing the boot installation, he walked the roof and brought pictures of 3-4 other areas that needed sealant. I was very impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness, and genuine desire to be of service.

    They were wonderful. They didn’t fool around the work. They came when they said they were going to be here. They cleaned up their mess. They stepped on some of our flowers and they bought us some more and planted them for us. He just took it on himself to go to do it and he planted them, we couldn’t believe it. They finished the work within the stipulated time.

    I'd give them an A+ rating. They were efficient and they were on time. The price was in the ballpark. They were an A+ when they were doing the job but a month or so out if you had a question, it took 2 or 3 days to get a response. That may have been due to the fact that they were overwhelmed with work.

    We had just purchased a new home and needed repairs on the roof right away.  They came out and gave us a quote right away.  Didn't try to talk us into all the "other stuff" that all the other companies we called did.  They are very hard working and did a great job.  Came in, got the work done and cleaned everything up when they left.  We are very happy with the services they provided.  We also got a quote from them for doing a window replacement and will be hiring them in a few months to do this as well.

    Having leaks already because of poor work around two chimneys. Left old flashing and huge gaps where flashing meets the chimney. Flashing not installed on side not visible. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Other contractors are having to go back and correct the poor workmanship.

    First thing I have to say is get it in writing. We originally met with him on the 10th - cut him a check for 1/2 the total price for supplies - which he cashed on the 12th. He said they'd be out on the 13th and 14th (the 2 days I have off - I work from home and can't have banging going on while I'm on the phones). Friday and Saturday came and went. When he did call on Monday, I had to work, and he didn't leave a message. I called him on my 10 minute break to find out that they would be out "tomorrow", Tuesday. That was fine, as I had off on Tuesday. LONG story short, they finally arrived on Monday, the 23rd and completed the work on Tuesday, the 24th.Contractor stated that he'd be replacing the vents on the roof, that the vents that were already there were metal, and that they were "poor quality" and he would be replacing with higher quality plastic vents. They didn't get replaced. They put the old ones back on the roof.Contractor stated that they'd replace ALL the vinyl siding on the front of the house as well as replace the downspouts and drains as they were pitted from the hail. They patched in the areas where the hail had busted, but did not replace ALL the siding on the front of the house. They did not replace the drains and downspouts because it was not written on the estimate.I do have to say that the 4 man crew is extremely gregarious and hard working. Took just over a day to replace the roof. However, I don't think that they replace siding as a "rule of thumb". Great roofers, but the siding was shoddily done - there are places where the siding is cracked that they missed replacing (easy to "miss" if you're not replacing the entire front) and a couple where they'd started to cut the siding a bit short, so it's visibly about a 3" cut. Which will allow water in eventually.I told the crew, when they arrived on Wednesday evening (the 25th) to pick up the trailer, that there were a few issues, and they said they'd tell Mr. Martin.  I didn't hear back from him by Friday afternoon, so called and he said that they'd just told him, and that he'd be out "tomorrow". "Tomorrow" came and went.  Today is May 6th - I'm still waiting. I don't like to make judgement calls on anyone without the benefit of the doubt, but he has not been punctual or considerate of my time.The crew, again, are courteous, hard working guys. I had no problem with them at all. I've been delaying writing this review as I'd hoped that I could end it on a positive note. When Mr. Martin does return to repair the siding that was missed, I will update the review. 

    *5/11/12 UPDATE: Although the work is done, I am no happy as he had no regard for my time. On 5/10 my husband again called Mr. Martin, as he'd promised, again, to be here in the afternoon. Mr Martin said he'd be out on Saturday, 5/11  "By noon, guaranteed." Matter of fact, my husband had to call him at noon on 5/11. A member of his crew showed up around 2:30 pm and replaced the aforementioned siding.  His continued to lack consideration of my time, by telling me that he would be here and not showing up at that time, gives me adequate reason to give him such a poor grade. 
    I'm sorry - I can not give this company a shining review, mostly because of his punctuality. The crew, again, are hard working, ethical guys, and unfortunately can not review them separately on this post. If I could, I'd be giving them an A+. It's not their fault that the owner can't keep a schedule.

    Roof Masters had worked on the original roof several times replacing damaged shingles and eventually we hired them to replace entire roof. Work was done in a timely fashion and appeared to be well done. In 2010 we had Roof Masters come back due to a leak in living room ceiling. When the roof was replaced, the owner of Roof Masters had guaranteed the work and promised to repair any problems. However, he said the leak around the chimney was due to poor flashing and not his roofing. So we paid him again in 2010 to fix the flashing. In 2011 the roof began to leak around a bathroom vent pipe and again in the same spot in the living room. Roof Masters failed to return any of our calls. Later when I finally did get the owner to answer the phone, he hung up on me when I told him who I was. Once Chris got ahold of Mr. Himes (the owner) by using a different phone and he said he would come over that weekend,but never showed up. As of this date, Aug 25, 2011, he has never called or told us why he refuses to come back and check/fix these leaks or stand by his promises. He was ALWAYS paid on time and in full.
    Update--We just paid $600 to repair around the chimney AGAIN and had further leakage in 2 other places which will cost an additional $800!  The insurance company suggested this latest roofer and  after he checked these last leaks said the roofing was done VERY poorly.  He told us we would probably have more issues as time goes on --- this roof is not even 2 years old!

    Nu-Way Roofing removed and replaced shingles on our home. Although it was like a war zone during the work, it was done quickly with high quaility. As for the "war zone" I must say we were not living in the home at the time so the work may have been performed differently. After the work was completed, my husband and I noticed some things that were missed such as the flashing didn't get painted. When we called, they came quickly to fix any undone work. We were very pleased with their work and the follow-up visits. I feel confident in saying that they would still stand behind their work today.

    Home has 40+ year old windows. Wanted to replace with Energy Star windows that would qualify for tax credit. A builder friend recommended Denny. He responded promptly and gave an accurate estimate. His crew arrived on schedule. Most of his crew have worked together for many years and they moved like a well-oiled machine. They attended to detail and were very careful to work cleanly and carefully. Work was completed in one day. Guttering was done on a separated work order. That was also done professionally by a different crew. There were some minor issues with the windows as they came from the manufacturer. Denny is also a service tech for that window company, ViWinTech, so he quickly resolved those issues. Denny knows that his business is all word-of-mouth and he is very conscientious. His crews are reliable, professional and respectful.
