    Baku Moving
Baku Moving was great with my move. I found them on the internet while searching for moving companies for our office move. From the beginning of the process until the last box was in the new office, they were helpful and seemed to genuinely careful about the well being of our valuable things. The movers were awesome and they really made this move possible. They arrived early and did not waste any time at all. I could not have asked for a better experience.

    Ben Morgan Construction
He did an excellent job of putting a new floor in our master bedroom. His wife Tanya painted both of our bathrooms.  They came at the time they said they would. They are both conscientious workers and I would definitely call them again.

    Gibson Plumbing & Piping
Discovered I had no hot water and one bathroom faucet was blocked. Plumber arrived and determined that I had a calcium blockage in lines. Lines were replaced approximately less than (20) feet total inside with no obstructions. When inspecting the water hear saw calcium build-up in there as well.  Plumber said he had to go get parts and was gone approximately one hour, ($95) hour for getting parts.

Second visit scheduled to bring out new water heater next day.  Gibson sent (2) plumbers at $125/hr in lieu of the $95/hr rate due to installation of water heater. Water heater was installed and appeared working and plumbers left.  After a few hours to allow new heater to warm up to temperature, still no hot water and lines still blocked.  Called back and was told plumber would come back out.

Third visit they sent the two plumbers again to inspect the water heater.  Determined that I "must have got a bad heater" and would need to trade it out. They uninstalled and went to get another water heater and returned after approximately two hours (remember $125/Hr x 2). New heater  was installed.

Next day noticed the new heater was leaking from release valve and called back. Next visit they said I needed a filter since the water in my area was bad and the filter would possibly help keep water clean. Had to go get parts and returned.  Filter installed.

Next day noticed the "New heater" was still leaking and asked "what is the possibility of getting two new water heaters that were bad!" I had also received the first of two bills for services and noticed that I was billed for (2) plumbers to come out to replace the first "bad" water heater?  When I called the office and asked why I should pay labor for the replacement of the new water heater the accounts receivable lady said "YOU DON'T EXPECT US TO PAY FOR IT, DO YOU!!!!"  I told her I did n't think it was correct to bill me for a replacement for a new unit that they had selected and installed. I know they received credit back on the questionable faulty unit.  I asked for Jason/ owner or manager to give me a call to discuss these charges since the lady said she had no authority to adjust the bill.  As of this writing, I have not received a call back from him, (over two weeks).

To finalize this drama and not write a novel, I paid the bills and learned a lesson not to call Gibson's again.  Total labor was $1,050 and still not sure problem is resolved?  Inspector is scheduled to come out and?

My advice and talking to others that have used this company, be prepared to pay a minimum of approximately $200 for labor, drive time to your home and then at least an hour to get the most basic parts ($95/hour) to go to store/shop? If you have a question for the manager/owner, do not expect a call back.

The actual plumber that works for Gibson and did the work is a great guy and I truly believed he did the best with what he has to work with.

Barkley's Dry Wall Service did an excellent job at straighting out some one else's work. Walls look much better. Can't wait to see them painted. They did a good job of cleaning up. They were all friendly. They started on May 23 and finished on May 25.

    Adco Inc
My experience was bad. The reason why we called them was because we tried to start the heater this year it didn't start and a really strong burning smell came from the unit. They came on the second day that I called. He told me that my unit was fine and the smell came from the dust settled in there but he needed to replace couple contactors. When he finished that procedure the unit didn't work and then he wanted to replaced the termostat in wall. I told him not because I can do that my self. The do charge 98 dollars and hour I was already in debt 205. If they replaced the termostat that would've another 150 dollars. So I went to Home Depot bought the termostat and put it on myself but before I did turn everything on I decided to check the breakers inside the unit also I did inspect the new contactors . What to surprise the breaker was off still but also I noticed that the wires to the fan were burned. This means that he never saw the unit running. he was just fixing the most common problems without really testing every part. I did told to one of the supervisors, Steve and I told him what the technician did in my house. he responded that his guys would never do anything like that. Even though I send them some pictures on an e-mail I Never hear nothing else from them but they did the check right away. Finally I called C&C and spliced together the burned wires for only 65 dollars. I did spend an extra 250 thanks to Adco. Thanks for nothing.

i was happy with the estimate and called back and set up an appointment.
the plumber never arrived and when i finally got hold of someone at the
office they said he no longer works there. seems someone could have
called me and let me know rather than me take off a half days work and
    them not show.

    Thompson Plumbing
We called Thompson Plumbing in the morning and left a message. They returned our call a few hours later and were able to make the repair same day.
They were very friendly and professional. I would recommend their services!

    Jeff Kirk
Jeff came in and looked at a total mess that was created from scratch by the previous tile contractor. He quoted a price and stuck to his price, even though he had to re do much more than he anticipated. As the old saying goes, he had lemons so he made lemonade! The shower turned out great and we couldn't be happier with the work done! Thanks Jeff!!!!!

Jason Brambach & Mary's Design Center
It was hard to get responses from Mary's Design Center and when problems arose, they promised to help but did nothing. Jason Brambach was paid to install tile in 4 bathrooms and build and tile a custom shower in 1 of the baths. He was paid for the majority of the work and never came back to finish. The work he did do was sloppy and much of it had to be removed and redone by a REAL tile installer. Be sure to do your due diligence and BACKGROUND checks on both the management and employees of the retailer and the installer. These two cost us THOUSANDS extra. Also, knowing what I know now, I would never, NEVER, allow  some of the people from Mary's Design Center back in my home!

    AAA Fence LLC
I called AAA Fence to get an estimate for some fence repair to keep my small dogs from getting out of the fence. My call was answered immediately and an appointment was set up within the next few days for someone to come look at my fence and give me an estimate for what I wanted. A very professional looking gentleman arrived at my home as scheduled. We walked the perimeter of the fence as I explained the problem. The gentleman cam up with a solution right away and gave me a general estimate of what the services would cost. He stated that he would call me after the weekend with a specific price. He called me back after the weekend with a price of $264.75 and stated that it may be a little more if his guys add posts to fill the gaps but would still be under $300. I told him that I needed to discuss this with my husband. He stated that he would call back the next day with a price on the posts and schedule a day to begin, should I want the services done. He never called back. I called AAA Fence within the next few days and the gentleman answered the phone. He apologized for not calling. It took him a few minutes to pull my file. He still didn't have a price for me for the posts. As this was late in the afternoon on a Friday, he told me he would call me on Monday morning, give me the price for the posts, and let me know if his guys were coming that morning or Tuesday morning. I never received a phone call. It poured down raining all day Monday so I didn't really expect his guys to come fix the fence on that day. His guys just showed up at 7:30am on Tuesday and went to work on the fence. They never came to the door to verify the address or to warn me they were there. I just peeked outside after they startled me from a nice slumber and assumed that they were the fence guys. I walked outside and checked their work a couple of times because I wasn't sure they would ask me to come outside and check when they were finished. Other than the unprofessional manner in which the job was set up, AAA Fence did a wonderful job adding 3 fence posts to close the gaps and running a strip of rigid metal along the bottom of the fence securing with sturdy metal ties to keep the dogs from pushing out under the fence. The guys never knocked on the door or asked for payment before they left. I received an invoice in the mail for the amount first quoted about a week later. They ended up not even charging me for the posts!
